OBJECTIVETo study the prevalence and the epidemiological feature of hepatitis B in the population of Zaozhuang and the seroepidemiology of hepatitis B virus infection.
METHODSHBsAg, anti-HBs and anti-HBc were detected in 963 sera collected from 312 families by RIA, which were selected by multistage and stratified cluster sampling.
RESULTSThe results indicated that the standardized positive rates of HBsAg, anti-HBs and anti-HBc were 7.08%, 37.56% and 41.35%, respectively and the standardized prevalence rate of hepatitis B virus infection was 44.37%. The positive rate of HBsAg was higher in male subjects and in the urban area groups than those in female subjects (P<0.05) and in rural area groups (P<0.01), respectively. There was no significant difference in the positive rate of HBsAg among all age groups and occupation groups (P>0.05). The positive rates of anti-HBs and anti-HBc and infective rate of hepatitis B virus increased with age. The infective rate of hepatitis B virus was higher in male subjects and in rural area groups than those in female subjects (P<0.05) and in urban area groups (P<0.05), respectively.
CONCLUSIONSThe HBV infective rate of population was higher in Zaozhuang city; measures of prevention and control should be taken actively and effectively.

Objective To investigate the feasibility and therapeutic effect of stenting therapy by using modified Y-shaped self-expandable metal stent for the stenosis of gastroenteric stoma. Methods According to the particular anatomic structures and the pathological features of the narrowed gastroenteric stoma, the authors designed a modified Y-shaped self-expandable metal stent. Under the fluoroscopic guidance, implantation of modified Y-shaped self-expandable metal stent was performed in 5 patients with narrowed gastroenteric stoma. The technical safety and the clinical results were evaluated. Results The modified Y-shaped self-expandable metal stent was successfully implanted with one procedure in all five patients. After the implantation the symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension were promptly relieved, and the patients' living quality was markedly improved. Conclusion The stenting therapy with modified Y-shaped self-expandable metal stent can rapidly relieve the stenosis of gastroenteric stoma once for all. The technique is feasible and the short-term effect is reliable, therefore,it is worth popularizing this therapy in clinical practice.

Objective:To study the effects of beta tricalcium phosphate(β-TCP)/collagen scaffold loaded with human bone morphogenetic protein 2 (hBMP2) plasmid on the osteogenesis ability of MC3T3-E1 cells.Methods:hBMP2 DNA plasmid-modified β-TCP/collagen scaffold and the naked plasmid(control) were constructed.MC3T3-E1 cells were respectively in vitro cultured onto the β-TCP/collagen scaffold with hBMP2(Z) and with control plasmid(Z0),on peace dish with the saffold and hBMP2(M) and with the control plasmid(M0).The surface morphology of the samples was observed by SEM.Osteogenesis of the cells was examined by alkaline phosphatase activity(ALP) test,real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR for the detection of Runx2,OCN,ALP and OPN mRNA expression.Data were statistically analyzed. Results:The composite sample surface of plasmid DNA containing hBMP2 modified β-TCP/collagen was porous;group Z and M showed highter ALP activity and higher mRNA expression of Runx2,OCN,ALP and OPN than group Z0 and M0;so did group Z than group M.Conclusion:Porous β-TCP/collagen scaffold loaded with BMP2 DNA is potential for osteoinduction.
