Objective To evaluate the clinical value of tomography ultrasonic imaging (TUI) in staging carcinomas of the cervix.Methods Eighty-seven patients with biopsy proven cervical cancer who underwent transvaginal TUI examination were enrolled.Clinical and ultrasonic staging were based on the FIGO staging system.Surgical-pathological or MR results was taken as golden standard.Ultrasonic staging were compared with clinical staging.Tumor sizes of 38 cases of cervical cancers measured by TUI were recorded and compared with the pathological results.Results The overall accuracy of preoperative TUI staging was higher than that of preoperative clinical staging (91.95 ％ vs 81.60 ％,P ＜0.01).Mean size of the 38 malignant tumors was 2.5 cm×2.1 cm×2.2 cm by TUI and 2.6 cm×2.1 cm×2.3 cm by pathological samples (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions TUI technology may be useful in the noninvasive examination of preoperative staging of carcinoma cervix.

Objective: To investigate the protective effects of matrine combined with glycyrrhizic acid on chronic liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride, and explore the protective mechanism from the points of energy metabolism and CYP enzyme.Methods: The chronic hepatic injury model of rats was induced by CCl4.The changes of activity of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in serum were measured to observe the protective effect of the two drugs and their combination.The contents of glutamate dehydrogenase (GLDH) in serum and adenine nucleoside three phosphate (ATP), adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and adenine monophosphate (AMP) in liver tissue were determined to evaluate the regulation effect on hepatic energy metabolism and mitochondrial function.The levels of CYP1A2, CYP2E1 mRNA and protein in liver tissue were detected by real-time PCR and Western Blot to evaluate the two drugs and their combination on the regulation function of liver CYP enzyme.Results: Matrine (72.8 mg×kg-1)and glycyrrhizic acid(43.4 mg·kg-1)could decrease the serum activities of ALT and ALT in chronic hepatic injury model, and the combination (matrine 36.4 mg·kg-1+glycyrrhizic acid 21.7 mg·kg-1) had the most significant protective effect (P＜0.05).Matrine (72.8 mg·kg-1)and glycyrrhizic acid(43.4 mg·kg-1)could decrease GLDH in serum,and restore the content of ATP in liver (P＜0.05).Matrine (72.8 mg·kg-1) had no effect on the expression of CYP1A2 and CYP2E1mRNA, and glycyrrhizin (43.4 mg·kg-1) could inhibit the expression of CYP1A2, CYP2E1mRNA and protein (P＜0.05).Conclusion: Matrine combined with glycyrrhizin has obvious regulation effect on mitochondrial function and liver protective effect in chronic hepatic injury model.

Objective:To investigate the characteristics and perioperative management of hemophilia patients with fracture.Methods:Retrospectively, we analyzed 8 patients with hemophilia combined with fracture, who were admittted to our department from 2005 to 2013.Six patients were with hemophilia A and two with hemophilia B;Based on the severity of hemophilia, 2 cases were light, 3 moderate and 3 severe;Based on the location of fracture, 4 cases were femoral neck fractures, 1 femoral intertrochanteric fracture, 1 bilateral distal femur fractures, 1 tibiofibula fracture, and 1 humerus intercondylar fracture. Blood coagulation factor replacement therapy was conducted preoperatively, intraoperatively and postoper-atively, All the patients underwent closed or open reduction and internal fixation or joint replacement. Also, we analyzed the perioperative complications and observed whether the fracture healed.Results:The average age was 33.5 years (14 to 47 years); In 6 cases, fractures occurred at femur, accounting for 75%of all the fractures; Femoral neck fracture was treated by closed reduction and hollow screws fixation;Femoral intertrochanteric fracture, distal femur fracture, and tibiofibula fracture were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with plate;Humerus intercondylar fracture was treated by elbow joint replacement.Intraoperative bleeding was from 50 to 600 mL, an average of 262 mL;Perioperatively, the average use of FⅧ/activated prothrombin complex concentrates ( APCC) was 358 U/kg (125 to 554 U/kg) .Postoperatively, poor wound healing was observed in 2 patients, and the condition improved after symptomatic treatment; In patients with internal fixation, all the fractures united, and the average hea ling time was 14 weeks.No complications such as fixation loosening or rupture occurred after internal fixation.Conclusion:Hemophilia combined with fracture mainly occurred in the young, and the site of fracture was given priority to femur.With perfect preoperative preparation, on the basis of the replace-ment therapy, hemophilia combined with fractures was safe for surgical treatment, and postoperative frac-tures healing wasgood.But the risk of poor wound healing was high.

