Objective:To preliminarily discuss the career management of hospital pharmacists from the perspectives of human re-source management and psychology to provide reference for the human resource management of pharmacy department. Methods: The current situation of career management of hospital pharmacists was analyzed based on the theory of Zone of Proximal Development in de-velopmental psychology, and some concepts and measures for the career management of hospital pharmacists were proposed. Results:The managers of pharmacy department must set up dynamic developing view of their employees, establish individualized management concept, transform their role in human resource management and promote the capability of career management. Measures, such as work shift and determined posts, career guidance, potential discovery, opening up promotion ways and self-management of personal career, could be adopted to develop a scientific and effective system of career management. Conclusion:It is suggested that modern manage-ment theories be utilized in the career management of hospital pharmacists, which may help achieve the joint development of department and individuals.

Objective To estimate the marginal value of the chemical oxygen demand (COD) in drinking water by evaluation of uncertainty. Methods According to Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement (JJF1059-1999), analysis of measure uncertainty of the chemical oxygen demand determined by acidic potassium permanganate titrate prescribed in Sanitary Standards for Drinking Water (2001) was conducted. Results The type A relative standard uncertainty was 0.584%, type B was 0.781%, in which the sub-item uncertainty led by using 25 ml burette was 0.708%, the water sample volume was 0.056%, the adjusted potassium permanganate standard solution was 0.325%; the relative combined standard uncertainty was 0.975%, the expanded uncertainty was 1.95%. Conclusion According to the result of the uncertainty (3.08?0.06) mg/L, COD in the polluted sample exceeds the limit, the use of 25 ml burette produced the most contribution to the uncertainty.

Objective To investigate the effect of HP1γ on the development of ovarian cancer. Methods RT-qPCR was used to deteched the level of HP1γin ovarian cancer samples. The proliferation of A2780 and SKOV3 cell line was detected by CCK8 assay. RNAi was used to knock down the expression of HP1γ mRNA. Results The level of HP1γwas higher in ovarian cancer than that in the normal tissue. Mir-30b may inhibit the proliferation of ovarian cancer cell. Conclusion HP1γpromotes the proliferation and progress of ovarian cancer cells.

Objective To set up the quality standard of Shenbai concentrated pills. Methods Radix Astragali, Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Rhizoma Imperatea in Shenbai concentrated pills were identified with the method of TLC. The concentration of salvianolic acid B was determined with the method of HPLC. Results For TLC, the chromatogram spots of Radix Astragali, Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Rhizoma Imperatea were well separated and without interference in their negative controls. Quantitative analysis of HPLC showed that the average recovery of salvianolic acid B was 99.74% (RSD=2.08%) with the RSD of precision, reproducibility and stability was 1.74%, 1.19% and 1.70%, respectively. Conclusions The methods set up by this study are easy, accurate and stable, and can be used as the quality control standard of Shenbai concentrated pills.

Methods Male Wistar rats were divided into two groups:basic chow(NC,n=15)or high-fat diet(HF,n=20)for 10 weeks feeding, then assessed by euglycemic-hyperinsulinemia clamp technique. Rats in HF group were treated with(HFS,n=5)and without (HFN,n=5) SV 10mgkg-1d-1 in gavage for 5 weeks.NF-kappa B p65 expressions were tested with Western blot. OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for improving pharmaceutical care in the hospital. METHODS:A total of 712 clinical pharmacists were selected from 38 third grade class A hospitals in 17 provinces and cities by convenient sampling to investi-gate the ability of pharmacectical care and influantial factors. Single and multiple factor Logistic regression analysis were conducted for the results. RESULTS:The single factor analysis showed that there was significant difference in the communication between clinical pharmacists and patients or medical staffs,the listening attitude of the patients,attitude towards job prospects,understand-ing about the connotation of clinical pharmacy,the timeliness of drug supply,smoothness degree of channel,the timeliness of coordi-nation,smooth development of pharmaceutical care(P<0.05). The multiple factor analysis showed that due to good communication with the doctor [OR=1.819,95%CI(1.469,2.253)],pharmacists could understand definition and connotation of pharmaceutical care [OR=2.263,95%CI(1.722,2.973)],and the male pharmacists [OR=0.558,95%CI(0.382,0.813)] with positive attitude to the pharmacists [OR=1.506,95%CI(1.309,1.733)] believed to provide good pharmaceutical care. CONCLUSIONS:This investigation can reflect the present situation of hospital pharmaceutical service in China to a certain extent. It is suggested to improve pharmaceuti-cal care ability of pharmacists through strengthening resource disposition and the cooperation between physicians and pharmacist.

AIM: To understand the epidemiology and related factors of strabismic amblyopia of students of primary school, and to provide guidances for the prevention and control strategy.
METHODS: A total of 600 cases of primary school students of Leshan City, Jiajiang County were given vision, oblique incidence and ocular and other screening. The prevalence rate of poor eyesight of strabismus, amblyopia prevalence rate of different sexes, ages were compared, and the degree of amblyopia and strabismus of children with different types of amblyopia and whether or not had stereoscopic vision were counted.
RESULTS: The prevalence rate of amblyopia and strabismus prevalence rate were respectively 4. 0% and 2.5%;With the growth of all age, low vision of students was significantly decreased, the difference of comparison of low vision rate of each age had statistical significance (P<0. 05), but different ages, strabismus prevalence of different sexes, amblyopia prevalence were compared, the difference had no significant differences ( P>0. 05 );Ametropic amblyopia was the main type, accounting for 55. 6%, and the degree of amblyopia mainly was light, moderate; ametropic amblyopia, most of ametropic amblyopia and strabismus had stereo vision, but there were no stereopsis of most of the strabismic amblyopia and all esotropia.
CONCLUSION:Ametropic is mainly type of amblyopia, the prevalence of relationship between the incidence of strabismic amblyopia of primary school students and sexes is not obvious, but the oblique amblyopia treatment effect, such as the establishment of stereoscopic vision and the age, eye position has a close relationship, should be early discovered, early treatment.

Objective To explore the reasons of gynecological infections acute abdomen misdiagnosed as acute suppurative appendicitis and put forward methods to reduce the misdiagnosis.Methods To review and analyze the clinical data of 12 patients with gynecological infectious who had been misdiagnosed as acute suppurative appendicitis.Results The acute pyogenic pelvic inflammatory disease in 6 cases,right salpingitis and empyema in 3 cases,ovarian cysts in 3 cases.Conclusion The lack of clinical experience and examination,omissions and misleading relevant gynecological history,over-reliance on secondary inspections,and lack of consultation are the main reasons of gynecological infectious diseases misdiagnosis.
