Objective To study the perinatal outcomes in pregnant women with pathogens of toxoplasma,cytomegalovirus and herpes simplex type Ⅱ in maternal blood.Methods 1 141 preg- nant women were screened for toxoplasma,eytomegalovirus and herpes simplex type Ⅱ by PCR in maternal blood during 1994.2～1997.3.Some placental tissues and/or umbilical vein blood were also detected.Results Toxoplasma,cytomegalovirus,or herpes simplex type Ⅱ were positive in 97 cases(8.50%).All cases,except that 25 cases did not deliver in our hospital,were followed up to 42 days postpartum.Fifty-two cases got good perinatal outcomes,while 20 cases had poor perinatal outcomes.17 placentas were detected in patients with good perinatal outcomes,while 15 placentas were detected in patients with poor perinatal outcomes.The positive rates of toxoplasma,cytomega- lorirus and herpes simpley type Ⅱ in the two groups were 17.65%(3/17)and 60.00%(9/15)re- spectively(P

Object To investigate the isomer transition reaction of ferulic acid and the existing form of ferulic acid in Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. and Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels. Methods HPLC and HPLC-MS were used to confirm the isomer transition of ferulic acid. Results The trans-ferulic acid was translated into cis-ferulic acid partly when its solution was deposited under some routine conditions,and the trans- and cis-ferulic acids could coexist in the Chinese medicinal materials,L. chuanxiong and A. sinensis. Conclusion The trans-ferulic acid is stable thermodynamicly,but could be translated into cis-ferulic acid partly and slowly.

Objective To explore the role of ripply1 in zebrafish dorsal-ventral development .Methods Using ze-brafish whole-mount in situ hybridization to examine the ripply1 expression pattern in early embryo development .To analyse the expression pattern changes of dorsal-ventral marker genes at shield stage and the morphological changes at 24 hpf (hours post-fertilization) after overexpression of ripply1 by injecting synthetic mRNA at 1-cell stage.Using Tol2 transposon technology to obtain a ripply1 promoter driven GFP transgenic fish and to identify promoter region that recapitulates endoge -nous ripply1 expression pattern .Results The in situ hybridization results revealed that ripply1 specifically expresses in the future dorsal region at shield stage .Overexpression of ripply1 caused an enhanced expression of dorsal marker genes and a reduction of ventral marker genes .Embryos overexpressing ripply1 also showed severely dorsalized phenotype , with enlarged head, reduced ventral yolk extension , and shortened posterior trunk and tail regions , and the formation of a secondary trunk axis.Transgenic fish revealed the maternal expression of ripply1 and suggested that a 1.2 kb promoter-driven GFP is able to recapitulate the endogenous gene expression pattern .Conclusion ripply1 may participate in the early development of dor-sal-ventral axis in zebrafish embryo .

