Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of domestic Holmium laser lithotriptor for the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods The clinical data of 160 cases of ureteral calculi treated by trans-ureteroscope with domestic Holmium laser lithotriptor were retrospectively analyzed.Among these patients,85 were male,and 75 were female,59 in the upper uremr and 101 in the mid-lower ureter.Results The overall Successful operation rate for all level of ureteral stones in single procedure was 91%(146/160),while the upper one and mid-lower were 85%(50/59)and 95%(96/101),respectively.The average postoperative hospital stay was(4.7±1.4)d.The average clearance time to calculi-free was(21.5±10.1)d.Only 1 patient had urinary infection.No complication such as ureteral perforation or secondly hematouria were seen in this post cohort operation.The postoperative follow-up from 3 to 7 months revealed that the stone-free rate was 98%(147/150).Conclusion Treatment of ureteral calcuh by trans-ureteroscope with domestic Holmium laser lithotriptor is safe and effective.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of 4 flavonoids in Herba Euphorbiae Humifusae.METHODS:The samples were separated on Hypersil BDS C18 column(150 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m)with CH3OH-0.3%H3PO4 as mobile phase(gradient elution)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.The column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃ and the detective wavelength was set at 360 nm.RESULTS:The linear ranges of 4 flavonoids including rutin,quercetin,luteolin and kaempferol were 0.127 2～2.034 4 ?g(r=0.999 9),0.089 1～1.425 6 ?g(r=0.999 8),0.076 6～1.226 4 ?g(r=0.999 7),0.113 0～1.808 0 ?g(r=0.999 8)respectively,and their average recoveries were 97.6%,99.4%,98.1% and 101.9%,respectively with RSD at 0.94%,0.73%,0.99% and 1.34%,respectively(all n=9).CONCLUSION:This method was proved to be simple,accurate,reproducible and applicable for the quality control of Herba Euphorbiae Humifusae.

OBJECTIVE:To study the relative bioavailability and pharmacokinetics of Mycophenolate mofetil capsules vs.Mycophenolate mofetil soft capsules in healthy volunteers.METHODS:In double period randomized crossover study,20 healthy volunteers were given a single oral dose of trial capsule and reference capsule 4 pills(0.25 g per pill).The concentration of mycophenolate(MPA) was determined by HPLC.Pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated using DAs 2.0 software and the bioequivalence of 2 formulations were evaluated.RESULTS:Main pharmacokinetic parameters of trial capsule vs.reference capsule were as follows:AUC0→t:(69.95?14.13)?g?h?mL-1 vs.(66.95?19.05)?g?h?mL-1;AUC0→∞:(85.18?20.51)?g?h?mL-1 vs.(77.39?23.78) ?g?h?mL-1;Cmax:(31.26?13.09)?g?mL-1 vs.(31.90?14.45)?g?mL-1;tmax:(0.875?0.358)h vs.(0.775?0.291)h.The relative bioavailability of Mycophenolate mofetil soft capsules in 20 healthy volunteers was(109.6?26.9)%.CONCLUSION:Results of study indicated the 2 formulations are bioequivalent.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the imaging features and diagnostic value of MRI and CT in diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis by comparing study.

METHODSFrom May 2014 to December 2014, 32 patients with spinal tuberculosis were diagnosed as patients with spinal tuberculosis, and the data of MRI and CT were retrospectively analyzed.

RESULTSPatients with lesions appeared respectively in the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine; CT diagnosis of bone destruction and vertebral disc soft tissue injury rate is lower than that of MRI, the intervertebral disc injury diagnosed rate higher than that of MRI, P < 0.05, the difference is statistically significant.

CONCLUSIONCT and MRI in the diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis imaging studies are different, and combination of both can improve the diagnosis rate, can prevent and treat in a timely manner, so as to improve the treatment effect.

Objective To evaluate the influence of various parameters in images by digital radiography (DR).Methods Analysis of exposure parameters and the parameters of various parts of the image in 1000 cases of chest images by DR.Results The 90kV group of exposure time[(13.05 ±4.92)ms]were greater than 125kV group [(7.72 ±2.65)ms]and 150kV group[(5.65 ±1.81)ms](t =2.245.P ＜0.05;t =2.812,P＜0.01);90kV group [(0.86±0.29)cGy ? cm2](t =2.311 ,P ＜0.05);90kV group of Conversion factor(CF)14.8 ±4.52 lower than the l25kV group(19.5±5.48)and 150kV group(22.9 ±6.44)(t =2.298,t =2.301 ,P ＜0.05);The exposure of patients significantly related to Body Mass Index(BMI(r = 0.678 ,P ＜0.05);The average window of rib in 2018 were higher than left ventricular after lung markings,hilar structures、thoracic tracheal and protuberans(1584,1850,1554 and 1476)(t = 2.114,t= 2.241,t= 2.295,t= 2.304,both P＜0.05);The average Wide Window of rib in 2677 were higher than the trachea and thoracic protuberans(2383 and 2128);The 1000 of rib clearly were significantly higher than 754 cases of thoracic(t = 2.214,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The appropriate parameters can be more satisfied with the images.