Objective:To analyze and summarize the medical security situation of the snowmobile,sled,and steel frame snowmobile tracks at the National Sliding Centre,and to provide experience for future event hosting and medical security work for mass ice and snow sports.Methods:Retrospective analysis of injuries and treatment of athletes participating in the International Training Week and World Cup for Ski,Sled,and Steel Frame Ski from October to November 2021(hereinafter referred to as"Inter-national Training Week"),as well as the Ski,Sled,and Steel Frame Ski events at the Beijing Winter Olympics in February 2022(hereinafter referred to as the"Beijing Winter Olympics").We referred to and drew on the"Medical Security Standards for Winter Snow Sports"to develop specific classification standards for analyzing injured areas,types of injuries,and accident locations.Results:A total of 743 athletes participated in the International Training Week and the Beijing Winter Olympics.During the com-petition,there were 58 incidents of overturning,prying,and collision,of which 28(28 athletes)were in-jured,accounting for 48.3％of the total accidents and 3.8％of the total number of athletes.Among them,there were 9 males(32.1％)and 19 females(67.9％),with an average age of(26.3±4.7)years.Among the 28 injured athletes,20 cases(71.4％)received on-site treatment for Class Ⅰ injuries,while 8 cases(28.6％)had more severe injuries,including Class Ⅱ injuries(7 cases)and Class Ⅲ injuries(1 case),which were referred to designated hospitals for further treatment.Among the 28 injured athletes,3 cases(10.7％)experienced multiple injuries,including 2 cases of 2 injuries and 1 case of 3 injuries.The most common injuries were in the ankle and toes(10/32,31.3％).Out of 28 injured athletes,one(3.6％)experienced two types of injuries simultaneously,with joint and/or ligament injuries being the most common(11/29,37.9％).The most accident prone point on the track was the ninth curve(18/58,31.0％).Conclusion:Through the analysis and summary of medical security work,it can provide better experience and reference for the future development of snowmobile,sled,and steel frame snowmobile sports in China,making the National Snowy and Ski Center truly a sustainable Olympic heritage.

Objective:To investigate the subjective experience and processing characteristics of positive and negative emotions in undergraduates who have immigrated to the plateau for a long time.Methods:SPSS 22.0 was used for data analysis.Using independent sample t-test to compare various data from the plateau group(58 undergraduates who had moved to an altitude of 3 658 m for over 2 years after reaching adulthood) with the plain group (58 undergraduates who had never been to the plateau), including the state anxiety inventory(SAI), self-rating depression scale(SDS), positive and negative affect schedule (PANAS), and the affective valency and arousal on the positive, neutral, and negative emotional pictures.And χ 2 test was conducted for the positive detection rates of state anxiety and depression of the two groups.Then, Pearson correlation analysis was performed on SAI, SDS and PANAS scores. Results:The positive detection rates(state-anxiety: 67.24%, depression: 56.90%) and scores of state anxiety(44.45±8.57) and depression(50.12±10.11) in the plateau group were all higher than those in the plain group(46.55%, 32.76%, (40.19±9.58), (44.64±9.17) respectively, χ 2=5.06, 8.12, t=2.52, 3.06, all P<0.05). In addition, positive affect scores of the plateau group (28.16±5.39) tended to be lower than those of the plain group (30.28±6.51), but the difference was not statistically significant( t=-1.91, P=0.059). SAI, SDS and PANAS scores were moderately correlated each other( r= 0.69, -0.52, 0.67, -0.62, 0.53, all P<0.01). Positive affect was mildly negatively correlated with negative affect( r=-0.27, P<0.01). The correlation between positive emotion and depression( r=-0.62) was greater than that between positive emotion and state anxiety( r=-0.52, t=2.57, P<0.05). The correlation between negative emotion and state anxiety( r=0.67) was greater than that between negative emotion and depression( r=0.53, t=1.71, P<0.05). The valency score of neutral images in the plateau group (3.06±0.20) was higher than that in the plain group ((2.99±0.20), t=2.01, P=0.047). Conclusion:The long-term plateau immigrant undergraduates are prone to state anxiety and depression, with depression being the primary and anxiety secondary, and exhibit a positivity bias to neutral stimulus processing.

