Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a major endocrine disorder afflicting women of reproductive age.Women with PCOS are more likely to suffer from mental health disturbances than healthy women. The "infertility" suffered by PCOS patients would also lead to mental health disturbances.Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and questionnaire which includes patients' socio-economic and demographic data were used to assess the mental health status of PCOS (n=103) and non-PCOS (n=ll0) infertile patients.Logistic regression analysis and t-tests were used for comparative analysis. The data demonstrated that scores of depression, interpersonal sensitivity,obsessive-compulsive,and hostility symptoms in PCOS infertile patients were significantly higher than those in the non-PCOS infertile patients (P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis revealed that acne had negative effect on mental health status (P<0.05).Secondary infertile PCOS patients were more easily to suffer from somatization, interpersonal sensitivity,obsessive-compulsive,anxiety,hostility and paranoid ideation symptoms than the primary infertile PCOS patients (P<0.05).The results suggested that the PCOS patients especially the secondary infertile PCOS patients had obvious mental health disturbances. The ache might play an importance role in the occurrence of mental health disturbances in PCOS patients.PCOS related symptoms may be risk factors of mental health status in PCOS patients with infertility.More attention should be paid to the PCOS infertile patients, and mental health therapy should be considered if necessary.

Based on a pair of specific primers, a 804-bp fragment was amplified from the plasmid pT-Cap containing Cap gene of Porcine Getah Virus(PGETV) and cloned into the prokaryotic expression vector pCold I which carried the His tag, this recombinant plasmid was then determined by enzyme digestion, PCR and DNA sequencing. This recombinant plasmid pCold-Cap was transformed into E. coli Rosetta 2, and PGETV Cap fusion protein was expressed through IPTG induction. The results showed that the Cap gene obtained efficient and soluble expression in Rosetta 2 induced by 0. Immol/L IPTG under 15"C for 24h, the expression quantity was 40. 2%. The product had a molecular mass about 32. 3kD as expected. The target protein was separated in gel slices and used to immunize Balb/c mice. The polyclonal antibody with high titer against Cap protein specifically analyzed by Western blot was obtained. The successful preparation of the polyclonal antibody laid the foundation for the further study on the detection and identification of PGETV.

Chinese Journal of Nervous and Mental Diseases 2018;44(4):212-216
Objective To investigate the effect of reducing antipsychotic dose on clinical symptoms in patients with stable schizophrenia. Methods Seventy-five patients with stable schizophrenia taking olanzapine or risperidone were enrolled. Patients were randomly divided into dose reduction group (37 cases) and maintenance group (38 cases). The dose of the risperidone or olanzapine was gradually reduced by 50% in the dose reduction group within six months whereas remained unchanged in the maintenance group. The Positive and Negative Symptom Scale (PANSS), Calgary Depression Scale (CDRS), Personal and Social Performance Scale (PSP), Insight and Treatment Attitude Questionnaire (ITAQ) and Extrapyramidal Side Effects Scale (RSESE) were assessed at baseline, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months. Results There were one and two cases dropped out due to the relapse in dose reduction group and in maintenance group, respectively. The recurrence rates were 2.7% in dose reduction group and 5.3% in maintenance group (P<0.05). The interaction effects of PANSS positive symptoms, negative symptoms and general pathological symptoms, ITAQ,RSESE, PSP were significant (P<0.05). The main effect of PANSS negative symptoms and PSP group was significant (P<0.05). Compared with the maintenance group, PANSS negative symptoms of the dose reduction group were significantly lower at 6 and 12 months (P<0.05). PSP scores were significantly higher in the dose reduction group than in maintenance group (P<0.05) at 3, 6 and 12 months. Conclusion Reducing the dose of risperidone or olanzapine slowly in patients with stable schizophrenia within six months reduces negative symptoms and adverse reaction, improves social function without increasing positive symptoms.

