1.The clinical observation of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for ureteral calculi
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(6):859-861,862
Objective To observe the clinical effect of holmium laser for the treatment of ureteral calculi under ureteroscope .Methods In 205 cases of ureteral calculi with ureteroscopic holmium laser treatment ,the stone expulsion rate, complication, gravel rate were analyzed. Results Operation time was (65.3 ±18.4)min,hospitaliza-tion time was (5.6 ±2.7) d,the success rate of operation was 95.1%(195/205),incidence of complications (hemorrhage in 1 cases, perforation in 2 cases,20 patients with fever) was 11.2%,3 cases of calculi moved to pel-vis,indwelling double J tube in operation ,postoperative ESWL,after 2weeks ~3months stone completely lithagogue rate was 98.4%(192/195).7 cases converted to open operation .After operation 3 cases of ureteral calculi and 5 cases of renal pelvis stones were in postoperative ESWL ( extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy ) , which was completely discharged and cure .Conclusion There are some advantages of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for ureteral calculi with high success rate, the stone expulsion rate high, fewer complications, less trauma, safe and reliable.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(9):1571-1572
Objective To summarize the experiences of treatment of calculus obstructive pyonephrosis with transureteroscopic holium laser lithotripsy. Methods There were 13 patients with flank pain and fever, all patients received antibacterial therapy and nutritional support before operation ,the patients of calculus obstructive pyonephrosis were treated using transureteroscopic holium laser lithotripsy. Results The ureteral calculus were cleared off in 10 cases, and in three cases, the stone moved to pelvis during operation that they needed additional procedure of ESWL, no severe complications were observed. Conclusion Transureteroscopic holium laser lithotripsy is safe, minimal in-vasive and effective method for treatment of calculus obstructive pyonephrosis and the therapeutic scheme can be the first choice.

Objective To explore the current condition of psychological problems of patients in cardiology clinic. Methods A total of 347 patients in the cardiology clinic of Prof. HU Da-yi were screened by self-rating depression scale(SDS),Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),Hamilton rating scale for depression(HRSD)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA). Results The rates of patients with somatic disease only or with psychological disorder only were 52.4%and 12.7%, the rate of somatic disease accompanied with psychological disorder was 27.7%. For the patients with psychological problems, there were 31 cases with depression(8.9%),62 cases with anxiety(17.9%),and 28 cases(8.1%) suffering from mixed depression and anxiety the diagnosis of cardiovascular disease, functional disease or digestive disease was always used by doctors for the patients with psychological problems only,as they always did not accept the diagnosis of psychological disorder. Conclusions It is very common that patients in cardiology clinic department suffered from psychological problems. The patients with psychological disorder only were easily misdiagnosed as somatic disease especially cardiovascular disease.

Objective To study the different therapeutic proportion of the patient populations undergone coronary angiography (CAG) in the era of development in multislice spiral computed tomography(MSCT).Methods Two hundred and fifty four consecutive patients(mean age 59.24±10.65),who underwent CAG at Daxing Hospital from February 2007 through October 2007,were enrolled,160 patients were male and 94 were female.By evaluating from the coronary angiogram, the patients were not diagnosed to have coronary heart disease(CHD) with less than 50% diameter stenosis of coronary artery;the patients to have CHD with more than or equal to 50% stenosis of coronary artery;the patients were performed the procedure of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) with more than or equal to 70% stenosis;the patients were proposed to have coronary aortic bypass graft(CABG) surgery with left main coronary artery lesions or diffuse triple coronary artery lesions. Results In the 254 consecutive patients,59 patients(23.2%) had not been diagnosed to have CHD;195(76.8%)to have CHD,of these patients with CHD,49 patients(19.3%)were not indicated for PCI (including the patients receiving follow-up coronary angiography after stenting),81(31.9%)had been performed the procedure of stent implantation,57(22.4%)proposed to have CABG,8(3.1%)the procedure of PCI had not been successful,or had not been performed because of patients opposing to this therapy. Conclusion Multislice spiral computed tomography can be applied as a non-invasive screening tool to exclude the presence of CHD,to increase the positive proportion of the populations with CHD in all patients receiving coronary angiograhpy,to avoid the use of CAG in a subset of patients.

Chronic ulcer of the lower extremities amounts for a grave and serious problem for public health. Western medicine focuses on controlling infection, improving blood circulation, surgical debridement, skin grafting, etc, but there are bottlenecks in the treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has a long history and a legacy of sound clinical efficacy in this area. TCM has developed a unique, effective external theory, and a large number of topical prescriptions and external technology. Through this research, a safe and effective treatment protocol of TCM for chronic ulcer of the lower extremities can be formed. To this end, during China's "Eleventh Five-Year" Plan, special research committees and projects on TCM external treatments and external technologies were established. This study on ulcer of the lower extremities constitutes one of the major research topics.
