China Pharmacist 2015;(6):1065-1066
Objective: To improve the standardization method for ethanol potassium hydroxide volumetric solution. Methods: A new potentiometric titration method was established and compared with the indicator method described in Chinese Pharmacopeia (2010 edition) . Results:There was no significant difference between the results of the potentiometric method and the indicator method( P>0. 05). Furthermore, the potentiometric titration had significant jump range, good precision and high reliability. Conclusion:The po-tentiometric method can be used in the standardization of ethanol potassium hydroxide volumetric solution.
3.Effect of probiotcs on ulcerative colitis in mice
Journal of Chinese Physician 2009;11(6):740-742
Objective To investigate the effect of COX-2 in the DSS-induced UC mouse model and the effects of probiotics in the pathogenesis of UC. Methods DSS-induced UC mouse model was used in the study. A total of 60 mice were divided into 6 groups (Blank control group, DSS model group, Saline group, SASP group, Lactovacillus group and Bifidobactefia group). After 8 days, all mice were sacrificed. Histological injury score and pathological change and COX-2 in mucous of colon membrane were evaluated. Results The stages and histological changes were obviously improved and the expression of COX-2 in the colonic mueosa of mouse with UC was decreased when using probiotics and SASP. Conclusions Lactobacillns and Bifidobacterla can decrease the expression of COX-2 in the colonic mucosa of mouse with UC. The effect has no difference between SASP and probiotic group.
4.Research advances of CIAPIN1 gene
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(11):812-814
It has been preliminarily demonstrated that CIAPIN1 plays an essential role in normal tissue and is closely related to tumor formatin and development, prognosis and multiple drug resistance. CIAPIN1-based target therapy may provide a novel thinkingpathway in cancer treatment.
5.Anticancer mechanism of scutellarin
Journal of International Oncology 2015;42(9):682-684
Scutellarin (SC),a botanical extract, possesses a variety of suppressing free radical generation,anti-inflammatory,cardioprotection and anti-virus activity.Recently, many studies show that SC has inhibitory effects on the growth of many tumors and is a kind of potential anti-tumor drug. Its anti-tumor mechanisms mainly include inducing apoptosis, arresting cell cycle, enhancing the adhesion between cells, inhibiting tumor invasion, reversing multidrug resistance,anti-angiogenesis and so on.
6.Progress of microRNAs in regulating drug resistance of breast cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2013;(6):449-452
Multi-drug resistance (MDR) of breast cancer is a key factor of breast cancer treatment failure.MicroRNA (miRNA) is a class of endogenous expressed,small,single-stranded RNA molecules, and regulate the expression of genes at post-transcriptional level by combining with target message RNA.MiRNA participate in the mechanisms of drug resistance of breast cancer, and are feasible therapeutic targets for the treatment of drug resistance in breast cancer.Finding and studying miRNA related with drug resistance of breast cancer as well as their mechanisms have become a current research hotspot.
7.Progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the multi-drug resistance reversal of breast cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2014;41(3):200-202
Multi-drug resistance of breast cancer remains a major obstacle for effective treatment, which involves many complicated mechanisms, including drug transport in the body, metabolism and drug targets.Recent researches find that the tradition Chinese medicine not only has good effects in improving the body resistance and general situation of patients and enhancing the effects of chemoradiotherapy, but also plays a vital roles in the muti-drug resistance reversal of breast cancer.
8.Analysis of the effect factors about postoperative mechanical ventilation time in 217 children with congenital heart diseases
Chongqing Medicine 2013;(28):3379-3381
Objective To analyze the multiple factors affecting the postoperative mechanical ventilation supporting time of chil-dren with congenital heart diseases ,and to preferably master the offline period and offer intervention techniques about shortening mechanical ventilation supporting time and improving efficacy .Methods A total of 217 with congenital heart diseases in 2012 from January to October were retrospectively studied to seek the factor affecting the duration of ventilation .The factors including the age ,weight ,cardiopulmonary bypass time(CBP) ,aortic cross-clamping time(ACC) ,preoperative albumin ,preoperative pulmonary infection ,preoperative pulmonary artery pressure ,postoperative complications were analyzed by the stepwise Logistic regression . Results The ventilation supporting time was 0 .5 -312 .0 h ,average(28 .42 ± 2 .99)h .Multivariate stepwise Logistic analysis showed that the postoperative complications ,preoperative pulmonary infection and CPB were mechanical ventilation use time of the main influence factors .Conclusion Postoperative complications ,preoperative pulmonary infection and CPB are the main influencing factors of mechanical ventilation supporting time .

Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(09):-
Objective To establish a new method for the determination of chromium (Ⅵ) in printing and dyeing wastewater. Methods A combined technique was employed for the determination of chromium (Ⅵ) by flow injection on-line separation and preconcentration on a micro column packed with alumina(acidic form) and inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES).The effect of acidity, concentration of eluent and coexistence ion on separation and enrichment was detected. Results The detection limit was 0.72 ?g/L.The LOQ was 2.38 ?g/L.RSDs were 1.45%~2.12%.The recovery rates were 96.0%-104.0%.The concentration enhancement of chromium (Ⅵ) was 10 times for 45 s sample loading.Analytic frequency was 33 samples one hour. Conclusion This method is sensitive, rapid and applicable to the determination of chromium (Ⅵ) in dyeing wastewater.
10.Relationship between Onset of Malnutrition and Growth Hormone-Insulin-Like Growth Factor Axis in Children with Congenital Heart Disease
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(08):-
Objective To investigate the relationship between onset of malnutrition and growth hormone-insulin-like growth factor(GH-IGF) axis in children with congenital heart disease(CHD).Methods Fifty cases with CHD were divided into two groups,13 cases of cyanotic group and 37 cases of acyanotic group. And the acyanotic group was then subdivided into two groups,25 cases of heart failure group and 12 cases of without heart failure group, and 20 normal children were selected as control group. The nutritional status of these children were evaluated by detecting the serum total protein, serum protein, body height and weight.IGF-Ⅰ and insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3(IGFBP-3) and growth hormone binding protein(GHBP) were detected by immunoradiometric assay. Results The acute malnutrition ratio and chronic malnutrition ratio in the children with CHD were 62% and 28%,respectively.The acute malnutrition ratio was similar between cyanotic group and acyanotic group(P=0.105);the chronic malnutrition ratio significantly increased in cyanotic group than that in cyanotic group(P=0.006).The levels of serum IGF-Ⅰ and IGFBP-3 decreased in the patients with CHD,which significantly decreased in cyanotic group and heart failure group. The level of serum GHBP decreased in cyanotic group and heart failure group. Conclusions The levels of serum IGF-Ⅰ and IGFBP-3 in patients with CHD decrease, which are related to growth hormone receptor down regulated, that is one of the molecular mechanisms of growth hormone resistant or insensitivity, growth hormone counteract or insensitivity are one of the reasons of acute and chronic malnutrition in children with CHD.
