Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(05):-
Objective:To study the relationship betwen the mechanism of autoimmune disease and CD4+CD25+ T cell population in NIK mutated mice-aly mice. Methods:NIK mutated mice-aly/aly mice were used as model,aly/+mice as NIK normal control;cell populations were determined by FACS and the thymus structure were analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Results:The CD4+CD25+CD8- population were remarkably decreased in aly mice;and the UEA-1 positive cells were absent in aly mice. Conclusion:The autoimmune disease in aly mice might be the result of deceased the CD4+CD25+ population;the UEA-1 positive cells might play an important role in the development of CD4+CD25+ population. Neurodegenerative disease is characterized by progressive loss of neurons in specific brain regions that results in neuronal dysfunction of the central nervous system. Although the pathological mechanism is not fully established, the activation of glial cells mediated neuroinflammation appears to be involved. Heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) is originally described as intracellular chaperone, which plays an important role in protein quality control in cells. However, recent study showed that up-regulation of HSP70 had anti-inflammatory effects in the brain. HSP70 protected neurons from damage and improved neurological function by decreasing inflammatory response as indicated by inactivation of glial cells and inhibition of pro-inflammatory cytokine release. So it is of great significance to find new compounds targeting at HSP70 as neuroprotective agents to delay the progress of neurodegenerative disease. This review will focus on the role of HSP70 in neuroinflammation and the recent advances in using HSP70 as a target for the treatment of neurodegenerative disease.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
The demand of hospital car in first-aid and patients carrying is urgent in paroxysmal epidemic, disaster and wartime.According to types and characteristics of civil-train,many methods are used to rapidly refit civil-train to hospital car, such as rapid taking down devices from civil-train,installing medical appliances and unloading the device in the civil-train and auxiliaries.Based on analysis and comparison,YZ25G hard-seat train is the best one to refit from civil-train to hospital car.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(04):-
The rapid deployment flow for medical support unit of health-care train is discussed in the aspect of personnel spot-training with carriage. A handbook is compiled for loading and unloading health-care train's equipment. A series of methods and processes are put forward based on the principle of " fixed type of equipment, fixed person for loading or unloading, fixed position, fixed operation steps", which provides a possibility for rapid deployment flow at medical support unit.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(04):-
Objective: To investigate the value of double source CT(DSCT)in the diagnosis of myocardial bridge(MB)and analyze the correlation of MB-associated coronary atherosclerotic plaque with age. Methods: A total of 417 patients suspected of coronary artery disease(CAD)were divided into a young group(n=137,30-44 yrs),a middle-aged group(n=197,45-59 yrs) and an old group(n=83,60-84 yrs),subjected to DSCT coronary angiography, and analyzed for the differences in the incidence of MB and coronary atherosclerosis. Results: Altogether 76 cases(18.2%) were diagnosed as MB,10(13.2%) in the young,36(47.4%) in the middle-aged and 30(39.5%) in the old group.Of the MB patients,41(53.9%) were complicated with coronary atherosclerotic plaque,2(20.0%) in the young,17(47.2%) in the middle-aged 22(73.3%) in the old group. There were significant statistical differences in the incidence and the nature of coronary atherosclerotic plaque among the 3 groups(P

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(09):-
The problems of Electromagnetic Compatibility(EMC) and Electromagnetic Interference(EMI) of medical electric devices are directly related to the medical treatment effect for wounded patients on the health-care train.EMC and EMI problems of medical electric devices in use are studied and analyzed.Suggestions on preventing EMI problems are given to guarantee the normal running of medical electric devices in health-care train.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(11):-
Objective To explore optimized procedures and science decision-making methods for the triage in sanitary train and improve efficiency. Methods The work condition of triage was evaluated with queuing theory and mathematical models. Results The work of triage needs to be further optimized. The M/M/n model of queuing theory can improve efficiency, and then waiting-time that from triage site to specifically sickbed can be shorten consumedly. Conclusion The application and assistance decision on queuing theory in the triage can optimize organization plan and enhance work efficiency.