Objective:To study the characteristics and clinical significance of mitochondrial injury of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with autoimmune hepatitis (AIH).Methods:The clinical data of 57 patients with AIH (AIH group) from June to December 2021 in Hangzhou Xixi Hospital were retrospectively analyzed, while 60 healthy physical examiners were included as healthy group. The peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets (CD 8+ T lymphocyte count and CD 4+ T lymphocyte count) were detected by flow cytometry, and matched mitochondrial staining value according to certain algorithm was used to determine the mitochondrial damage of helper T lymphocyte (Th cell) and suppressor T lymphocyte (Ts cell). The levels of IgG, alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) were measured using a Roche E170 automatic electrochemiluminescence immunoassay. Anti-nuclear antibody (ANA) titer was measured by immunofluorescence. Multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the independent risk factors of mitochondrial damage of Th cell and Ts cell in patients with AIH. Results:The ALT, AST, IgG, positive rate of ANA titer, CD 4+ T lymphocyte count, CD 8+ T lymphocyte count, rate of Th cell mitochondrial injury and rate of Ts cell mitochondrial injury in AIH group were significantly higher than those in healthy group: (118.90 ± 37.61) U/L vs. (30.96 ± 14.37) U/L, (102.40 ± 36.51) U/L vs. (31.12 ± 14.06) U/L, (18.40 ± 3.71) g/L vs. (13.89 ± 1.98) g/L, 96.49% (55/57) vs. 16.67% (10/60), 438 (323, 637) × 10 6/L vs. 398 (272, 469) × 10 6/L, 296 (211, 296) × 10 6/L vs. 270 (193, 322) × 10 6/L, 61.40% (35/57) vs. 8.33% (5/60) and 82.46% (47/57) vs. 11.67% (7/60), and there were statistical differences ( P<0.01 or <0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis result showed that the AST elevated and CD 8+ T lymphocyte count reduced were the independent risk factors of Ts cell mitochondrial injury in patients with AIH ( OR = 1.06 and 0.99, 95% CI 1.01 to 1.10 and 0.99 to 1.00, P<0.05); the ALT elevated and IgG elevated were the independent risk factors of Th cell mitochondrial injury in patients with AIH ( OR = 1.08 and 1.66, 95% CI 1.02 to 1.14 and 1.11 to 2.48, P<0.05). Conclusions:It is of positive clinical significance to measure the T lymphocyte subtype mitochondrial injury in patients with AIH. The probability of mitochondrial injury of T lymphocyte subtype can be predicted by biochemical indexes such as ALT, AST and IgG, so as to indirectly evaluate the liver cell necrosis.

Objective To know the situation of postoperative pain and the satisfaction with pain management in patients who suffered osteonecrosis of the femoral head ( ONFH ) and accepted free vascularized fibular grafting ( FVFG ) , and analyze the influencing factors of satisfaction with pain management. Methods By convenience sampling method, 140 inpatients who underwent FVFG for 72 hours were recruited in this study. These patients were admitted in the orthopedic department of the Sixth People′s Hospital of Shanghai from January to October 2016, and were investigated by the general information questionnaire, the brief pain inventory, and the pain treatment satisfaction scale. The influencing factors of satisfaction with pain nursing were analyzed. Results The score of the most severe pain intensity of the 140 patients reached ( 4. 92 ± 1. 36 ) . The total score of patients′ satisfaction with pain management was (81. 81±9.09), among which, the dimension of professional skills earned the highest average score of (4.00± 0.61), followed by the dimension of trust, which was up to (3. 90±0.53). The dimension of the relation of education got the lowest score of (3.77±0.30). The analysis of single factor showed that the age and the education levels affected the satisfaction of pain management ( P<0. 05 ) . The stepwise multiple regression analysis reviewed that there were five factors having influences on the satisfaction of pain management, and they were: the most severe pain intensity after FVFG, the influences of pain on functional exercise, the degree of pain relief, the education level of patients, and the influences of pain on patients′sleeping. These can successfully explain 70.8% of the variation of the satisfaction ( R2=0.708) . Conclusions Patients are overall satisfied with postoperative pain treatment. Factors such as the most severe pain intensity after FVFG, the influences of pain on functional exercise, the degree of pain relief, the education level of patients, and the influences of pain on patients′sleeping will affect the degree of satisfaction.

