The phenomenon of secondary ischemic brain injury after intracerebral hemorrhage is more common in clinical practice.In recent years,a growing number of studies are trying to find an effective therapy to avoid the occurrence of ischemic brain injury and improve the prognosis in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage.This article reviews the incidence and mechanisms of ischemic brain injury after intracerebral hemorrhage.
2.Expression of glucose-regulated protein 78 in ovarian cancer tissues and its clinical significance

Objective To explore the expression of glucose-regulated protein (Grp) 78 in ovarian cancer tissues and its clinical significance.Methods The expression of Grp78 in 60 cases of ovarian cancer tissue,15 cases of ovarian borderline tumor tissue,10 cases of normal ovarian tissue,10 cases of ovarian cyst tissue,was detected by immunohistochemistry,and analyzed the relationship between its expression and clinicopathological features of ovarian cancer.Results The expression of Grp78 in ovarian borderline tumor and ovarian cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in normal ovarian and ovarian cyst tissue[7/15 and 68.3% (41/60) vs.1/10 and 1/10] (P <0.05).The expression of Grp78 was positively correlated with clinicopathological staging and lymphatic metastasis of ovarian cancer (P < 0.05),negatively correlated with histological differentiation (P < 0.05).No correlation with age and ascites (P > 0.05).Conclusions The levels of Grp78 are elevated in ovarian cancer specimens; high expression of Grp78 maybe participate in the occurrence,development,and prognosis of ovarian cancer.Increased expression of Grp78 might be a useful marker for predicting the carcinogenesis and progression of ovarian cancer.
3.In vitro study on human trophoblast cells infected with HCMV.

Human trophoblast cells were isolated and cultured in vitro in order to investigate possible pathogenesis of intrauterine infection caused by HCMV. Trophoblast cells were obtained by compound enzymes digestion and discontinuous percoll gradient. Cells and purity were identified by using immunocytochemistry assay with anti-CK7, Vim and beta-hCG antibodies. HCMV AD169 strain replication in isolated trophoblast cells and cell apoptosis were detected at different time points post infection (p.i.). The results showed that highly purified trophoblast cells were obtained. Specific virus replication was increased dramatically at the 24th h p.i., and then increased slowly during 48 h and 72 h. Apoptosis rate of trophoblast cells infected with HCMV was (34.68+/-3.14)% at 24th h p.i., while that in control group was (15.32+/-2.34)% (P<0.05). It was suggested that highly purified trophoblast cells can be isolated by the simplified cell purification method. HCMV can infect human trophoblast cells, and be quickly replicated, resulting in the accelerated apoptosis of human trophoblast cells during early time.

Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is not only the main microvascular complication of diabetes mellitus,but also a common cause of end stage renal disease.Oxidative stress and nuclear factor E2-related factor 2(Nrf2)/kelch like epichlorohydrin related protein 1/antioxidant response element pathway damage may be involved in the occurrence and development of DKD.This article reviews the research progress of targeted activation of Nrf2 pathway and DKD treatment.
5.Von Willebrand factor antigen and ADAMTS13 activity assay in pregnant women and severe preeclamptic patients.

The present study examined von Willebrand factor (vWF) levels and ADAMTS13 activity in pregnant and severe preeclamptic women in order to shed light on the prothrombotic state in severe preeclampsia. Thirty healthy women of childbearing age, 22 second trimester pregnant women, 30 third trimester pregnant women and 10 severe preeclamptic patients were recruited in this study. ADAMTS13 activity was determined by the FRETS-vWF73 assay and vWF antigen (vWF:Ag) levels by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in plasma vWF antigen levels between the severe preeclamptic and third trimester pregnant women, between third and second trimester pregnant women (P<0.05). The third trimester pregnant women had significantly lower plasma ADAMTS13 activity than second trimester pregnant women (P<0.05). Nevertheless, no significant differences in plasma ADAMTS13 activity were found between severe preeclamptic patients and the third trimester pregnant women (P>0.05). In conclusion, plasma ADAMTS13 activity is normal in severe preeclampsia despite the increased vWF:Ag levels. Prothrombotic state is involved in the pathogenesis of severe preeclampsia, as a result of endothelial injury.
6.Research on the Construction of Comprehensive Evaluation Framework for Traditional Non-Pharmacological Tech-nology Based on Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis

Objective:In order to scientifically promote the selection of appropriate technology of traditional non-pharmacologi-cal,the value evaluation index system of traditional non-pharmacological technology was constructed in line with the characteristics of TCM based on the theory of health technology assessment and multi-criteria decision analysis.Methods:The evaluation index pool was initially formed through literature research,and then those indicators were further improved through semi-structured inter-views and Delphi method.Results:The value evaluation index was constructed with seven dimensions,including quality standard,safety,effectiveness,economy,inheritance and innovation,suitability and accessibility,which were subordinated by 17 second-level indicators and 33 third-level indicators.The questionnaire response rate was 100%.The group authority coefficient of 17 experts was 0.87,and the concentration and coordination degree of expert opinions of the first-level indicators were high.Conclusion:The index pool constructed in this study has high expert authority,good concentration and coordination of expert opinions,which needs to be verified by practical experience,which is of great significance for the value evaluation of traditional non-pharmacological technology.