Objective To evaluate the endocrine glands derived VEGF (EG-VEGF) influence on growth, migration and apoptosis of pancreatic cancer cells MiaPaCa Ⅱ. Methods MiaPaCa Ⅱ were treated by 100,200 ng/ml EG-VEGF for 24, 48, 72, 96 h, and MTT assay was used to determine the proliferation; and cell scratch experiment was used to investigate the percentage of cell migration distance, flow cytometry was used to measure the apoptosis of the cancer cells. Results After MiaPaCa Ⅱ cells were treated by 0, 100,200 ng/ml EG-VEGF for 72 h, the proliferation of MiaPaCa Ⅱ was 0. 253 ± 0. 012 , 0. 374 ± 0.013,0. 383 ±0.015, respectively EG-VEGF could significantly promote the proliferation of MiaPaCa Ⅱ ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). After MiaPaCa Ⅱ cells were treated by 0, 100 ng/ml EG-VEGF for 24 h, the percentage of cell migration distance was (27.40 ± 3.45 ) % and ( 13.21 ±4.65 ) % ,respectively with statistical difference ( P ＜ 0.05 ), EG-VEGF could significantly promote the migration ability of MiaPaCa Ⅱ cells and inhibite the apoptosis. Conclusions After EG-VEGF treatment, the growth and migration ability of MiaPaCa Ⅱ cells increases, apoptosis decreases.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the bioavailability of domestic propylthiouracil enteric coated capsule.METHODS:A modified RP-HPLC assay was used for determination of the plasma drug concentrations.In a randomized two-way crossover design,a single oral dose of100mg domestic propylthiouracil capsule(trial agent,A)and imported propyithiouracil tablet(reference agent,B)were given to20male healthy volunteers.The parameters were fitted by CRFB bioavailaility soft?ware.RESULTS:The AUC 0～t ,C max and t max of A and B were(9.13?1.53)and(8.80?1.37)(?g?h)/ml,(3.02?0.71)and(3.03?0.66)?g/ml,(4.51?0.24)and(1.13?0.44)h respectively.There were no significant differences in parameters between2groups.The relative bioavailability of product A was(104.37?12.16)%.CONCLUSION:The results suggest that these two products were bioequivalent.

Objective To observe the efficacy of bloodletting therapy plus narrow band ultraviolet B (NB-UVB) in treating prurigo nodularis.Method According to the randomized controlled principle, the enrolled patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was intervened by bloodletting cupping at the selected acupoints and the topical areas plus NB-UVB once every other day; the control group was by orally taking Mizolastine sustained release tablets and external application of Halometasone cream.Result The total effective rate was 85.7% in the treatment group versus 61.9% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion Bloodletting therapy plus NB-UVB can produce a content efficacy in treating prurigo nodularis, with few adverse reactions.

Objective To analyze the application value of multislice spiral CT in diagnosis of children malformation of large blood vessels outside the heart.Methods The diagnosis results were compared between echocardiography and multislice spiral CT in 110 children with congenital heart disease,and the children had been confirmed by operation.Congenital heart disease was divided three kinds according to the region:heart,connections between heart and large blood vessels and large blood vessels outside the heart.Results One hundred and ten children with congenital heart disease were selected,and they had 366 malformations.The accuracy rates of echocardiography and multislice spiral CT were 90.7％ (332/366) and 95.6％ (350/366) respectively,and there was no statistical difference (x2 =3.284,P =0.070).In 366 malformations,160 malformations were in heart region.The accuracy rates of echocardiography and multislice spiral CT were 98.1％ (157/160) and 97.5％ (156/160) respectively,and there was no statistical difference (x2 =0.776,P =0.378).There were 55 malformations in connections between heart and large blood vessels.The accuracy rates of echocardiography and multislice spiral CT were 94.5％ (52/55) and 100.0％ (55/55) respectively,and there was no statistical difference (x2 =3.083,P =0.243).There were 151 malformations in large blood vessels outside the heart.The accuracy rates of echocardiography and multislice spiral CT were 81.5％(123/151) and 92.1％ (139/151) respectively,and there was statistical difference (x2 =7.377,P =0.01).Conclusion Multisltce spiral CT has great application value in diagnosis of children congenital heart disease,especially in malformation of large blood vessels outside the heart.

Objective To investigate the protective mechanisms of nerve growth factor (NGF) on spinal cord injury.Methods The spinal cord injury (SCI) of Wistar rats was performed by a 10g×2.5cm impact on the posterior T12 spinal cord.The experimental animals received NGF liquid by subarachnoid space tube.The radioimmunological techniques were applied to examine the level of endothelin.Results The level of endothelin was significantly increased after the injury as compared with that in control group(P＜0.01).The level of endothelin in NGF group as obviously lowered as compared with that in normal saline group 4 h after injury (P＜0.01).Conclusion NGF can protect spinal cord against injury in vivo.One of the mechanisms is that NGF could inhibit endothelin-induced vicious circle.
