International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2011;33(1):59-60
Objective To explore the feasibility of constructing literature exchange platform between TCM libraries of Across-Straits, focusing on current situation of TCM libraries. Methods Originally scattered, multivariant, and isomeric TCM literature resources were united to one whole through simple and effective mode for the purpose of increasing literature usage. Results The exchange platform between TCM libraries of Across-Straits was established. Conclusion This platform was suitable for scientific research, teaching, clinical practice and science popularization.
3.Effect of Conductive Education Combined Rehabilitation Therapy on Stroke Patients
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2009;15(10):930-932
Objective To observe the effect of conductive education(CE) combined rehabilitation therapy on stroke patients. Methods 57 stroke patients were assigned to experiment group (25 cases) and control group (32 cases). Both groups received rehabilitation therapy, meanwhile, experiment group received CE. Main outcome measure:①FMA; ②Barthel Index(BI); ③Social function action questionnaire(SFA).Results FMA, BI and SFA increased significantly(P<0.05)in both groups after treatment. BI and SFA improved more in experiment group than those of control group between group comparisons(P<0.05).Conclusion Conductive education combined rehabilitation therapy could improve the motor function, ability of daily living and social function action on stroke patients.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 1998;4(2):67-69
The paper discusses the necessity and feasibility to revise R49 Rehabilitation Medicine in Chinese Library Classification (3rd edition), and the guiding ideology, principle and reason for revision. It will helpful to improve the classification for rehabilitation medicine, and meet the practical needs more.

Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis 2000;12(1):58-60,76
Objective Acute spinal injury(ASI) is a kind of disease commonly seen in the orthopedic department, with secondary pathological injury causing the delayed damage of tissue structure. This study is focused on finding the injury mechanism of endothelin and the relation with calcium in SCI, and developing an effective treatment of SCI through animal experiment for clinic application in the future. Methods ASI animal model with radioimmuolo gical techniques are applied to examine the level of endothelin, and to find the pathological changes under microscope and electron-microscope. Results The quantity of endothelin and calcium in the cell with 1, 4-dihydropyridine calci um channel inhibitor is decreased, as a result, depolarization was lightened. The mechanism delays the development of secondary injury significantly. Conclusion This type of treatment may be used in emergency for spinal cord injury in order to protect the function and to gain much precious opportunity for spinal recovery and other treatment.

Translational medicine is a novel concept about combination of basic research and clinical application. The aim of translational medicine is to realize the translation of basic research into clinical practice. microRNAs (miRNAs) are non-coding single-stranded RNAs with 21-25 nucleotides in length as newly discovered factors in regulating gene expression. Recently, the key regulatory role of miRNA in the cardiovascular system has been elucidated and amount of remarkable results has been achieved, particularly in the regulation of cardiac arrhythmias. A series of studies demonstrate that miRNAs are involved in the regulation of expression of a variety of proteins associated with cardiac electrical activity, and are the potential targets of occurrence of cardiac arrhythmias and anti-arrhythmic drugs. miRNAs as a therapeutic target regulate the stability of mRNAs of target genes or play an inhibitory role in the translation process. Stability of the corresponding miRNA expression levels in the target organ may be a new approach for the disease therapy. Regarding the dysfunction of miRNA, we employed miRNA re-expression strategy and anti-miRNA strategy to correct target protein function and provide a new entry for the therapy of arrhythmia. With the technology of miRNA mimics and antagomirs, miRNAs are expected to treat various cardiovascular diseases and will provide a fresh impetus to achieve transform medicine.

Objective To investigate and analyze the relationship of clinicopathological stages characteristics and surgical proce-dures of perforation of gastric cancer .Methods Data of clinicopathological stages characteristics of 50 patients with perforation of gastric cancer in this hospital were retrospectively analyzed ,and the correlation between of the different clinicopathological stages and surgical procedures was analyzed .Results Fifty patients were with clinical stage Ⅱ - Ⅳ ,there were 2 cases of stage Ⅱ ,19 ca-ses of stage Ⅲ ,29 cases of stage Ⅳ .Surgical approach were simple perforation repair ,palliative surgery ,first radical resection and second radical resection ,and the number of cases were 16 cases(6 cases of stage Ⅲ ,10 cases of stage Ⅳ) ,19 cases(6 cases of stageⅢ ,13 cases of stage Ⅳ) ,4 cases(one case of stage Ⅱ ,3 cases of stage Ⅲ) and 11 cases(4 cases of stage Ⅱ ,7 cases of stage Ⅲ) . Conclusion It indicated that making reasonable choice of surgical approach according to the clinical staging can improve patients′outcomes .

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(12):-
Aim To investigate the effects of 4-aminopyridine (4-AP),K+ channel blocker, on the gastrointestinal function of murine. Methods Charcoal suspension was used to detect the effects of 4-AP on gastrointestinal motility of mice in vivo, contraction of isolated fundus longitudinal strips and duodenum of rats were studied in vitro, gastric acid secretion was measured by Gastric Secretion Test. Results 4-AP(5 mg?kg -1,ig)inhibited the gastrointestinal motility of mice. 4-AP(5 mmol?L -1) increased the maximum contractive force and minimum relaxation force, decreased the amplitude and frequency of the isolated duodenum peristaltic contraction. 4-AP(2.5 mg?kg -1,ip) significantly enhanced gastric acid secretion of rats. Conclusion 4-AP inhibited gastrointestinal motility and enhanced gastric acid secretion in murine.

Objective To study the characteristic of memory impairment and its related factors in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD). Methods 155 PD patients were assigned to 4 age groups. Clinical memory scale, Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression (HAMD) and Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety (HAMA) were used to assess them. Results The memory quotient (MQ) of PD patients were significantly lower than the norm (P<0.01). The scores of associational learning, direct memory, picture recall and portrait association in each age groups were lower than norm (P<0.05), but nonsense figure recognition (P>0.05). The MQ of PD patients was significantly related with education and depression or anxiety (P<0.01), and was not correlated with age, gender and course of disease (P>0.05). Conclusion The MQ of PD patients are lower especially in associational learning, direct memory, picture recall and portrait association. The MQ of PD patients is correlated with education and depression or anxiety significantly.
