1.Effects of Di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate on development and metabolism in children
International Journal of Pediatrics 2013;40(5):511-513
With the development of modem technology, more and more plastic products are widely used in various fields, while bringing significant convenience to the society,it also leads to more and more environmental estrogen. The influence of plasticizer is increasing, especially on the development of children.Extensive contacting with plasticizer is considered to be closely related with gonadal digenesis, obesity and other problems in children. This review focuses on the latest research results about the basic and clinical experiments of Di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP),which illuminate the effects of DEHP on children's growth and metabolism, and lay foundations for rational clinical intervention and scientific plasticizer's application.
3.Progress on Adeli suit treatment in cerebral palsy
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;(4):383-385
With the rapid development of modern technology, some new ideas and equipments have been successfully used to resolve one of worldwide problem- rehabilitation of cerebral palsy. Adeli suit treat-ment,a new technological method, which selects spacesuit as the main equipment of intensive training, now has been tentatively used in the United States and Europe. This article focuses on the principles, methods and efficacy of Adeli suit treatment in order to provide a new rehabilitation method for cerebral palsy.
4.Morality and Personality of Children in Single and Non-single Child Family
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(07):-
Objective: To study morality and personality of children in single and non-single child family Method:204 children aged 4-14 in single child families were collected 204 children with siblings were sampled matched by age, sex, and education levels of parents and caregivers They composed the matched sample Other 2300 children were also collected in this study including 1626 in single child family and 674 with siblings (random sample) The research instruments included Inventory on Children's Morality, EPQ for children, and Scale of Children's Temperament Parents of children completed these inventory and scales; teachers of children completed the Inventory on Children's Morality Results:In the above two samples, in assessment of morality, parents of single child in family gave lower scores on their children's virtue than parents of multiple children gave on their children But no morality difference was found between single and non-single children when assessed by their teachers In the random sample, more school aged children in single child family had extroversive personality than their counterparts in multiple children family In the matched sample, no difference on introversive-extroversive between single and non-single children was found In both samples, there were more mood-stable and less unstable children in the group of children with siblings; types of Bile-plethora and Bile-melancholic were more frequent in children of single child family Conclusion:Children of single child family are unstable in mood, their morality problems are more obvious in family than in school
5.Adventitia applied slow-releasing triptolide inhibits intima hyperplasia in vein graft
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2000;0(12):-
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of appling slow-releasing triptolide on adventitia on the intima hyperplasia of autologous vein graft. Methods In 24 male New Zealand rabbits, external jugular vein to common carotid artery models were established, and then were divided into 3 equal groups at random: blank-control group, receiving no management on adventitia of the vein graft; F-127 control group, receiving local application of 0.5 mL of 20 % F-127 on adventitia of the vein graft; experiment group, receiving local application of 0.5 mL of 20 % F-127 containing triptolide 300?g. Vein graft specimens were harvested at 2 weeks after the operation. Histomorphologic methods were used to detect the degree of intima hyperplasia of the specimens. The expression of bcl-2 and Fas of the specimens was detected by immunohistochemistry. The apoptosis vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC) were detected by TUNEL.Results Two weeks after vein grafting, compared to blank-control group and F-127 control group, intima hyperplasia of experiment group [intima thickness (29.9?7.6)?m, I/M 0.56?0.08] was markedly inhibited (P
6.Trifoil peptide and gastrointestinal ulcer
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2000;0(11):-
ObjectiveTo introduce the effect of trifoil peptides on the protection and treatment of gastrointestinal ulcer(GIU). MethodsWe reviewed literatures about trifoil peptide in its structure, distribution, physiologic effect and mechanism, and its relation with GIU. Results Trifoil peptides formed a layer of mucus glue by combining with glycoprotein ,and improved the defense ability of the gastrointestinal(GI) mucosa .Trifoil peptides repaired the GI mucosa by abjusting the movement of mucosal cells. Trifoil peptides also had the effect of antiproliferation and antiapopotosis. There was an ulcer-associated cell lineage (UACL) around GIU. In GIU, trifoil peptides unusually expressed new cells coming from UACL moved to the surface of ulcer, and repaired the ulcer. UACL can express three trifoil peptides.Used before and after the experiment, trifoil peptides have the protective and therapeutic effect on the experiment gastroenteric ulcer. ConclusionsTrifoil peptides may offer a new method to prevent and treat GIU.
7.Effects of Cango Oral Liquid on Immunologic Function of Red Blood Cell in Mice
China Pharmacy 1991;0(02):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of cango oral liquid(SGOL) on immunologic function of RBC METHODS:5g/(kg?d),10g/(kg?d),20g/(kg?d) of SGOL were given to the old mice qd for 30 days The changes of immunologic functions of RBC in aging mice and the effects of SGOL on immunologic function in mice were observed RESULTS:(1)The rosette rates of red blood cell C3b receptor(RBC-C3bRR)in old mice were significantly lower than those in the young group(P
8.Nuclear Factor-?B and Colon Cancer
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(02):-
Objective To explore the relationship between nuclear factor ?B (NF ?B) and the occurrence, metastasis, and treatment of colon cancer. Methods The literature on the structure and the property of molecular biology of NF ?B, the relationship between NF ?B and apopotosis, malignant tumor and colon cancer were reviewed. Results NF ?B had action of antiapopotosis. The occurrence of malignant tumor had close relation with the oncogene by NF ?B, the metastasis of malignant tumor was that cell of cancer escaped the killing and supervising of immunity by NF ?B. NF ?B affected the occurrence and metastasis of colon cancer by regulating c myc, Cox2, ICAM 1.Conclusion NF ?B has important action in the occurrence and metastasis of colon cancer. It will become a new target of treatment.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2011;42(4):649-651
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the cane of Pueraria lobata. Methods: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography over silica gel and purified by Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative TLC. The structures were elucidated by means of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analyses. Results: Eleven compounds were separated and identified as: dehydrovomifoliol (1), blumenol A (2), 3β-hydroxy-5α,6α- epoxy-7-megastigmen-9-one (3), liquiritigenin (4), garbanzol (5), ferulaldehyde (6), 2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde (7), 4-hydroxy-2-methoxybenzaldehyde (8), (-)-tuberosin (9), coumestrol (10), and β-sitosterol (11). Conclusion: Compounds 1-3 are sesquiterpenoids, which are firstly isolated from the plants of Pueraria DC., and compounds 4-8 are obtained from the plants of Pueraria DC. for the first time.
