1.Effect of psychological intervention combined with differenttherapeutic doses of methylprednisolone on acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(9):155-156
Objective To discuss the treatment of psychological intervention combined with different doses of methylprednisolone in treating bronchial asthma with acute onset treatment. Methods Randomly selected from January 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital with acute onset of bronchial asthma in 74 patients, divided into experimental group 37 cases and control group 37 cases, control group was given intravenous injection of methylprednisolone 40 mg/ times, two times a day, given routine nursing; the experimental group patients were treated with intravenous infusion of methylprednisolone 80 mg every time. Psychological intervention on the basis of the control group, the treatment of the two groups of patients with effective rate comparison. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 94.59%, the effective rate of treatment group was 91.89%, the effective rate of treatment group is two level, the differences between groups was not statistically significant; the experimental group of patients with asthma duration and hospitalization time was significantly lower than the control group, the differences between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with acute onset of bronchial asthma treated in different doses of methylprednisolone treatment effect, but the duration of asthma patients after psychological intervention and hospitalization time was shortened, the clinical effect is good, worthy of promotion and application.

Detection of the possible role of ERp46,new endoplasmic reticulum protein,on palmitic acid-inducedendoplasmic reticulum stress-apoptosis pathway in βTC6 cells for the new treatment of type 2 diabetes. Results showed that ERp46 played a protective role in palnutic acid-induced cell apoptosis by decreasing the endoplasmic reticulum stress response through three pathway.

Objective To study the expression of c-kit and Ki-67 in the basal cell adenoma(BCA)and adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) of salivary gland. Methods The expression of c-kit and Ki-67 was determined by immunohistochemistry method in BCA and ACC of salivary gland. Results The positive immuostaining of c-kit in BCA and ACC were 72.2 %(13/18) and 83.3 %(35/42),respectively, There was no significant difference in the expression of c-kit between the two tissues (x2=0.11,P>0.05).The expression of Ki-67 was significantly different between BCA[(3.72±1.41) %]and ACC[(23.81±10.19)%](t=14.145,P<0.01).Conclusion Detection of Ki-67 might be helpful to distinguish between BCA and ACC,but c-kit has no effect in differentiating BCA from ACC.

OBJECTIVE To explore the nursing supervision experience in laminar air-flow operating room(OR) and to provide a very clean and safe operating environment for the surgical patients,in order to prevent the operation infection and raise operation quality.METHODS To take the measures of aseptic, clean, purificatory management, and compare the ratio of infection of incisional wound on aseptic operation and the air bacteria detection results with the general operating room simultaneously.RESULTS The ratio of infection of incisional wound on aseptic operation was 0.05% in the laminar air-flow OR(group A) and 0.15% in the general operating room(group B),P

Objective:To analyze key aspects in cultural integration for cross-region specialists alliances of closed cooperation, for promoting such integration and identifying efficient operation of the practice. Methods:Quantitative and qualitative methods were used. 192 employees of primary hospitals participated in a questionnaire survey about their personal information and hospital culture self-evaluation on 18th February, 2019. Data so collected were subject to descriptive analysis. On February 21, 2019, the deans of the hospitals were invited for in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions were arranged for 7 doctors from the center hospital who had provided medical support for the primary hospital for more than half and a year, and for 5 doctors and 2 head nurses from the obstetric and neonatal department of the primary hospital respectively. The purpose is to understand the direction, key aspects, achievements and challenges of cultural integration between the two hospitals. Content analysis method was used to study recordings and interview documentation. Results:Employees of the primary hospital had a high satisfaction with indicators of organizational citizenship behavior, and the quality of medical care and team orientation, with the self-rated original scoring for the elements of hospital culture being 3.755, 3.754 and 3.698 respectively. On the other hand, they found insufficiencies in the innovation, poor orientation and incentive mechanism, with the self-rated original scoring for the elements of hospital culture being 3.469, 3.391 and 3.297 respectively. The self-rated total scoring was lower among medical technicians and those with bachelor′s degree or above, which were 3.029 and 3.202 respectively. Hospital culture integration is designed to strengthen technical guidance and care for doctors and patients, and to strengthen cooperation and support in HR training, scientific research innovation and spiritual culture construction. The key to integration is acceptance. The current roadblocks for efficient operation of this model come from medical insurance policy, material resources policy, logistics support, informationization management, personnel training and support and performance management. Conclusions:The cultural integration of cross-region specialists alliances of closed cooperation should be realized through the interactions of values, systems, behaviors and material resources dimensions. Government should play a leading and coordinating role and improve supporting measures.

Objective To investigate the epidemic factors of schistosomiasis in wetlands in Sichuan Province, so as to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of schistosomiasis in wetlands. Methods The artificial and natural wetlands were selected from Sichuan Province, and the relevant data regarding wetlands were collected. Routine snail survey, investigation on human morbidity due to schistosomiasis, snail diffusion experiments, questionnaire survey, determination of water infectivity and retrospective survey were conducted. Results In Sichuan Province, the mean densities of living snails were 0.003 snails/0.1 m2 and 2.033 snails/0.1 m2 in the upper and lower reaches of the Meiwan Reservoir wetlands, 0.08 snails/0.1 m2 in the Jinyan Lake of Guanghan City, 0.21 snails/0.1 m2 in Muhe River of Guanghan City, and 0.02 snails/0.1 m2 prior to the construction of Qiong-hai wetland park in Xichang City in 2015. Artificial simulation experiments showed that the largest distance of snail diffusion in water was 2 000 m. There were 8.80% (41/466) of subjects that lived neighboring wetlands, worked in wetlands and visited wet-lands having infested water contact behaviors. A total of 690 sentinel mice were assigned, and no Schistosoma japonicum infection was detected in the 677 mice dissected. Retrospective survey showed that the construction of the Meiwan Reservoir caused the spread of schistosomiasis in Dailing County, and snails were found in the ditches entering the Jinyan Lake and in Jinyan Lake areas 5 years following the construction of the Jinyan Lake in Guanghan City, with S. japonicum -infected snails detected in the ditches entering the Jinyan Lake. Conclusions O. hupensis snails are found in some wetlands in Sichuan Province. Protection of wetlands and snail control with environmental improvements are recommended for the prevention of snail importation in natural wetlands, while in artificial wetlands, thorough snail control is recommended during the construction of the wetlands because of the likelihood of snail importation via water systems. In addition, both natural and artificial wetlands require long-term systematic surveillance of schistosomiasis.
