Lectin from green marine algae Enteromorpha intestinalis (EIL) was isolated by extraction with PBS, followed by ammonium sulfate fraction and a combination of ion-exchange chromatography on DEAE-52 fiber and gel filtration on SephadexG-200. Lectin showed single band on both PAGE and isoelectrofocusing electrophoresis. Its isoelectric point was 8.9 and molecular weight was 17783 tested on SephadexG-200. EIL displayed some agglutination activities with Chlamydomonas and erythrocytes of rabbit, common carp, crucian carp and human (A, B, AB, O), but the maximum agglutination was with crucian carp. The hemagglutinating activity for rabbit erythrocyte could not be inhibited by D-fructose, D-galactose, glucose, sucrose, mannose, lactose, bovine-thyroglobulin, egg albumin and gamma-globulin. The hemagglutinating activity of lectin would be showed at pH 4.0~10.2, and more potent at pH 6.9~8.0. The hemagglutinating activity was not affected at 90℃ for 1h, so it could be said that the lectin had high heat resistance.

Objective To explore the cognitive load level and influencing factors of emergency nurses. Methods Using convenience sampling method,48 nurses in emergency department of China-Japan Friendship Hospital from April to May 2022 were selected as research objects.General data were collected and total cognitive load and three different types of cognitive load were measured. Results Regression analysis showed that nurse-patient relationship was influencing factor of total cognitive load of nurses in emergency department(β=6.202,P=0.007),the noisy working environment was the influencing factor of the internal cognitive load(β=1.042,P<0.001),and the living situation(sharing with others)was the influencing factor of the external cognitive load(β=-3.917,P=0.006).The factors of associated with cognitive load were not found. Conclusion The total cognitive load and the three types of cognitive load of nurses in emergency department are high.Nursing managers can reduce the cognitive load of nurses in emergency department by adjusting related influencing factors,so as to improve nursing work efficiency.

Objective To describe the status of non?steroidal anti?inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) use in areas with a high incidence of upper gastrointestinal cancer in China. Methods This study was based on the National Key Research and Development Program of "National Precision Medicine Cohort of Esophageal Cancer" and "Study on Identification and Prevention of High?risk Populations of Gastrointestinal Malignancies (Esophageal cancer, Gastric cancer and Colorectal cancer)". From January 2017 to August 2018, 212 villages or communities with a high incidence of esophageal cancer or gastric cancer were selected from 12 regions in 6 provinces. A total of 35 910 residents aged between 40 and 69 years old who met the inclusion criteria and signed the informed consent were investigated and enrolled in this study. The use of NSAIDs, demographic characteristics, health?related habits, height, weight, and blood pressure were collected by the questionnaire and physical examination. The status of main NSAIDs (aspirin, acetaminophen and ibuprofen) use with the difference varying in genders, age groups and regions were analyzed by using χ2 test and Cochran?Armitage trend analysis method. Results Of 35 910 subjects, the mean age was (54.6 ± 7.1) years old and males accounted for 43.42% (15 591). The overall prevalence of NSAIDs intake was 4.56% (1 638), but it significantly varied in different provinces (P<0.001). The overall prevalence of NSAIDs intake was 4.87% (1 750) in females, which was significantly higher than that in males 4.24% (1 524) (P<0.001). The prevalence of NSAIDs intake increased with age (P for trend<0.001). As the frequency of NSAIDs intake increased, the incidence of gastrointestinal symptoms, gastrointestinal ulcers and black stools increased (P for trend<0.05 for all). Conclusion The use of NSAIDs is prevalent in some areas with a high incidence of upper gastrointestinal cancer in China. The increased use of NSAIDs may lead to more adverse effects related to the gastrointestinal tract.