8.Cost-effectiveness Analysis of Glecaprevir/Pibrentasvir versus Elbasvir/Grazoprevir in Chronic Hepatitis C Genotype 1b Treatment-naive Patients without Cirrhosis

OBJECTIVE:To evalua te the economics of glecaprevir/pibrentasvir (G/P)versus elbasvir/grazoprevir (EBR/GZR) in chronic hepatitis C genotype 1b(GT1b)treatment-naive patients without cirrhosis ,and to provide evidence support for medical and health decision-making. METHODS :Under assuming the bid price of G/P and EBR/GZR therapy schemes before medical insurance negotiation was adopted (scenario 1)and assuming that the price of EBR/GZR was reduced by 85% and the price of G/P was reduced by 80%(scenario 2),Markov model was developed to simulate the lifetime cost and health outcomes progress of 10 000 untreated chronic hepatitis C GT 1b treatment-naive patients without cirrhosis and calculate incremental cost-effectiveness ratio(ICER). Single factor sensitivity analysis and probability sensitivity analysis were conducted to verify the results. The highest price(price reduction ratio )of G/P scheme was analyzed with cost-effectiveness advantage ,when other parametes kept stable under scenario 2. RESULTS :Under 2 kinds of scenarios ,compared with EBR/GZR scheme ,G/P scheme had higher cost (scenario 1:68 800 yuan vs. 62 338 yuan;scenario 2:13 760 yuan vs. 11 490 yuan)and healty utility (scenario 1:14.97 QALY vs. 14.90 QALY;scenario 2:14.97 QALY vs. 14.90 QALY),and ICER value of G/P was lower than willingness-to-pay threshold (scenario 1:92 314 yuan/QALY;scenario 2:32 428 yuan/QALY). The change of most parameters in single factor sensitivity analysis didn ’t influence the results of base-case analysis ,and the findings from the base-case analysis were confirmed by probability sensitivity analyses. The price of G/P scheme needed to be reduced by at least 62% to realize cost-effective advantage. CONCLUSIONS : Under the set price scenario ,G/P scheme has cost-effectiveness advantages than EBR/GZR scheme in chronic hepatitis C GT 1b treatment-naive patients without cirrhosis.

10.Micro-CT Analysis of Bone Tunnel Area after Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction in the Animal Model

Objective To assess the bone tunnel area at different times and sites of the tunnel after the anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) reconstruction in rabbits using Micro-CT.Methods Fifteen rabbits were performed ACL reconstruction using semitendinosus tendon autograft and randomly allocated into 3 groups and killed at 3,6,and 12 weeks after the operation.All samples undertook the micro-CT scanning(using SkyScan 1176,Bruker,U.S.A.) and were analyzed the areas of bone tunnels of femur and tibia after the 3-demension image rebuilding.For each tunnel,the area of the entrance,middle and exit of the tunnel were measured 3 times respectively and compared.Results The average area of the femoral tunnel did not change significantly with time,being 4.84 mm2,4.57 mm2 and 4.46 mm2 at 3,6 and 12 weeks after the operation(P=0.99).At the very beginning,the femoral tunnel area at the entrance was the biggest,while that of the middle was the smallest.Six weeks after the operation,significant differences were observed between the femoral tunnel area at the entrance and middle,as well as that between the exit and middle(P=0.0011,P=0.0106);However,12 weeks after the operation,significant differences were observed only between that at the entrance and middle(P=0.0227).The average tibial tunnel area increased significantly at 6 weeks(6.577 mm2) and decreased at 12 weeks(3.103 mm2) after the operation(P=0.0005).Moreover,no significant differences were observed in the average tibial tunnel area at different time points and sites(P<0.05).At different sites,the average tibial tunnel area expanded at 6 weeks,and then declined at 12 weeks after the operation.Conclusion The bone tunnel area changes with time after the ACL reconstruction,first increasing followed by decreasing in the average tibial tunnel area.The femur and tibial tunnel have significant differences in the tunnel area at different sites,which change differently with time.The bone tunnel expansion after the anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction can be comprehensively measured repeatedly at different sites.
