Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2003;0(10):-
Objective To observe the efficacy of combinated inhaled glucocorticosteroid and long- ?2 - agonist for asthmatic children. Methods Forty- seven children with moderate or severe persistent asthma were treated with inhalation of the fluticasone pro-pionate and salmeterol. The PEF value and the mark according the symptom of asthma before and after treatment( week and month respectively) were recorded. At the same time the days of treatment the patient with the short - ?2 - agonist in the first week and the forth week respectively were noted. The subjective feeling and accident of patients also should be paid attention. Results There was significant difference (P

Objective:To investigate the molecular interaction between non-structural protein 3 serine protease of hepatitis C virus(HCV)and wild type P53,and to lay the basis for elucidating the mechanism of oncogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)after infection of HCV.Methods:The recombinant plasmids,pGAD424-NS3,pGAD424-NS315aa- and pGAD424-NS330aa-,were constructed and the interaction between NS3 serine protease and its cofactor NS4A,the interaction between wild type P53 and NS3 serine protease and its N-truncated mutants were dectected qualitatively and quantitatively in yeast two-hybrid system. Results:The results indicated that interaction existed not only between full-length NS3 serine protease and P53,but also between N-truncated mutants of NS3 serine protease and P53.Furthermore,the difference between enzyme activity unit(IU)of β-gal induced by these interactions was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:NS3 serine protease of hepatitis C virus and its N-truncated mutants can interact with wild type P53,and the region of NS3 serine protease involved in the interaction may be located in its C-terminal,but not in its N-terminal.

9.Research progress on barrel cortex and its plasticity.

Journal of Zhejiang University. Medical sciences 2011;40(3):332-337
Synaptic plasticity of barrel cortex is one of the most widely studied topics in neuroscience in recent years. The primary somatosensory cortex of the rodent has a good topology character, which provides an ideal experimental model for plasticity study. This system displays very strong experience-dependent plasticity both during development and in adulthood. The changes of sensory cortex's neural circuit can induce experience-dependent plasticity. In the synaptic level, thalamocortical synapse is considered to be the main location of plasticity. In the circuit level, both synapses from layer 4 to layer 2/3 and those within layer 2/3 are also the necessary parts of achieving synaptic plasticity in primary somatosensory cortex. The GABAergic inhibitory circuit may be involved in this plasticity of S1, but the exact mechanism remains unknown.

Microbiology 2008;0(09):-
A bacterial strain which could grow well on the substrate of PAEs as the sole source of carbon and energy was isolated from contaminated sludge in the river of WeiFang in ShangDong province and it was designated as JDC-3. Based on the morphology, biophysical and biochemical properties as well as molecular characteristics, this isolate was preliminarily identified as Delftia sp.. A fragment of phthalate dioxygenase gene was successfully amplified from the genus of Delftia for the first time using a set of degenerate primers. Meanwhile, the degradation capability of JDC-3 was determined by HPLC using DMP as test substrate. The results showed that the optimal pH and temperature were at 7.0~8.0 and 30?C~35?C respectively. The degradation kinetics of JDC-3 was studied in different initial DMP concentration under optimal conditions. The results indicated that the degradation dynamic equation was ln C =-0.06837 t + A when DMP concentration was lower than 300 mg/L,with half life of 12.48 h. The degradation rate decreased and half life of JDC-3 prolonged as the initial concentration kept on increasing.
