The fast development of life science and technology such as organ transplantation,euthanasia,gene research plan and assisted reproductive technique and so forth brought happiness for human being,and at the same time they also brought lots of ethical dilemmas.System construction is an important approach to these problems and ethic guidance is absolutely necessary in this process.Moreover,the reasonable procedure is the important support for ethical guidance.Lastly,ethical problems are also closely related to scientists′ social responsibiliies of scientists.In conclusion,from the ultimate view,the advancement and balanced development of society is the fundamental factor to solve the negative effects of life science and technology.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of atomization inhalation combined with montelukast in the treatment of infantile cough after infection.Methods From September 2015 to August 2017,300 children with post-infection cough in Taizhou Tumor Hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montelukast,and the observation group was given atomization inhalation combined with montelukast.The clinical effect,symptom improvement time,adverse events and parents' satisfaction were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.33％,which was higher than 86.67％ in the control group(P ＜0.05).The improvement time of cough and expectoration of the observation group [(3.02 ± 0.45)d,(2.11 ± 0.71)d] was better than those of the control group(all P ＜ 0.05).The incidence rate of adverse events in the observation group(3.33％) was lower than that in the control group(P ＜0.05).The total satisfactory rate of parents in the observation group was 96.00％,which was obviously higher than that in the control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The effect of atomization inhalation combined with montelukast on children's cough after infection is good,it can effectively control the condition and relieve the symptoms such as cough,and the safety is higher.The risk of adverse reactions is low.

Objective:To repair unilateral incomplete cleft lip with Noordhoof's incomplete cheiloplasty. To analyze the properties of the technique and to emphasize the key points of the operation design and manipulation. Methods:52 cases of unilateral incomplete cleft lip were received Noordhoff treatment. The characterization of operative method, results and attention were analyzed. Results: 51 cases are totally healed successfully except 1 case is healed successfully by re-operation for losing balance onto the floor. Conclusion: With Noordhoof's surgical technique for unilateral incomplete cleft lip, parenchyma of the lip is utilized mostly, the nosewing outboard incision is avoided. The shape of vermilion is more satisfactory.

Objective To investigate the change and significance of regulatory T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of rats model of chronic abacterial prostatitis.Methods Twelve Wistar rats with weight of approximate 390 g were randomly divided into two groups,model group and control group.Rats in the model group was injected subcutaneously 17β-estradiol(0.25 mg/day,for 30 days) after castration to establish rat model of chronic abacterial prostatitis.Flow cytometry was applied to detect the frequency of CD+4 CD+25 cells and CD+8CD-28 cells in peripheral blood of rats after model establishment.Results Compared with control group (11.63±1.36)％,the proportion of CD+4 CD+25T lymphocytes in model group (7.90±1.74)％ significanlty decreased (P＜0.01).Compared with control group (24.64±4.76)％,the proportion of CD+8CD-28T lymphocytes in model group (17.18±2.83) ％ also significantly decreased (P＜0.01).Conclusions The changes of the ratio of CD+4 CD+25T lymphocytes and CD+8CD-28T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of rats model of chronic abacterial prostatitis provided evidences for pathogenic mechanism of regulatory T lymphocytes participating in the development of chronic abacterial prostatitis.

Objective: To evaluate happiness and the mental health of elderly who participate morning exercise in Wuxi area. Methods: 161 elderly who participated morning exercise and 111 elderly from urban area of Wuxi were investigated with Memorial University of Newfoundland Scale of Happiness (MUNSH), Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90), and general health status questionnaire. Optimal Scaling was used to study the relationship between Happiness and affecting factors. Results: The average level of happiness of the morning exercises groups was higher than that of control. Factors having influence on mental health included interpersonal relationship, children satisfaction rating, and attitude to retirement, house condition.Conclusions: Elderly participating morning exercise have better mental health status.

Objective To investigate the effects of serum levels of leptin, IGF-1, BDNF and inflammatory markers in patients with post-stroke depression(PSD). Methods By using Hamilton rating scale for depression (HAMD) ,46 patients with post-stroke depression were recruited and 50 patients without depression as the control group. Two weeks after the onset of stroke, serum levels of leptin, insulin growth factor(IGF-1), hs-CRP, intracellular adhesion molecule (ICAM-1) and brain-derived neurotrophic factors (BDNF) were measured by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results The levels of leptin and IGF-1 in patients with PSD were significantly higher than that of the control group (( 57.4 ± 14.32) ng/ml vs (17.53 ± 11.62) ng/ml, P = 0. 002;(120.86 ±28.66) ng/ml vs (66.5 ± 17.51) ng/ml, P=0. 004 respectively). The serum levels of leptin and IGFI were positively correlated with the HAMD score(r=0. 724, P＜0. 01; r=0. 641, P＜0. 01 respectively). There was no significant differences in the levels of hs-CRP((2.3 ±0.42) mg/dl vs (2.2 ± 0.28) mg/dl, P= 0. 767),ICAM-1 (( 182.6 ± 50.27) ng/ml vs (178.7 ± 51.14) ng/ml, P = 0. 812) and BDNF(( 25.8 ± 8.35) ng/ml vs (24.2 ±7.48)ng/ml, P = 0.580)in the two groups. Conclusion The serum levels of leptin and IGF-1 may be associated with post-stroke depression and may be the markers of PSD in the old stroke patients.