Objective To investigate the effect of propofol used in mechanical ventilation patients in the exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods 35 patients who received mechanical ventilation and sedated by propofol were observed in the exacerbation of COPD. The time to get Ramsay sedation level Ⅲ～Ⅳ was observed. The parameters of pneusis and eirculation before ,after giving propofol and withdrawl were compared.Results The sedative time of propofol was (51.3±3. 80) seconds. In the most time(85% ) ,the level of Ramsay sedation was maintained at Ⅲ～Ⅳ after the usage of propofol. The time of awake from anesthesia was (5.8±4. 9) minutes, and the patients had no adverse reactions. The blood pressure, heart rate of patients were stable. And the parameters of respiratory rate,SaO2 ,arterial partial pressure of oxygen and partial pressure of carbon dioxide in artery were improved significantly( P＜0. 05 ). Conclusion The sedative effect of propofol is safe and effective in patients required mechanical ventilation in the exacerbation of COPD.

Objective To investigate the imaging parameters in hepatic angiagraphy using multi-slice CT angiography(MSCTA).Methods The imaging parameters in 80 cases of healthy persons and 90 cases with liver cirrhosis were analyzed.The value of CT with abdominal aorta(AA) ;portal vein(PV) and liver(L) were measured respectively.To compare peak;peak time;liminal value;delay time and image quality at AA;PV;L;PV-L under different injection flow rate.Results The AA maximum peak[(223.9±16.7)Hu,(273.3 ± 12.7)Hu,(301.3 ±14.6)Hu]higher than the PV-L[(65.1 ± 9.5 ) Hu,(83.7 ± 17.9) Hu,(96.5 ± 15.6) Hu ]( P＜0.01 ) ;AA reached the peak hours[(46.6 ±3.8)s,(36.2 ±6.5)s,(31.4 ±5.8) s]lower than the PV-L[(56.6 ±4.2)s,(49.6 ± 5.0) s,(41.6±5.8)s](P ＜0.05) in different injection flow rate(2.5ml/s,3.5ml/s,4.5ml/s) ;The 4.5ml/s group in MSCTA show(hepatic artery:A grade 15 cases,B grade 4 cases,C grade 1 case,D grade 0 case,the portal vein:A grade 15 cases,B grade 4 cases,C grade 1 case) were significantly higher than 2.5 ml/s group( hepatic artery:A grade 4 cases,B grade 5 cases,C grade 10 cases,D grade 3 cases,the portal vein:A grade 2 cases,B grade 12 cases,C grade 6 cases) (all P＜0.01 ).The value of liminal(180-220Hu) in hepatocirrhesis group were lower than 150-180Hu in normal group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The right MSCTA imaging parameters Could improve the image quality in patients with liver cirrhosis.

Objective To explore the availability,feasibility and securiy of the pain-free fiberoptic brenchoscopy in clinical application.Methods The blood pressure,heart rate,respiratory rate and saturation of blood oxygen were measured before,middle and after pain-free fiberoptic bronchoscopy under the propofol induced intravenous anesthesia in a cohort of 30 patients.The time of from anesthesia to completely conscious was recorded.Results In 30 paitents,the blood pressure were descended.The heart rate,respiratory rate and saturation of blood oxygen had no significant change.Every patient had no discomfortableness and no pain.The time of leaving examination room was average 25minutes after completely conscious.Conclusion The pain-free fiberoptic bronchoscopy under propofol was safe and painless in the patients have mental stress,no cooperation,hypertension and advanced age.It is a good curative means especially to the people who need repeatedly.

Objective　To explore the effect of the psychological intervention on the treatment of dental anxiety (DA).Methods Measured with Corah's dental anxiety scale , 316DA patients were selected from department of dentistry and were divided into two groups: the intervention group and the control group . The psychological intervention as well as regular dental therapeutics were applied to the patients in the intervention group , whereas only regular dental therapeutics were used to those in the control group.Results　The patients had a lower clinical dental anxiety in the intervention group , significantly different from that of the control group ( P＜ 0.01). After the treatment , more patients in the intervention group had a slower pulse than those in the control group and fewer had a faster pulse .The results also showed that the psychological intervention had a better curative effect on male patients than female ( P＜0.05). Conclusion　The psychological intervention was efficient to patients with dental anxiety.

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of combination TCM with Western on acute cholecystitis. MethodsTo analyze clinical data of 088 cases with acute cholecystitis in our hospital,which were divided into obsenvation group and control group. ResultsThe improvement rate of clinical symptom in observation group was higher than control group,the clinical curative effect was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05). ConclusionThe clinical curative effect of acute cholecystitis by combination of TCM with Western was good,and is valuable in clinical applicetion.
