Objective To estimate the application of the wheat esterase inhibition method for the determination of organic phosphorus pesticide residues in agricultural products. Methods The wheat esterase inhibition method was used for the determination of organic phosphorus pesticide residues in chive, the quality evaluation and principal component analysis were conducted.Organic phosphorus pesticide residues in five agricultural products were detected by this method, and compared with the confirmatory test with GC.Results The detection limit, standard deviation, relative standard deviation and average recovery of this method for various organic phosphorus pesticides were 0.05-0.52 mg/kg,0.26-3.09,2.9%-4.1% and 74.5%-92.1%,respectively.The inhibitory degree of pesticide and precision was the primary factor for influencing the result of quality evaluation. Conclusion The wheat esterase inhibition method is reasonable and is applicable for the semi-quantitative analysis of organic phosphorus pesticide residues in the agricultural products

Objective To investigate the CT manifestations of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma (PSH), and improve the CT diagnostic accuracy of the disease. Methods The CT manifestations of 5 cases with pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma which were proved by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results Solitary pulmonary nodule was demonstrated in all 5 cases with clear demarcation on CT. The nodule was smooth and homogeneous in density in 4 cases, and was slightly irregular with cavity in another case. After intravenous contrast administration, all the lesions were homogeneously enhanced, similar to the nearby blood vessels. The vessels linked with the lesions were found generally. Conclusion The CT is helpful for the diagnosis of PSH.

AIM:To observe the change of nitric oxide(NO)and hydrogen sulfide(H_2S)in blood and lung homogenate of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension(HPH)rat model, and to discuss the meaning of inhalation sodium nitrite and these factors in the treatment of HPH. METHODS:Fifty healthy male Wistar rats were assigned randomly into 5 groups(10 rats each):normoxia control group(NC),normoxia sodium nitrite group(NNI),hypoxic control group(HC),hypoxic normal saline group(HNS)and hypoxic sodium nitrite group(HNI). The mean pulmonary arterial pressure(mPAP),weight of right ventricle, weight of left ventricle plus septum, and the ratio of the weight of right ventricle to that of left ventricle plus septum(right ventricle hypertrophy index,RVHI)were also determined. The serum level of NO and plasma level of H_2S were measured, and at the same time the levels of NO in the lung homogenate were detected. The structures in pulmonary arteries were examined using optical microscope. RESULTS:After model established, compared to that in the normoxia groups, the body weight decreased significantly in hypoxia groups(P<0.05),although no difference of body weight in five groups before producing model was observed. Compared to that in normoxia groups, the levels of mPAP and RVHI increased significantly in hypoxia groups, and compared to that in hypoxia control groups and hypoxia normal saline group,mPAP and RVHI levels decreased significantly in hypoxia sodium nitrite group(P<0.05). Compared to that in normoxia groups, the serum level of NO decreased significantly in hypoxia groups(P<0.05). NO level in lung homogenate decreased significantly in hypoxia control group and hypoxia normal saline group as compared to that in normoxia groups(P<0.05),and no obvious difference between hypoxic sodium nitrite group and normoxia groups was found. The plasma level of H_2S was decreased significantly in hypoxia groups(P<0.05)as compared to that in normoxia groups. H_2S level increased significantly in hypoxia sodium nitrite group as compared to that in hypoxia control groups and hypoxia normal saline group(P<0.05). Observation under optical microscope, the lumen structure of lung in normoxia control group was normal. No significant change in normoxia sodium nitrite group was found. The proliferation of smooth muscle cells(SMCs),the collagen fiber deposition in the vessel wall and every caliber thickening was observed in hypoxic control group. The same changes were also observed in hypoxic normal saline group. The thickened caliber was relieved significantly in hypoxic nitrite group. CONCLUSION:Pulmonary hypertension and right ventricle reconstitution can be relieved by inhalation of sodium nitrite, and can be regulated by the level of NO and H_2S in rats. Above all, inhalation of sodium nitrite may degrade HPH directly or by affecting the externalization and synthesizing of gas signaling molecule indirectly.

Objective To explore the role of nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome in the pathogenesis of dementia. Methods 16 patients with with Alzheimer's disease (AD), 22 patients with vascular dementia (VD) and 20 healthy persons with similar age were detected the level of NLRP3 mRNA with RT-PCR in peripheral blood mononuclear cells January, 2014 to October, 2015. The serum level of interleukin (IL)-1βand IL-18 were detected with ELISA. The total number of white blood cells (WBC) and serum total calcium were collected. Single factor correlation analysis was performed between NLRP3mRNA and IL-1β, or IL-18, or WBC, or calcium concentration. Results The levels of NLRP3 mRNA ranged from high to low were as in AD group>VD group>the healthy group (q>11.48, P<0.05). The serum level of IL-1βwas higher in AD group than in the the healthy group (q=16.74, P<0.05), but not significantly different between VD group and the healthy group, nor between VD group and AD group (P<0.05). There was no signifi-cant difference about IL-18 among AD group, VD group and the healthy group (P<0.05). NLRP3 mRNA was positively correlated with the serum levels of IL-1β(r=0.64) and calcium (r=0.58) in AD group. There was no correlation between NLRP3 mRNA and IL-18 or WBC (P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of NLRP3 inflammasome may be related with the pathogenesis of AD, but little impact on the pathogene-sis of VD.

AIM To evaluate the effect of METHODS 2 month-old mice were fed routinelycistanche desertica polysacchrides(CDP) on the ni- for 11 mounths to establish the model of naturallytric oxids(NO) ,superoxide dismutase(SOD) in se- aging mice. The cistanche desertica polysacchridesrum and apoptosis of lung cell in aging mice. 25, 50, 100 mg ?kg~' were administrated respec- lively to the mice po. then investigated the concentration of NO, SOD and the morphological changes of apoptosis by fluoromicroscope. RESULTS Aging could induce the lung cell apoptosis, decrease the level of SOD, and increase the level of NO as well. The cistanche desertica polysacchrides signif- icantly ameliorated the lung cell apoptosis; decreased the level of NO, improved the activity of SOD. CONCLUSION Cistanche desertica polysac-chrides have ameliorating and postponing effects on the regressive changes in the lung of aging mice.