Pulsed glow discharge mass spectrometric(Pulsed-GDMS) method for the measurement of 7 kinds of key elements(Mg,Fe,Cu,La,Ce,Pr and Nd) in rare earth alloys was established. The influence factors of measurement repeatability, such as pulse time, sample homogeneity, anode cap, flow tube, corn, and sample tablet density were systematically studied. The results showed that, for elements with mass fraction of more than mg/g, the parts (anode cap, flow tube and corn) had the largest influence on measurement repeatability. When the new graphitic parts were used and no parts were changed during the whole measurement, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 3%. However, the RSD were 2%-11%and 3%-21% when the new graphitic parts and the reusable parts were used and changed, respectively. The second influence factor of measurement repeatability was the tablet density. The results showed that, the lower the density, the worse the measurement repeatability, and for the dense tablet, the RSD was less than 3%. Key elements in 1# rare earth alloy were measured by high resolution inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (HR-ICP-MS), and the analytical results were used as reference values for the calibration of Pulsed-GDMS. The relative sensitivity factors (RSF) were obtained, and the key elements in 2# rare earth alloy were measured by Pulsed-GDMS after calibration. The analytical results of key elements in 2#sample by Pulsed-GDMS and HR-ICP-MS were compared, and the results showed that for the dense sample, the analytical results showed good agreement. Under the optimal conditions, the expanded uncertainty of measurement by Pulsed-GDMS reduced to 3%-10%.

Since the first outbreak of avian influenza A(H7N9) virus in humans was identified in 2013, there have been five seasonal epidemics observed in China. An earlier start and a steep increase in the number of humans infected with H7N9 virus was observed between September and December 2016, raising great public concern in domestic and international societies. The epidemiological characteristics of the recently reported confirmed H7N9 cases were analysed. The results suggested that although more cases were reported recently, most cases in the fifth epidemic were still highly sporadically distributed without any epidemiology links; the main characteristics remained unchanged and the genetic characteristics of virus strains that were isolated in this epidemic remained similar to earlier epidemics. Interventions included live poultry market closures in several cities that reported more H7N9 cases recently.

OBJECTIVETo describe the relevant factors of endoscopic surgery in patients with nasal septal perforation.
METHODSTwenty-three patients with nasal septal perforation were treated under nasal endoscope. Four kinds of reconstruction materials were used to accomplish the closure of perforation: residual osseous septum or temporalis fascia, inverting septal mucoperichondrial flap, autologous connective tissue insert overlaid with mucous flaps and turbinate flap. The reconstructed septum was packed by moist dressing with silicone or plastic splints.
RESULTSSeven patients underwent direct closure. Inverting flap repair for five cases, shifting flap closure for ten cases, and repair with turbinate flap in one case. During the follow-up ranging from four weeks to seven months, the successful reconstruction was achieved in 19 cases (82.6%). The problems in the remaining four cases were: mucosal flap displacement, fascia flap shrank and so caused reperforation, two perforations present with only the larger one repaired, the mucosal flap was smaller in size than the perforation.
CONCLUSIONSIntranasal endoscopic reconstruction surgery is a reasonable management for nasal septal perforation.

Chinese Journal of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2005;40(5):327-330
OBJECTIVETo evaluate the stability of hearing results and complications in long-term following-up who underwent reconstruction surgery.
METHODSSix hundreds and seventy five cases (700 ears) of congenital aural atresia were reviewed from January 1984 to January 2001 at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, Tongren hospital. Except 40 ears undone hearing reconstruction, 635 cases (660 ears) underwent long-term following-up for 3 to 19 years, with an average of 7.9 years.
RESULTSStenosis and recurrent infection of the external auditory canal (EAC) were the most frequent complications. Stenosis was seen in 120 ears, and 2 ears re-atresia, with an incidence of 18.48% (122/660). Recurrent infection of the cavity and canal skin happened in 6 ears. Closure of the air-bone gap (ABG) post-operation were gained in all cases, and ABG gains 20 dB or more occurred in 512 ears (77.57%), but 30 dB or more in 231 ears (35%). Following-up results: Stable hearing results gained in 450 ears over the length of following-up; the hearing worsened than that of 3 weeks postoperatively occurred in 160 ears, including 2 ears with sensorineural hearing loss. Hearing deteriorated more than 20 dB happened in 35 ears, and 10-15 dB in others cases but still be improved compared with that of preoperation.
CONCLUSIONSAtresiaplasty surgery in individuals with congenital aural atresia can yield reliable, lasting hearing results in 68.2% (450/660), with a low incidence of complications; the initial improved hearing deteriorated gradually over the first 6 months post-operation, which are related with the stenosis and infection of canal. Cavity adhesion, bony EAC re-growth, ossicular chain re-fixation or displace may affect the hearing results in some cases. Even unilateral aural atresia may benefit from the reconstruction surgery and achieve serviceable hearing results.