Objective:To produce 161Tb from enriched 160Gd 2O 3 isotope-enriched target material and realize domestic production of the novel medical isotope 161Tb. Methods:The 160Gd 2O 3 isotope-enriched target material was irradiated with neutrons by the China Mianyang Research Reactor (CMRR). The no-carrier-added 161Tb product was obtained after the processes of target broken, sample dissolution, separation and purification with lanthanide (LN) resin and solution replacement with diglycolamide (DGA) column. Various key indicators such as γ spectral purity, metal impurity content, specific activity, radiochemical purity, and radioactive concentration were used to conduct the quality inspection and the control of 161Tb products. Results:161TbCl 3 of 33.4 GBq was obtained in a single time with the radioactive concentration of 16.8 GBq/ml, nuclear purity more than 99.9%, and radiochemical purity of 99.2%. Metal impurity content was met the established standards, with the specific activity of 6.02×10 17 Bq/mol. The radiochemical purities of 161Tb labeling with 1, 4, 7, 10-tetraazacyclododecane-1, 4, 7, 10-tetraacetic acid- D-Phe1-Tyr3-Thr8-octreotide (DOTATATE) after 0 and 72 h were 100% and 95.8% respectively. Conclusion:The preparation of no-carrier-added 161Tb by using LN resin has the advantages of high separation performance and high sample loading, which has great significance in the field of medical isotope preparation and lays a good nuclide guarantee for the research and development of domestic 161Tb-labeled drugs.

The premature ejaculation diagnostic tool (PEDT) is a brief diagnostic measure to assess premature ejaculation (PE). However, there is insufficient evidence regarding its validity in the new evidence-based-defined PE. This study was performed to evaluate the validity of PEDT and its association with IIEF-15 in different types of evidence-based-defined PE. From June 2015 to January 2016, a total of 260 men complaining of PE and defined as lifelong PE (LPE)/acquired PE (APE) according to the evidence-based definition from Andrology Clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University, along with 104 male healthy controls without PE from a medical examination center, were enrolled in this study. All individuals completed questionnaires including demographics, medical and sexual history, as well as PEDT and IIEF-15. After statistical analysis, it was found that men with PE reported higher PEDT scores (14.28 ± 3.05) and lower IIEF-15 (41.26 ± 8.20) than men without PE (PEDT: 5.32 ± 3.42, IIEF-15: 52.66 ± 6.86, P < 0.001 for both). It was suggested that a score of ≥9 indicated PE in both LPE and APE by sensitivity and specificity analyses (sensitivity: 0.875, 0.913; specificity: 0.865, 0.865, respectively). In addition, IIEF-15 were higher in men with LPE (42.64 ± 8.11) than APE (39.43 ± 7.84, P < 0.001). After adjusting for age, IIEF-15 was negatively related to PEDT in men with LPE (adjust r = -0.225, P < 0.001) and APE (adjust r = -0.378, P < 0.001). In this study, we concluded that PEDT was valid in the diagnosis of evidenced-based-defined PE. Furthermore, IIEF-15 was negatively related to PEDT in men with different types of PE.

The histidine triad nucleotide binding protein1(HINT1),which belongs to the histidine triad(HIT) enzyme superfamily,exerts its enzymic activities as hydrolase or transferase. Its physiological functions are still unclear. HINT1 protein is expressed in various tissues and plays an important role in transcription and signal transduction. Earlier studies have identified HINT1 as a haplo-insufficient tumor suppressor. Other evidences indicate that HINT1 is involved in a wide variety of physiological processes,some of which are irrelevant with its basic enzymic activities. Investigations recently suggest that HINT1 is closely related to many peripheral and central nervous system diseases,and plays a vital role in some of neuropsychiatric diseases such as inherited peripheral neuropathies,schizophrenia,mood disorder,drug addiction,and Down's syndrome. In this review,the role of HINT1 in above-mentioned neuropsychiatric disorders was summarised,and the research findings of HINT1 in each of the above diseases were summarized and analyzed,in order to provide some guidance for further research on this protein.

OBJECTIVETo observe the change of behavior, pathological change of the spinal cord,and expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (NGF) on rats with spinal cord injury in order to explore the optimal time of BMSCs transplantation.

METHODSEighty health SD rats were randomly divided into 8 groups (group A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H), 10 rats in each group. According to the modified Allen method,the rat model of spinal cord injury was built. Group A as non-injured group only exposed the spinal cord but not result in blast injury. BMSCs of vitro culture were respectively infunded the region of spinal cord injury in group C, D, E, F, G, H (as transplantation groups) at the 0 h, 6 h, 24 h,3 d,5 d,7 d after model made. Group B as single model group was infunded the equal cell culture fluid. BBB score was used to evaluate the function of spinal cord at the 1st,2nd and 4th weeks after injury. The morphological changes of the tissue of spinal cord injury were observed by HE stain and the expression of BDNF and NGF were detected by Elisa method at the 4th weeks after BMSCs transplantation.

