Objective To evaluate the value of bispectral index(BIS)monitoring as an indicator for extubation sedation level after children's oper?ation by total intravenous anesthesia. Methods One hundred and eighty children(2?13 years old)were randomly divided into six groups with 30 cases in each. Group A kept BIS 56?60,and Group B 61?65,Group C 66?70,Group D 71?75,Group E 76?80,Group F 81?85 till extubation. All children were given fentanyl, propofol and cisatracurium besilate when induced, and maintained with propofol and remifentanil. All cases kept BIS 40?55 during the operation. Then the changes of electrocardiogram, mean arterial pressure, heart rate,SpO2,postoperative complications and recovery time were observed. Results Groups A and B were extubated at deep anesthesia, cycle stability, but with high incidence of adverse reactions and awaked with a long time. Groups E and F were extubated when awaked, but with greater stimulation and easier agitation. Groups C and D were lighter hemodynamic responses, less respiratory effects and less postoperative complications of anesthesia. Conclusion The BIS level of 66?75 is a good se?dation level for extubation, especially in the level of 71?75.

Objective To compare the chemical composition of Auricularia auricula polysaccharide and the colloid, and the property of the different component-Fe complex. Method Auricularia auricula polysaccharide and the colloid were prepared first, then Auricularia auricula polysaccharide iron complex (APIC)and Aurcularia auricula glia iron complex (AGIC) were synthesized respectively with FeCl3 under alkaline condition, and their physicochemical property was determined. Results The stablility of AGIC was better than APIC and AGIC could be reduced to Fe(Ⅱ)by ascorbic acid more easily. Conclusion The Auricularia auricula colloid could combine with Fe(Ⅲ)easier than the polysaccharide, and would be expected to become a higher bioavailable iron-supplement.

Objective To explore radiation-induced esophagitis and its related factors in the patients with local advanced non-small cell lung cancer ( NSCLC ) which were treated with three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy (3D-CRT). Methods From January 2001 to December 2008, 203 patients who suffered from stageⅢNSCLC were achieved, including 163 males and 40 females, with a median age of 63 years old, while 79 cases were in stageⅢa and 124 in stageⅢb . The equivalent median dose of tumor was 62 Gy( range of 50-78 Gy) . Among them, 74 cases were administered with radiotherapy alone, 45 with sequential radiotherapy and chemotherapy, 87 cases with concurrent radiochemotherapy. Radiation esophagitis was evaluated with RTOG standard. The dosimetric parameters was estimated from dose volume histogrma ( DVH ) . The clinical and dosimetric parameters of radiation esophagitis were evaluated by spearman correlatived univariate and Logistic multivariable analysis. Results After radiotherapy, out of 203 patients, 87 had acute radiation esophagitis(RE), 47 in grade 1, 37 in grade 2, and 3 in grade 3 RE. According to spearman correlatived analysis, the correlatived factors included ages, chemotherapy, GTV, PTV, the mean doses of PTV and lung, the max and mean dose of esophagus, V40 , V45 ,V50 ,V55 ,V60 , length of esophagus( total circumference) treated with 45 Gy ( LETT45 ) , and LETT50 ( r=-0. 162-0. 235,P<0. 05). All the 14 factors had good correlation with RE in univariate analysis. But for other factors, such as gender, site of tumor, smoking, T, N, clinical stage, equivalent dose of tumor, style of radiation, the mean dose of GTV, LETT55 and LETT60 , there were not correlation with ≥grade 2 RE with univariate analysis(r= -0. 106-0. 122, P>0. 05). There were 21 factors, such as gender, age, smoking, clinical stage, site of tumor, chemotherapy, GTV, PTV, mean dose of PTV and lung, max and mean dose of esophagus, V40 -V60 of esophagus, LETT45-60 , incorporated into multivariable analysis, only chemotherapy and V45 of esophagus were independent predicted factors(Wald=4. 626, 9?882, P<0. 05). Conclusions In local advanced NSCLC after 3D-CRT, chemotherapy ( especially concurrent radiochemotherapy) could increase radiation-induced esophagitis. The parameter of DVH could also be used to predict radiation-induced esophagitis, V45 of esophagus may be the most valuable predictor.

