[Objective]To investigate the cause precautionary measures and treatment countermeasure of impingement syndrome of the anterior ankle.[Method]From june 2000 to December 2004,18 cases of acute raumatic extravasated blood of the ankle without fracture and disbocating,20 cases of pain in front side and front inboard and front outside with dorsiflexion ache and dysfunction,all the cases were examined and treated under the arthroscope.The effect was analyzed.[Result]Follow-up lasted 6~52 months(mean 28 months).In all the 38 cases there were"excellent"outcomes in 17 cases"good"in 19 cases,"fair" in 0 case,and"poor" in 0 case in the acute traumatic extravasated blood of the ankle group.Impringement syndrome of the anterior ankle group:"excellent" in 15 cases"good" in 3 cases"fair"in 2 cases"poor"in 0 case.[Conclusion]Arthrotrauma and degranding are two reasons of the impingement syndrome of the anterior ankle,the initial stage arthroscope examination and treatment of the acute traumatic extravasated blood of the ankle without fracture and disbocating is the best active method to prevent the impingement syndrome of the anterior anlke,the clearing operation under the arthroscope is the best mininmally invasive treatment countermeasure for the impingement syndrome of the anterior ankle.

Objective To observe the characteristics of coronary hemodynamics in acute hibernating myocardium (AHM) model by intracoronary doppler guidewire. Methods 13 little domestic Chinese swine were established to the model of AHM by interventional method (closed chest),intracoronary Doppler guidewire were used to measure average peak velocity (APV),diastolic systolic velocity ratio (DSVR) and coronary flow velocity reserve (CFVR) distal to the stenosis in the period of pre model,post model and reperfusion.Then animals were executed,the histomography changes of AHM cells were observed.Results 10 animals (76 92%) were established to the model of AHM successfully,myocardium necrosis were not found under microscopical examination.APV and CFVR distal to the stenosis decreased significantly in AHM model ( P

Objective To investigate the effect of autologous coronary intervention in patients with angina recurrence of graft vessels occlusion after coronary artery bypass graftting(CABG).Methods Retrospectively analyzed the data of 10 patients with angina recurrence because of graft vessels occlusion.treated by CABG,including in clinical data,arteriography and the interventional results.Results Among 10 patients,9 patients received chronic total occlusion(CTO) PCI,another 1 patients received left main stem(LM) intervention.There were none had angina recurrence after PCI in 10 patients.Conclusion Conclusion Autologous coronary intervention in patients with angina recurrence of graft vessels occlusion after coronary artery bypass graftting was the safety and effective treatment.

AIM:To investigate the protective effects of Danshen Tablet on the brachial artery flow-mediated dilatation(FMD)in the subjects accompanied with risk factors of coronary heart disease(CHD). METHODS: Fifty-five subjects were randomly assigned to two groups,therapy group(32 cases)were administrated Danshen Tablet(three tablets once,three times a day),the control group(23 cases) were received placebo and then observed their brachial artery FMD before and after three months' therapy.Meanwhile 19 healthy cases were compared with the subjects. Objective To investigate the mRNA expression of β‐catenin and PTEN in hepatocellular carcinoma exposed to hepa‐titis B virus(HBV) and aflatoxin B1(AFB1) .Methods 108 HCCs came from different districts of Guangxi province were labeled as four categories based on their biomarkers of HBV and AFB1 exposure .Group A :HBV(+ )/AFB1(+ ) ,48 cases ,group B :HBV (+ )/AFB1(-) ,27 cases ,group C :HBV(-)/AFB1(+ ) ,19 cases ,group D :HBV(-)/AFB1(-) ,14 cases .And normal hepatic tissue from 20 cases of hepatic hemangioma ,liver resection and liver transplant donor were chosen as normal control group .And the mRNA expression of β‐catenin and PTEN were detected by RT‐PCR .Results The mean expression level of β‐catenin gene mRNA in group A ,B ,C ,D and control group were(1 .13 ± 0 .14) ,(1 .06 ± 0 .12) ,(1 .16 ± 0 .18) ,(1 .01 ± 0 .13) and(0 .085 ± 0 .13) respec‐tively .There were significant differences between group A and C ,A and D .And there were significant differences between these four groups and control group(all P<0 .05) .The mean expression level of PTEN gene mRNA in four subgroup A ,B ,C ,D and con‐trol group were(0 .54 ± 0 .13) ,(0 .59 ± 0 .16) ,(0 .97 ± 0 .16) ,(0 .92 ± 0 .13) and(1 .10 ± 0 .16) respectively .There were significant differences between group A and D ,C and D .And there were significant differences between group A and C (P=0 .002) ,A and D(P=0 .032) ,B and C(P<0 .001) and B and D(P=0 .011) .And there were significant differences between subgroup A ,B and D and control group(all P<0 .05) .Conclusion The over expression β‐catenin of HCC cases may be associated with the exposure to AFB1 while the loss of gene PTEN may relate to the exposure to HBV .

