Objective To investigate the effect of intracranial aneurysm isolation combined with extra-intracranial bypass in treatment of middle cerebral artery aneurysm. Methods From January 2013 to March 2015,there were 32 patients with complex middle cerebral artery aneurysm in our hospital, who were treated by intracranial aneurysm isolation combined with extra-intracranial bypass. The clinical symptoms and image examination after surgery were retrospectively analyzed, and the hemodynamic index of middle cerebral artery before and after treat-ment was statistically analyzed. Results The postoperative clinical symptoms of 25 patients were relieved, the mRS score was 0 point.Seven patients received surgery,1 week later, the muscle force of involved side was grade 2 to 3,the mRS score was 2 to 3 point, the blood flowing smoothly in target vessel, with no original aneurysm,no new ischemic stroke or infarct. After intervention, systolic and diastolic blood flow ve-locity were faster than those before the intervention(P <0.05),blood flow resistance were lower than those before intervention(P <0.05). Conclusion The intracranial aneurysm isolation combined with extra-intracranial bypass can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of pa-tients with complex intracranial aneurysms, with high graft patency rate and reliable effect.

[Objective]To study the correlated factors of hidden blood loss after simultaneous bilateral total knee arthroplasty.[Method]From Feb.2005 to Feb.2007,a retrospective analysis of 44 patients underwent knee arthroplasty was conducted to calculate the mean blood loss and occult blood loss according to Gross formula. The true total blood loss was calculated depending on height weight and pre-and post-operation HCT.[Result]The mean total blood loss were 2 065 ml in these cases with occult blood loss of 1 198 ml.In patients with autologous blood transfusion, the mean total blood loss were 2 180 ml with occult loss of 937 ml(42%).In patients without autologous blood transfusion, the mean total blood loss were 1 195 ml with occult blood loss of 799 ml(41%).[Conclusion]The hidden blood loss result in large volume of the total blood loss in the postoperative period which can not be fully compensated by autologous blood transfusion and it 's very important to additional blood supply during simultaneous bilateral total knee arthroplasty.

[Objective]To evaluate the operative technique and the short-term clinical results of total hip arthroplasty(THA) for developmental dysplasia of the hip(DDH) in adults. [Method]Sixty-one patients(77 hips) with DDH who received THR without cement between December 1997 and October 2006 were followed up.In this group,53 cases were female, and 8 cases were male. The average age was 31.4 years(range,17~56 years).According to the classification of Hartofilakidis, fifteen cases were type I(eighteen hips);twenty-three cases, type Il(thirty hips);and twenty-three cases, type III(twenty-nine hips). The average Harris Hip Score was 40 points(range,16~61).All of patients were exposed through the.posterolateral approach. The threaded cup with coating were put in or near the level of the true acetabulum in all of cases.Full coating stems were used in femoral side, shortening osteotomy below lesser trochanter of femur were performed in twelve cases. [Result]The mean duration of follow-up was 49 months(range,12~118 months),the average Harris Hip Score increased from 40(range,16~61) preoperatively to 91(range,82~95) at the time of the latest follow-up.All the hips acquired union of osteotomy and bone ingrowth.None of the patients had radiographic evidence of aseptic loosening of prosthesis. [Conclusion]Uncemented total hip arthroplasty for the developmental dislocation of the hip in adults can get better results significantly, although it presents greater technical difficulty.

Objective To research the absorption mechanism of paeoniflorin across Caco-2 monolayer model. Methods Depending on the Caco-2 cell monolayers drug transport model to study the double transport mechanism of paeoniflorin. To explore the effect of paeoniflorin absorption by time and drug concentration, the drug concentration was determined through the use of HPLC instrument and the Papp was calcalatad. Results In the Caco-2 monolayer model, the transport of paeoniflorin form Apical (AP) to Basolateral (BL) is similar to the transport form BL to AP. Conclusion The main mechanism of the paeoniflorin intestinal absorption in the Caco-2 monolayer model is passive transference.

Objective To optimize the technique of isolating and extracting oligosaccharide from Radix Rehmanniae. Methods The optimum conditions for the water extracting technique of Radix Rehmanniae were studied by orthogonal test design. Then the water extract was isolated by macroporous resins and active charcoal successively, meanwhile the pattern of macroporous resins, the volume of the eluents, and the decolorizing methods of active charcoal were studied. And then the oligosaccharide was obtained after being purified by Sephadex gel column chromatography. The content of stachyose was determined by HPLC.Results The optimal preparation process was as follows: 12 fold water, three times,0.5 h for each time. Then the water extract was isolated and purified by D-101 macroporous resins,0.1% active charcoal and Sephadex G15 column chromatography were successively used to obtain the oligosaccharide. The analysis of oligosaccharide indicated its main constituents are stachyose, rafinose, and manninotriose, and the content of stachyose is more than 60%.Conclusion This preparation technique of extracting oligosaccharide from Radix Rehmanniae is reasonable and feasible. And the yield of the oligosaccharide from Radix Rehmanniae achieves to 26%.

Objective:To explore the influence factors and the characters of infant-mother attachment in Guangdong. Methods:“strange situation"essay was used to assess the characters of infant-mother attachment in 75 infants of 8 to 14 months. An self-formulated questionnaire of infants'general status and family related factors were filled by their mothers.Results:(1)Among 75 infants,65.3% were secure-type,34.6% were insecure-type which included 17.3% of indifferent-type, 13.3% of importunate-type,and 4.0% of disorganized-type;(2)The influence factors were age, approachability, relations between infants and fosterers, and the attitude consistency among family members towards infants. Conclusion:Of this investigation, most infants were secure-type.There were some influence factors involved in the characters of infant-mother attachment.

ATM: To prepare Shenfuqing Lyophilized Powder (Radix Ginsenp Rubra, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride, ect.) METHODS:Shenfuqing Lyophilized Powder was made by freeze drying. The concentration of Shenfuqing solution and the varieties and quantities of filling material were selected as well as the stability of Shenfuqing solution and powder for injection were examined primarily. RESULTS: The better prescription is 10% mannitol and 6% drug components. CONCLUSION: The quality of Shenfuqing Lyophilized Powder is more stable than that of solution for injection.

Objective To study the interference effects of tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) on calcinuerin (CaN), c-fos and the nuclear antigen of proliferating cells in the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) treated by angiotensinⅡ(Ang Ⅱ). Methods A cell proliferating model of VSMCs induced by Ang Ⅱ was established; the effects of TMP on CaN was detected by enzyme reaction phosphorus measurement; the effects of TMP on c-fos gene and PCNA expression were observed by immunocytochemical staining and image analysis technique (A value). Results The rats’ aortic smooth muscle cells were cultured in vitro successfully. CaN activities, cell proliferation activity and the expression levels of c-fos and PCNA increased significantly in VSMCs proliferation induced by Ang Ⅱ (P