Objective To investigate the effects of recombinant tissue-type plasminogen activator (rt-PA) combined with mild hypothermia on the hemorrhagic transformation after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion within or out of the therapeutic time window in rats.Methods The focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion 3 and 4 hours models of rats were established by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) 3 or 4 hours. The rats were randomly divided into the normal saline group (group NS), normothermia rt-PA group (group rt-PA), rt-PA combined with hypothermia group (group rt-PA +HT), and sham-operation group. Brain mild hypothermia was achieved after ischemia reperfusion and maintained 3 hours. Rats were sacrificed 24 h after ischemia reperfusion, and the amount of bleeding was measured.Results The amount of bleeding significantly reduced in the group rt-PA+HT compared with group rt-PA, which obviously increased in the group rt-PA compared with group NS ( P<0.05); there was a significant difference between rt-PA groups MCAO 3 hours and 4 hours ( P<0.05).Conclusion rt-PA can increase hemorrhagic transformation volume; hemorrhagic transformation volume is higher if treated by rt-PA within 3 h therapeutic time window than treated beyond the time window; mild hypothermia should possibly prevent the development of hemorrhagic transformation and prolong the therapeutic time window of thrombolytic intervention in ischemic stroke.

Objective To investigate the effect and adverse reaction of recombinant human interleukin-11 ( rhIL-11) combined with prednisone in the treatment of adults with recurrent primary immune thrombocytopenia ( ITP) .Methods The clinical and laboratory data of 34 patients of adult recurrent ITP were retrospectively analyzed.16 cases in A group were treated with prednisone,18 cases in B group were treated with rhIL-11 combined with prednisone.Results The effective rate of B group was 44.5%,which of A group was 50.0%,there was no sig-nificant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After 7d,10d,14d treatment,platelet count in B group were (39.7 ±16.3) ×109/L,(55.3 ±27.6) ×109/L,(71.8 ±30.9) ×109/L respectively,which in A group were (24.3 ±6.7) ×109/L,(35.6 ±28.6) ×109/L,(47.3 ±29.2) ×109/L respectively,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(t=2.008,2.090,2.431,all P<0.05).There were 5 cases(31.3%) in A group and 6 cases(33.3%) in B group showed adverse reactions,the difference between the two groups was no signif-icant (χ2 =2.117,P>0.05%),but there were 2 cases of capillary leak syndrome(CLS) in B group.Conclusion rhIL-11 combined with prednisone can promote significant rebound of platelet in the adult patients with recurrent IPT in a short term,effectively control bleeding,and the side effect is controllable.

Objective To evaluated diagnosis yield of cytological and histological analysis of endoscopic ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration (EUS-FNA).Methods A total of 43 patients who were clinically diagnosed as having mediastinal lesions,retroperitoneal lesions or pancreatic lesions by CT were recruited to the study.EUS-FNA was performed with standard 22G needle.Specimens were placed in formalin for histological analysis,and residual materials were prepared for cytologic analysis.Results Lesions were located in the mediastinum (n =9),the retroperitoneum (n =1),and pancreas (n =33).Cytologic diagnoses included malignancy (n =22),suspicious malignancy (n =2),atypical cell (n =3),absence of malignancy (n =16).Histologic diagnoses included malignancy (n =30),suspicious malignancy (n =1),sarcoidosis (n =2),chronic inflammation (n =10).The positive rates,sensitivities and accuracies of cytology and histology were 51％,59％,65％ and 74％,81％,84％,respectively.Conclusion The positive rate,sensitivity and accuracy of histology of EUS-FNA is superior to cytology.

Objective To study the changes of motor cortex in patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS)while executing sequential finger tapping movement by using blood oxygenation level dependent(BOLD)functional MRI.Methods Fifteen patients with definite or probable ALS and 15 age and gender matched normal controls were enrolled in the BOLD study,and all the subjects were right-handed with no other diseases or any recent medication history.A 3.0 T MR scanner was employed and gradient echo EPI(GRE-EPI)sequence was used to acquire the functional images.Subjects executed sequential finger tapping movement at a frequency of 1-2 Hz during a block design task.fMRI data were analyzed by using statistical parametric mapping(SPM)2.Volume of activated brain areas was compared with the use of a Student's t-test.Results Bilateral primary sensorimotor cortex(PSM),bilateral posterior aspect of premotor area(PA),bilateral supplementary motor area(SMA),contralateral inferior lateral premotor area (ILPA),bilateral parietal region(PAR),and ipsilateral cerebellum showed activation in both ALS patients and normal controls when executing the same motor task.The activation areas in bilateral PSM and bilateral posterior aspect of PA(right hand ipsilateral activation:ALS(924.5±141.1)mm3,control(829.9±98.4)mm3,P=0.05;right hand contralateral activation:ALS(9143.8±702.8)mm3,control(8638.8±506.4)mm3,P＜0.05;left hand ipsilateral activation:ALS(1162.5±357.4)mm3,control(902.5±184.2)mm3,P＜0.05;left hand contralateral activation:ALS(8255.2±870.2)mm3,control (5934.6±616.4)mm3,P＜0.05),bilateral SMA(right hand bilateral activation:ALS(6564.3±720.6)mm3,control(4710.7±416.3)mm3,P＜0.05;left hand bilateral activation:ALS(6970.5±961.8)mm3,control(3688.9±672.3)mm3,P＜0.05),and ipsilateral cerebellum(right hand ipsilateral activation:ALS(2720.0±1154.2)mm3,control(254.3±84.4)mm3,P＜0.05;left hand ipsilateral activation:ALS(4794.4±1237.0)mm3,control(1689.0±719.6)mm3,P＜0.05)were significantly larger in ALS patients than in normal controls.Extra activation areas including ipsilateral ILPA,contralateral cerebellum and bilateral posterior limb of internal capsule were only detected in ALS patients.Conclusions Similar activation areas were seen in both groups while executing the same motor task,but the activated areas were more prominent in ALS group.The increased activation areas in ALS patients may represent neural reorganization.while the extra activation areas in ALS patients may indicate functional compensation.