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of children tsutsugamushi infection in order to strengthen understanding,reduce the misdiagnosis rate,reduce the complications and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.Methods To analyze retrospectively the clinical data and treatment outcome of 22 cases of children tsutsugamushi disease,including symptoms,physical signs and laboratory examination.Results All the cases with fever onset,high fever (＞ 39 ℃) was 72.7％ (16/22),all cases were typical eschars and ulcers,while 8 cases (36.4％,8/22)had lymphadenectasis.Merger multiple organ damage in 14 cases (63.6％,14/22),anemia in 11 cases (50.0％,11/22)and liver function abnormal in 4 cases (18.2％,4/22).All of 22 cases were treated with azithromycin.All cases after treatment with azithromycin heal,no recurrence.Conclusions The manifestation of tsutsugamushi disease is diversity,much complications,among which hematology and liver are the most common cases.Physical examination roundly might reduce missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis as greatly as possible.Azithromycin has good therapeutic effects on children tsutsgamushi disease.

Purpose Two kinds of forward conditional reasoning including modus ponens (MP) and denial of the antecedent (DA) are the most common deductive reasoning in daily life. The present study aimed to explore the difference between the two neural machanisms. Materials and Methods Three kinds of tasks including MP, DA, and baseline were administrated to 14 undergraduates [7 males and 7 females, mean age (23.4±1.3) years] by using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) technique. fMRI data was analyzed. Results The reaction times were significantly slower for MP and DA than that of BS (P<0.001), while the effect was not significant for accuracy. In contrast to baseline, both MP and DA tasks activated the left inferior frontal cortex (BA 9), inferior parietal lobule (BA 40), and postcentral gyrus. Bilateral caudate significant activation was found in MP task when compared with DA, whereas the frontal, parietal, occipital lobe and anterior cingulate cortex were acivated more in the DA than in MP task. Conclusion Both forward conditional reasoning of MP and DA commonly activate the left frontoparietal cortex, while significant dissociations can be seen in the regions of caudate and bilateral frontal, parietal and occipital. These results firstly demonstrates the different neural mechanism underlying the two forward conditional reasoning, which might help to further uncover the brain mechanism of conditional reasoning.

Objective To analyze the composition principles of Chinese patent drugs containing Rehmanniae Radix;To provide reference for clinical application and new drug research and development.Methods Based on the software Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System (V2.0), the authors built prescription database containing Rehmanniae Radix in National Standard for Chinese Patent Drugs (NSCPD). Then the authors adopted the statistical module by using data mining methods such as association rules and improved mutual information method, with a purpose to analyze the attending disease, combination rules and the core groups in prescriptions containing Rehmanniae Radix.Results In 357 prescriptions containing Rehmanniae Radix, 17 most commonly used drug combinations were mined. Meanwhile, two diseases, namely, insomnia and vertigo were chosen from the 22 diseases that Rehmanniae Radix was most frequently used to make deeper analysis, showing that Rehmanniae Radix can achieve different therapeutic effects through different compatibility.Conclusion Prescriptions containing Rehmanniae Radixin NSCPD mainly concentrate on clear heat and cool blood, and nourish Yin. The composition principles obtained from the research that Rehmanniae Radix used when curing different diseases can fully play the efficacy of RehmanniaeRadix and provide evidence for clinical scientific formulae.

Objective To analyze the expression of long non-coding RNA ( lncRNA) in renal clear cell carcinoma ( RCCC ) , the association of lncRNA with RCCC, as well as the role of lncRNA in the diagnosis and treatment of RCCC.Methods Forty fresh RCCC tissues and their normal adjacent tissues were collected from March 2012 to June 2013, and total RNA was extracted using Trizol reagents, purified and tested by denaturing agarose gel electrophmesis and NanoDrop 1000.Through Arraystar Human LncRNA Microarray, the different expression of lncRNA between RCCC and normal adjacent tissues was screened. RT-qPCR was used to verify the expression of lncRNA in 40 pair RCCC tissues and normal adjacent tissues. The receiver-operating characteristic ( ROC ) curve was adopted to verify the diagnostic efficiency of the selected lncRNA.Results LncRNA expression profile showed 1 787 lncRNA with expression alteration in two fold or above, up-regulated and down-regulated candidate lncRNAs were 941 and 846 respectively. Compared with the adjacent tissues, NR_034095 and NR_038974 were up-regulated in RCCC, and ENST00000571724 and ENST00000566575 were down-regulated, which were consistent with the microarray analysis.By the ROC curves of NR_034095, NR_038974, ENST00000571724 and ENST00000566575 to discriminate the RCCC from normal adjacent tissue, the area under curve was 0.928 ( 95%CI 0.873 -0.984), 0.759 (95%CI 0.647-0.871), 0.833 (95%CI 0.747-0.919) and 0.887 (95%CI 0.815-0.959 ) , respectively.Conclusions NR _ 034095, NR _ 038974, ENST00000571724 and ENST00000566575 are significantly differently expressed in RCCC.The different expressed lncRNA might be closely related to the process of RCCC, and may be used as a new candidate target for molecular diagnosis and gene therapy of RCCC.