PURPOSE: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the third most common cancer in China and poses high morbidity and mortality. In recent years, increasing evidence has indicated that microRNAs played important functions in the occurrence and development of tumors. The purpose of this study was to identify the biological mechanisms of miR-362 in CRC. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Quantitative real-time PCR was carried out to assess the expression of miR-362 and SIX1. The Kaplan-Meier method was employed to evaluate the 5-year overall survival of CRC patients. The proliferative and invasive abilities of CRC cells were assessed by MTT and transwell assays. RESULTS: miR-362 was significantly decreased in CRC tissues and cell lines, compared to the normal tissues and normal cells. A significant connection was confirmed between the overall survival of 53 CRC patients and low expression of miR-362. Downregulation of miR-362 inhibited the proliferation and invasion through binding to the 3′-UTR of SIX1 mRNA in CRC. Additionally, we discovered that SIX1 was a direct target gene of miR-362 and that the expression of miR-362 had a negative connection with SIX1 expression in CRC. SIX1 could reverse partial functions in the proliferation and invasion in CRC cells. CONCLUSION: miR-362 may be a prognostic marker in CRC and suppress CRC cell proliferation and invasion in part through targeting the 3′-UTR of SIX1 mRNA. The newly identified miR-362/SIX1 axis provides insight into the progression of CRC.

Objective:To understand the level of self-advocacy in young female breast cancer patients and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide reference for clinical intervention. Methods:A total of 250 young female breast cancer patients from Puyang People′s Hospital and Puyang Oilfield General Hospital from May 2021 to June 2022 were selected as research objects by convenience sampling method. A cross-sectional survey was conducted using the general information questionnaire, Female Self-Advocacy in Cancer Survivorship, Cancer Distress Scales for Adolescent and Young Adults and Family Resilience Assessment Scale. Multiple stepwise linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of self-advocacy in young women with breast cancer. Results:A total of 235 young female breast cancer patients completed the survey. The total score for self-advocacy was (77.04 ± 12.76) points, the total score of psychological distress was (108.25 ± 18.36) points, and the total score of family resilience was (112.93 ± 25.20) points. Self-advocacy was negatively correlated with psychological distress ( r=-0.548, P<0.001), and positively correlated with family resilience ( r=0.596, P<0.001). Education level, personality type, family monthly income, perceived economic pressure, work status, fertility, intimate relationship, diagnosis time, psychological distress and family resilience were the influencing factors of self-advocacy of young female breast cancer patients ( R2=0.595, F=35.31, P<0.01). Conclusions:The level of self-advocacy of young female breast cancer patients should be further improved. Medical staff should take targeted measures according to influencing factors to improve their self-advocacy level.

OBJECTIVE:
To detect the levels of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) latent membrane protein 1 Antibodies (LMP1-Ab) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC)sera and discuss the clinical significance of this test in diagnosis, prognosis, and immune-targeted therapy of NPC.
METHOD:
Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and Western blot method were used to detect the LMP1-Ab levels in 61 NPC sera, 30 nasopharyngitis sera, and 55 normal sera. The relationship between the LMP1-Ab level and clinical and pathological features of NPC was analyzed.
RESULT:
ELISA test showed that LMP1 antibodies level was significantly higher in nasopharyngeal carcinoma group than those in nasopharyngitis group and in healthy group and there were statistical significances (all P<0.05). In SNPC group, the LMP1-Ab level was not related to the pathological grade and cervical lymph node metastases (P>0.05). Western blot test revealed that the expression of LMP1 antibodies was higher in NPC sera than in nasopharyngitis sera and in normal sera.
CONCLUSION
LMP1-Ab level was higher in nasopharyngeal carcinoma group than in nasopharyngitis group and in normal group. Therefore, LMP1 may be considered as a tumor correlated antigen to help the diagnosis and immune-targeted therapy of NPC.