RESULTSIn non-injured group,BBB score was highest than that of other 7 groups at the 1st, 2nd and 4th weeks after injury (P<0.01). There was no significant difference in BBB score between single model group and transplantation groups at the 1st week after BMSCs transplantation (P>0.05). BBB score in transplantation groups were higher than that of single model group at the 2nd and 4th weeks after BMSCs transplantation (P<0.05). At the 2nd week after injury, BBB score from high to low was group F,E,G,D,H,C,but there was no significant difference among the groups (P>0.05). At the 4th week after injury,there was significant differences in BBB score between group F and other transplantation groups (group C,D,E,G,H)(P0.05). The levels of BDNF and NGF in group F was highest at the 4th week after BMSCs transplantation (P<0.05). In non-injured group,HE staining showed the struction of spinal cord was clear and complete,no neutrophil was found. But in other 7 groups,HE staining showed obviously oedema at local tissue,juncture of gray and white matter was undefined,and different gliocyte proliferation and inflammatory cell infiltrate cound be found.

CONCLUSIONAllogeneic BMSCs transplantation is effective to stimulate the recovery of spinal cord function in rats with spinal cord injury,and the optimal time of BMSCs transplantation maybe at the 3 d after injury.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the feasibility of RhCcEe blood group antigen mixed visual field identification in patients with regular blood transfusion, to follow up and evaluate the efficacy of matched transfusion and its clinical significance. METHODS: RhCcEe genotyping for 142 patients with regular transfusion in our hospital was carried out by PCR-SSP method. According to the results of genotyping, 48 patients voluntarily selected the continuous transfusion of RhCcEe matched red blood cells, 46 patients received random blood transfusion (RhCcEe mismatched transfusion), 42 patients received partial RhCcEe matched transfusion (unable to provide fully matched RhCcEe donors each time), and 6 patients' blood transfusion data were lost. After 3-6 months of the RhCcEe matched transfusion, all patients were tested by RhCcEe microcolumn gel card and compared with the results before RhCcEe matched transfusion. The positive rates of alloantibodies, DAT and the percentage of red blood cell invalid transfusion were followed up and evaluated for the above-mentsioned 3 types of regular transfusion patients in the past 5 years. RESULTS: Out of the 48 patients who underwent conti-nuous RhCcEe matched transfusion, only 1 case showed stratification, the remaining 47 cases had clear gel card results without stratification, suggesting that PCR-SSP genotyping was feasible. In addition, another 42 patients who could not receive RhCcEe matched transfusion each time and 46 patients with random blood transfusion were found to have a mixed vision phenomenon again. but the results was still difficult to confirm the results. For the transfusion results in the past 5 years, follow-up analysis showed that there were 1 case alloantibody (anti-Jka) (1/48) , 1 case of DAT positive (1/48) and 2 cases of invalid transfusion (2/48) in the RhCcEe matched transfusion group; 7 cases of alloantibodies (3 anti-E, 1 anti-E+anti-c, 1 anti-C, 1 anti-M, 1 anti-Fya) (7/46), 6 case of DAT positive (6/46) and 9 case of invalid transfusion (9/46) in the random transfusion group; 6 cases of alloantibodies (1 anti-E, 1 anti-E+autoantibody, 1 anti-C, 1 anti-c, 1 anti-M and 1 other antibody) (6/42) and 7 case of DAT positive (7/42) and 8 case of invalid transfusion (8/42) in the partial RhCcEe matched transfusion group. The statistical analysis showed that the positive rate of alloantibodies and the invalid infusion rate of RBC in each group were significant differences between RhCcEe matched transfusion group and the random transfusion group as well as betwen Rhce fe matched transfusion group and the partial matched transfusion group（P＜0.05）, but there was no statistical difference between the random transfusion group and the partial matched transfusion group（P>0.05）. CONCLUSION PCR-SSP genotyping technique can be used to detect RhCcEe mixed vision in patients with regular blood transfusion. Continuous RhCcEe matched transfusion can effectively prevent the occurrence of alloimmunization, and improve the clinical transfusion efficacy and safety of the patients with regular blood transfusion, which has very important clinical significance.
