China Pharmacist 2016;19(10):1930-1932
Objective:To analyze one case of drug-induced liver injury to provide reference for clinical pharmacists participating in the clinical practice. Methods: Through the participation in the diagnosis and therapy of one patient with drug-induced liver injury, clinical pharmacists found the correlation between the suspected drugs and the disease, which provided basis for the clinical diagnosis and therapy. Results:Clinical pharmacists actively assisted physicians by providing reasonable defining characteristics and drug therapy scheme for the patient free from drug interactions and adverse reactions. The function of the patient recovered after the treatment. Con-clusion:Clinical pharmacists participating in clinical practice can make use of pharmacy knowledge to search causes of diseases and optimize therapeutic scheme.
3.Association between serum level of C-reactive protein and heart function impairment of hypertension patients
Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(15):-
Objective To detect the serum level of C-reactive protein in the hypertension patients and analyze its relationship with the heart function impairment. Methods The hypertension patients who had no, or mild, or severe heart function impairment were selected and accordingly divided into 3 groups (n=26 in each group). Meanwhile another 26 healthy subjects served as normal controls. The heart function of all subjects were evaluated and scored according to heart function classified schedule published by New York Heart Disease Association (1928) and CRP levels were measured by scatter turbidimetry within 24 h after diagnosis. Results The scores of heart function for healthy patients and the hypertension patients without heart function impairment were within the normal range and their serum CRP levels were at the basic level. The scores and the serum CRP levels of the hypertension patients with mild heart function impairment were higher than that of healthy subjects and the hypertension patients without heart function impairment (P
4.A study on high function binding site of HDAC1 in p21 WAF1/CIP1 promoter region in breast cancer MCF-7 cells
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2017;33(3):317-321
Aim Toinvestigatethespecificbinding sites that HDAC1 can be recruited to regulate the tran-scriptional activity of p21 WAF1/CIP1 promoter in the breast cancer MCF-7 cells. Methods ThebreastcancerMCF-7 cells in logarithmic growth phase were starved with FBS free medium for 24 hours, and treated with 20 μmol·L-1 SAHA(S group)or 0. 625 nmol·L-1 Leptin(L group)for 24 hours, and the cells that were cultured in the complete RPMI 1640 medium without any treatment were assigned as control group (B group). The DNA-ChIP was followed the manufactur-er′s protocol for the assay. The cell lysis was prepared and incubated with anti-HDAC1 antibody overnight at 4℃.DNA fragments binding anti-HDAC1 antibody were gathered and purified. The relative expression level of DNA fragments from TSS to the upstream of the p21 WAF1/CIP1 promoter region(+2 ~-4000 bp)bind-ing with antibody was detected by Real-time PCR and analyzedby2-ΔΔCTmethod.Results InBgroup, HDAC1 had high affinity with the f1 and f 8 fragmentsof p21 WAF1/CIP1 promoter compared to the other fragemts, and showed the highest affinity with the f8 fragment. In S group, the binding ability of HDAC1 to the f1 ~f10 fragment of p21 WAF1/CIP1 promoter was sig-nificantly lower than that of the control. The binding activity of HDAC1 to f8 fragment was the lowest, while reversing to reach the peak after leptin treatment.Con-clusions HDAC1canberecruitedtop21WAF1/CIP1pro-moter by the cell proliferation signal during the prolifer-ation of breast cancer MCF-7 cells. The DNA fragment from -2800 to -3200 bp in the upstream of p21 WAF1/CIP1 promoter is the target functional region for the binding with HDAC1 .

Aim To explore the correlationship of allergy to penicillin and HLA-DRB genetic polymorphism. Methods Sequence specific primer-polymerase chain reaction(PCR-SSP)was used to type for human leucocyte antigen-DBR(HLA-DRB)alleles in 77 patients with allergy to penicillin and 87 healthy subjects without any allergic reactions. Results Compared with control subjects,a significantly increased frequency of DR9 was present in 77 patients with allergic reactions(11.04% vs 4.02%,RR=3.24,P
8. Discharge characteristics of rat hippocampus CA1 area place cells in adaptation to visual-vestibular-proprioceptive sensory mismatch
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2014;35(6):592-597
Objective: To study the discharge changes of CA1 area place cells after hippocampal formation (HF) accepting the visua--vestibular-proprioceptive mismatch configuration as a match by learning, so as to provide evidence that HF may encode any combination of sensory inputs. Methods: The visual-vestibular-proprioceptive mismatch configuration was set up. According to θ rhythm recording and θ power calculation in rat hippocampal dentate gyrus, adaptation to the sensory conflict could be confirmed. The assembly discharge of CA1 area place cells was recorded in awake rats by using extracellular tungsten microelectrode record and stereotaxic techniques after the ratsa dapted to sensory mismatch. Results: Of the 56 place cells, 14 (25.0%) showed consistent spatial firing in both the match and mismatch conditions (bi-directional movement-related experience-independent neurons); 33 (58.9%) showed different spatial firings across the sessions (bi-directional movemen--related experience-dependent neurons). The mean sizes and mean value of index of asymmetry of the place fields were larger in bi-directional movement-related neurons than that in experience-dependent neurons (P<0.01, P<0.05). The firing rate distributions in the place fields were negatively skewed and asymmetric. Conclusion: The HF encodes a naturally impossible new configuration of sensory inputs after adaptation, and it can update the stored memory to accept a new configuration as a match. The HF may encode any combination of sensory inputs.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 1989;0(03):-
Objective: To investigate the predictors of subjective well-being (SWB) in older adults. Methods: 236 old people in Beijing were assessed on 7 potential predictors chosen from 2 taxonomies of resources-internal vs. external and physical vs. psychological. Results: There was no relationship between age and SWB. Perceived social support, health status and general self-efficacy correlated significantly with subjective well-being(?=0.27,0.19,0.15); perceived social support, health status and general self-efficacy have direct impact on subjective well-being, perceived social support and health status have secondary impact on subjective well-being through the factor general self-efficacy as well. Conclusions:The external factors can influent the SWB both directly and indirectly.
