OBJECTIVE: To establish the fuzzy model for rating of severity of adverse drug reactions(ADR) and to verify it with examples.METHODS: The principles of vague mathematics were employed for a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.RESULTS & CONCLUSION: Employing fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to rate ADR based on its clinical manifestations is helpful for the concerned party in tightening monitoring on drugs with severe ADR meanwhile it provides references for clinicians about rational choice of drugs.

OBJECTIVE:To analyze the application status quo and the existing problems of the cost - effectiveness analysis (CEA) in pharmacoeconomic study and to propose corresponding suggestions.METHODS:With the published pharmacoeconomic evaluation documents as our target to study,the problems occurred in the application of CEA were analyzed statistically. RESULTS & CONCLUSION:Cost- effectiveness analysis is currently one of the most popular method for the evaluation of pharmacoeconomics,however,many problems can still be seen in its application,therefore,which remains be standardized in its application.

Employee motivation is to meet their needs and improve their productivity and work enthusiasm for the organization.Therefore,an accurate understanding of their needs is a prerequisite for the implementation of effective motivation.In view of this,we conducted a questionnaire survey of incentive factors for young medical staff at a public hospital.This study aimed at analyzing different incentive factors among medical staff with different seniority and job categories as well as their differences,in an effort to provide references for fine human resource management and motivation implementation at public hospitals.
4.Analysis on Research Method of the Cause of ADR Induced by Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection

OBJECTIVE:To analyze the research method of the cause of ADR induced by TCM injection and to summarize research achievement.METHODS:Recent published literatures on the cause of ADR induced by TCM injection were reviewed so as to analyze the current research on the cause of ADR induced by TCM injection.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:The research about causes of ADR induced by TCM injection made some progress while there are some limitations.It is suggested to integrate and explore the cause of ADR induced by TCM injection in literatures using mathematical statistics and data mining.
