Objective To investigate the efficacy and cardiovascular disease of Danhong injection in the treatment after cardiac interventional therapy.Methods A total of 64 cases with cardiac intervention from September 2013 to July 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and experiment group with 32 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given aspirin 100mg orally,and patients in the experiment group revieved Danhong injection 20mL intravenous drip qd,one times a day for 14 days.Two groups of patients underwent cardiac intervention.After the operaiton,the control group was given aspirin enteric-coated tablets 100mg orally,clopidogrel 75mg orally,and patients in the experiment group revieved Danhong injection 20mL intravenous drip qd,seven days for a course and the patients treated for three courses.The clinical efficacy,C-reactive protein(CRP),cardiac troponin T(TnT),P-selectin(Ps),PSGL-1,cardiovascular events(cardiovascular events),and adverse events were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy in experiment group was 93.75％,which significant higher than that in control group 71.88％,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of cardiovascular events in experiment group was 21.88％,which significant lower than that in control group 40.63％,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum C-reactive protein,troponin T,Ps and PSGL-1 were significantly decreased in the two groups,and the experimental group was significantly smaller than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 15.63％in the control group and 9.38％in the experimental group,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion Danhong injection treatment of elderly patients with cardiac intervention after the clinical effect is significant,high security,the incidence of cardiovascular events is low.

AIM: To explore the change of delayed rectifier potassium channel (K_V) activity in alveolar macrophages (AM) in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) rats. METHODS: COPD model was established by exposure of the animals to cigarette smoke. With whole-cell voltage- or current-clamp techniques, K_V activity, membrane capacitance and resting membrane potential (Em) in AM from COPD model and control rats were compared. RESULTS: (1) Significant increases in total mononuclear cells and AM in bronchoal aveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were found in COPD group compared with in control group. AIM: To observe the changes of iNOS and eNOS in lung tissue and NO in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) in smoking rats. METHODS: 80 Wistar rats were divided into control, smoking group, L-NIL group and L-NAME group (rats were exposed to smoke and injected (i.p.) with selective iNOS inhibitor L-NIL or NOS inhibitor L-NAME). iNOS and eNOS protein levels in whole lung were detected by immunohistochemical staining, and NOS mRNA was quantified using RT-PCR. In addition, NO - 2/NO - 3 was determined using Griess assay. Fine management of scientific research funds is an important support for implementation of scientific research projects and promotion of scientific researches in hospital.In order to ensure effective usage of scientific research funds and sustainable development of scientific research,Peking University People's Hospital has laid much stress on the management of scientific research funds,and explored the methods and measures for fine management of scientific research funds.

Object To establish and apply an evaluation method based on DEA in NSFC project performance evaluation. Methods Based on the analysis of NSFC projects in Peking University People's Hospital,this paper determined the evaluation index system of NSFC projects.The outputoriented DEA was selected and applied in the performance evaluation.Results We figures out the DEA ratio of every NSFC project with the established method in the program of DEAP Version 2.1.Conclusion The method based on DEA can reflect the performance of NSFC projects,and the evaluation results can provide project managers and the management department of NSFC with evidences and references to make polices for project management.

Based on the analysis of the status quo and problems of the management of companyfunded research projects,the feasible management measures are proposed and a standardized management mode for company-funded research projects is established.The establishment and application of the management mode are effective in regulating the supervision and management of those projects,facilitate the implementation of the projects,and optimize the use of research funds.

Objective To summarize the hospital research and development fund achievements in 5 years,continuing to promote innovative management concept.Methods By summarizing the fund's input and output of scientific research during 2006 to 2010,analysis of the effects in the cultivation of medical scientific research personnel and promotion of discipline development in hospital after the implementation of innovative management ideas.Results After the implementation of the innovation process management,output of fund is well.It has played a positive role in promoting to the scientific research personnel and discipline development.Conclusion It should be further promoted of the innovation process management idea,in order to further play the role of seed fund role in talent,discipline development.

This article summarized the management status of scientific research fund of our hospital. It focused on the whole process management which included the establishment,application and permission of the fund,supervision and tracking of the granted projects.All the management process was dealt with the management mode including standard management,scientific management and tracking management.Some effective experiences were obtained from the whole process management.

During the development, the policy-oriented service replaced the policy-based single service. The three-dimensional service system was formed. As the result, the scientific research outputs increased annually with good development condition.

It is key for research institutions to ensure the standardized supervision of the progression and fund use of research projects.Peking University People's Hospital designed and applied a whole-process management mode of projects based on information system,which oversaw the conduct and funds management of projects.The application of this mode has significantly promoted the management level of scientific research projects.
