OBJECTIVE: To exchange the working experiences in community pharmacy so as to avoid dispensing error. METHODS: The causes of dispensing error in computerized community pharmacy and the related countermeasures were discussed. RESULTS: To prevent dispnesing error in the computerized community pharmacy, it is urgernt for the concerned personnel to improve their professional level and working ability and arrange drugs scientifically. CONCLUSION: Great importance should be attached to the dispensing error in community pharmacy to provide patients with a high quality community health service.

Background and purpose:The reason for hepatitis B virus (HBV) with hepatocyte specificity is PreS1 enchased on the hepatitis B virus envelope (HBVE). So HBVE may have a potential application in liver targeting gene transfer. In this study, we investigated whether HBVE has the ability to target liver cancer cells. Methods:HBVE was obtained from the supernatant of Hep G 2.2.15 cells through PEG8000 system and ?-propiolactone method. The pIRS2-EGFP was packed with HBVE and resulted in the product HBVE-GFP. HBVE-GFP was transfected into HepG2, A549, HeLa and FB cells. The green fluorescent protein (GFP) expression was observed under a fluorescent microscope. The rate of GFP positive cells was determined by flow cytometer.Results:The GFP could be observed in the four groups, but the HepG2 group had a higher fluorescent intensity than the other 3 groups. Objective To study the toxicity and physical, chemi ca l and antimicrobial properties of the tracheal catheter made with nanometer anti microbial plastics. Methods For examining the toxicity of the n ew tracheal catheter, 30 Kunming mice were divided into 3 groups. The mice in gr oup A received 2ml of fluid sucked through the catheter by intra-abdominal inje ction, the mice in group B received 1ml of suction fluid, and the mice in group C received 2 ml of normal saline. Multiple proportional dilutions were used to d etect the antimicrobial property of the tracheal catheter against both positive and negative Gram bacteria. Results No noxious effects or toxic ity was found in tested mice, and all the physical and chemical data of the cath eter were up to the National Standard. The catheter showed a certain antimicrobi al effects on some of common pathogenic bacteria. Conclusion Th e tracheal catheter made with nanometer antimicrobial plastics had no noxious ef fects on mice, it showed a certain antimicrobial effects on to some of common pa thogenic bacteria, and its physical and chemical properties were up to the Natio nal Standard.

Objective To investigating the application of serum carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199) level increase in the patients with different characters of obstructive jaundice .Methods 21 patients with benign obstructive jaundice (benign group) and 24 pa‐tients with malignant obstructive jaundice (malignant group) were selected .The CA199 level in these two groups was higher than the reference value .Serum CA199 level was all higher than average value .The changes of serum CA199 level and direct bilirubin (DBIL) before and after treatment were dynamically monitored and their correlation was analyzed .Results There was no statisti‐cally significant difference in serum CA199 and DBIL levels before treatment between the benign group and the malignant group (P> 0 .05) .The serum CA199 and DBIL levels after treatment in the benign group were obviously decreased compared with before treatment ,the difference was statistically significant (P< 0 .05) ,however ,which in the malignant group had no statistical difference between before and after treatment (P > 0 .05) .Conclusion CA199 is not a marker of very high tumor specificity ,and could not serve as the sole marker for judging benign and malignant diseases .Dynamically monitoring the change of serum CA199 before and after treatment and its correlation with DBIL is conducive to differentiate between benign with malignant diseases .

The von willebrand factor (vWF) and angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE) were measured in asthmatic patients in stages of attack and remission, using ELISA and ultraviolet methods. The results showed that the vWF and ACE were (72.1 ? 58.3)%, and 22.9 ? 6.9U in the stage of attack, and (68.8 ? 42.1)% and 23.2? 7.9U in the stage of remission, respectively. Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of compound Bletilla Striata cream in the treatment of patients with second degree hand rhagadia. Methods: Totally 146 patients with second degree hand rhagadia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 73 cases in each. The treatment group was treated with compound Bletilla Striata cream, while the control group was treated with urea ointment. The treatment course was 10 days. The time of paln disappearance, keratoder-ma softening and rhagadia healing were compared between the two groups, and the efficacy and adverse drug reactions of the two groups were also observed and compared. Results:After the first treatment course, the curative rate of the treatment group was 94. 5%, which was higher than that of the control group (82. 2%) with statistical significance (P<0. 05). The total effective rate of the two groups was both 100% without statistical significance (P>0. 05). The time of keratoderma softening and rhagadia healing in the treatment group was significant shorter than that in the control group (P<0. 05), while the time of paln disappearance showed no significant difference between the two groups(P>0. 05). Conclusion: Compound Bletilla Striata cream in the treatment of second degree hand rhagadia is effective and safe, which shows good prospect for clinical application.

Objective: To construct a liver targeting gene transfer vector using hepatitis B virus envelope particles. Methods: Hepatitis B viruses were obtained from the supernatant of HepG 2.2.15 cells by a PEG8000 system and were inactivated by ?-propiolactone to prepare hepatitis B virus envelope. The hepatitis B virus envelope was used to pack 5.3 kb pIRES_2-EGFP to assess their packing ability. Subsequently, the products were studied with ELISA, PCR, SDS-PAGE, and electron microscopy. Finally, the product was used to transfect HepG2 cells and the green fluorescent protein (GFP) expression was observed under a fluorescent microscope. The rate of GFP positive cells was determined by flow cytometer.Results: The acquired hepatitis B virus envelope retained the surface protein HBsAg+pre S_1+pre S_2, but with no virus DNA. The prepared envelope had high packing ability for GFP and the packed GFP had a high transfection rate in HepG2 cell. Conclusion: Hepatitis B virus envelope has been successfully obtained from the supernatant of HepG 2.2.15 cells with a PEG8000 system and ?-propiolactone.

AIM: To observe the effect of Tongjingning Capsule (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Rhizoma Cyperi, etc.) on reproductive organs of female immature mice and anti inflammatry analgesia. METHODS: Mouse uterus and ovaries were weighted. Mouse twisting numbers induced by acetic acid and mouse pain thresholds after heat stimulation were recorded. Swelling of mouse external ears, swelling of rat toes and rat granuloma were used for experiment models. RESULTS: Tongjingning Capsule significantly increased the weight of mouse uterus and ovaries. It could reduce mouse twisting numbers and prolong mouse pain thresholds after heat stimulation. It had inhibitory effects on swelling of mice's external ears resulted by dimethylbenzene, rat granuloma and swelling of rat toes resulted by egg white. CONCLUSION: Tongjingning Capsule can promote the growth of reproductive organs of female immature mice and ease pain and diminish inflammation.

Objective To establish the rat model of collagen-induced arthritis and study the diagnostic value of MRI for early RA by comparing to pathological changes. Methods Thirty Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal groups and experimental groups.Fifteen rats of the experimental groups were immunized with type Ⅱ collagen and Freund's Adjuvant Incomplete. At the scheduled days, the selected rats of both experimental and normal groups underwent X-ray, 1.5T MR scan plus enhancement and histological analysis. Results Arthritis Index increased on the 14th day after immunization and reached the peak on the 28th day in the experimental group, the positivity of Anti-CⅡ antibody was significantly different from the normal group.The experiemental model was established in 93.33% of all rats. The enhanced MRI showed that 12 (12/15) rats presented with abnormal signs . The sensitivity of MRI was 85.71% and the specificity was 100%. There was no significant correlation could be found between MRI and histological changes X-ray revealed soft tissue swollen in 4 (4/15) rats, which showed that MRI had higher sensitivity in detecting abnormal signs of arthritis than X-ray. Conclusion MRI may be used in the early diagnosis of early RA.
