1.Activity indices in systemic lupus erythematosus
Journal of Practical Medicine 2004;480(5):47-50
Systemic lupus erythematosus is an organ atypical autoimmune disease which must be monitored for long time during treatment course and all the livelong. The variation of disease depends to various factors (inherent factors and also environmental factors). Therefore, treatment with and without medication has got importance equally. Activation indices of the disease will answer properly the question of giving and giving up the medicaments.

The mean duration of psoriasis experienced was ranged from 1 to 20 years. The mean PASI score at baseline was 22.73±14.34. After treatment the PASI score was mean decreased 86.89%. MTX was effected early and every form of psoriasis.

3.Effect of methotrexate (MTX) on daily dose in treating psoriasis at the Dermatological Department of the Army Central Hospital
Journal of Practical Medicine 2005;0(6):21-23
A prospective study was conducted on 33 psoriasis patients treated with methotrexate (MTX) 0.1mg/kg in continuous 5 days at the Dermatological Department of the Army Central hospital from 2000-2004. Results: MTX had high effect in treatment of usual psoriasis (very good: 24.24%; good: 21.21%; relatively good: 45.45%; medium 9.10%); it had early effect (at the first round) and had effect on all kinds of psoriasis: usual type (with the severe level, PASI reduced 64.76%; average 70.99%; light: 94.86%) DDTT type (PASI reduced 73.63%). After methotrexate therapy, 45.45% of patients had a increased rate of SGOT, 39.39% had a increased rate of SGPT; the number of white blood cells decreased in 9.1% of patients, and red blood cells and platelet decreased in 3% of patients . Additionally, the treatment also caused some other symptoms such as fatigue in 10/33 patients (30.3%), anorexia in 13/33 patients (39.40%). The researcher suggested: do not use MTX at daily dose to treat psoriasis.

Journal of Practical Medicine 2005;505(3):7-10
Herpes zoster caused by herpes varicella-zoster virus (VZV). From January to December 2004, 43 patients with herpes zoster were treated by Acyclovir 1000mg/day for 7 days at Demartology Department, Army Hospital No108. In this study, we found good result in 30.23% of patients, moderate result in 67.44%, poor result in 2,33%. Treatment effectiveness related to stage of disease, age when having diagnosis and age of patients.

Journal of Practical Medicine 2005;512(5):19-21
Comparison of the efficacy of Acyclovir combined paracetamol, and Acyclovir, Amitriptyline combined paracetamol in the treatment of Herpes Zoster in 60 patients (45 males, 15 females) at Dermatology of Central Military Hospital 108 from March 2004 to March 2005. The subjects were divided into 2 groups. Group 1 (30 patients) used Acyclovir 200mg, 5 tablets/day for 7 days; Amitriptyline 25mg, 1 tablet/day and paracetamol 0.5-2 tablets/day. Group 2 (30 patients) administrated Acyclovir 200mg, 5 tablets/day for 7 days and paracetamol 0.5-2 tablets/day. The results showed that: all of 2 methods had good effects and similar results in overall results and the time to dry vesicle, but decreased pain level of group 1 was better than that of group 2. Journal of Practical Medicine 2005;512(5):28-30
Comparison of effect of Canida Albicans fungus treatment with oral Sporal in dose of 200 mg/time/day for 3 days and 5 days continuously, and evaluation of side effects of 2 regimens in 24 female patients with vaginal Canida Albicans fungus, treated at Dermatology Department of Central Military Hospital No.108 from 2000-2004. The results: both of continuously Sporal 200 mg/time/day for 3 days and 5 days therapy gained a good results. However, the recurrent rate after 2 months in continuously 3 days regimen was 41.67% (5/12 patients), and there was no case of recurrence in 5 days treatment regimen. Both 2 regimens did not have any side effects. If having indication of treating vaginal Canida Albicans fungus with Sporal, should apply 200mg/time/day for 5 days continuously regimen.

9.Study on the changes of peripheral blood globulins in common psoriasis patients
Journal of Practical Medicine 2004;474(3):27-30
At the Hospital number 108, in the Department of Dermato-Venerology, an investigation was performed on 58 patients with psoriasis at the progressive stage in order to determine the change of peripheri blood globuline and clinical features of the disease. The quantification of globuline showed that IgA and IgG levels decreased but normal level did not still reestablished. The variations of IgM were not significant. Between IgA and IgG levels, there was a positive and closed relation. IgA and IgG level increased early, immediately in the mild level of the disease and in the recessive stage of the disease at three levels, they were also higher than that of the control group; particulally, IgA in severe level did not drop down even when the disease was recessive. IgM levels were not changed in any levels of the severity.
