Modern fully automatic biochemical analyzer makes enzyme measurement accurate, specific and practical, but alarm failure happens sometimes and thus determinate error appears. To find out the inducement to alarm failure, Olympus AU2700 and ADVIA 1650 fully automatic biochemical analyzer are used to measure the serum liver enzyme from 450 cases of post-liver-transplantation patients.

Abstract: Objective　To investigate the frequency of peripheral blood T cells among patients positive for both hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg) and surface antibody (HBsAb). Methods　 Thirty six patients with co-existence of HBsAg and HBsAb diagnosed were enrolled as the experimental group, who were admitted by Shanghai tenth people's hospital and Wuxi 9th people's hospital from 2014 to 2020. while 40 patients tested positive for HBsAg and negative for HBsAb served as controls, who were admitted by Wuxi 9th people's hospital. Flow cytometry was used to detect and compare the proportions of peripheral blood CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+ T cells between the experimental and control groups. In addition, the associations of serum HBsAb level with peripheral blood T cell proportions, serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels were examined among chronic hepatitis B patients with co-existence of HBsAg and HBsAb using Pearson correlation analysis. Results　The median age, gender distribution, mean ALT and AST concentrations, proportion of HBV DNA viral load>103 copies/mL, seroprevalence of HBV E antigen (HBeAg), seroprevalence of HBV E antibody (HBeAb), seroprevalence of HBV core antibody (HBcAb) were comparable between the experimental and control groups, and there were no significant difference in them (P>0.05). There were no significant difference between the experimental and control groups in terms of CD3+ T cell proportion [(71.83±1.50)% vs (72.75±1.47)%; t=0.66, P>0.05], CD4+ T cell proportion [(36.81±1.53)% vs (39.88±1.57)%; t=1.43, P>0.05] and CD8+ T cell proportion [(33.17±2.04)% vs (32.40±1.75)%; t=0.77, P>0.05]. Pearson correlation analysis revealed that the serum HBsAb level did not significantly correlate with peripheral blood CD3+ (r=0.026, P=0.65), CD4+ (r=‒0.08, P=0.16) and CD8+ T cell proportions (r=0.09, P=0.24), CD4+/CD8+ T proportion (r=‒0.005, P=0.35), serum ALT (r=0.04, P=0.56) and AST levels (r=0.002, P=0.69) among chronic hepatitis B patients with co-existence of HBsAg and HBsAb. Conclusions　There are no significant differences between HBsAg+/HBsAb+ and HBsAg+/HBsAb- CHB patients in terms of peripheral blood CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+ T cell proportions.

Objective:To investigate the eating disorder and mood among students of a female university in Beijing.Methods:352 female students from a same-sex college in Beijing,between the age of 17-25 years were in- vestigated by Eating Disorder Inventory(EDI)and Profile of Mood States-Short Form(POMS-SF).Their weight and height were also collected for calculating for their body mass index(BMI).Results:Female university students showed serious tendency of eating disorder.The negative attitudes to body and body satisfaction were serious among normal BMI female university students.The behaviors and attitudes to eating disorders among the students of fresh-woman and senior were significantly higher than other grades(x~2=17.94,P

Objective To study the curative effect and mechanism of moxibustion on heat-sensitive acupoints combined with Erwei Badu Powder in the treatment of elderly herpes zoster (HZ) with type of stagnant heat of liver channel. Methods Sixty-five patients with HZ were randomly divided into treatment group (35 cases) and control group (30 cases). Two groups were orally given Longdan Xiegan Decoction and aciclovir conventionally, the treatment group was given moxibustion additionally on heat-sensitive acupoints combined with Erwei Badu Powder, and the control group was only given external application of Erwei Badu Powder for 10 days. The symptom scores, levels of T lymphocyte subsets and serum interleukin-2 (IL-2) were observed before and after treatment, the curative effect was evaluated, and PHN was followed up. Results The effective rate was 85.71%(30/35) in the treatment group and 66.67%(20/30) in the control group. The curative effect of treatment group surpassed the control group (P<0.05). Incidence of PHN was lower (P<0.01). The levels of CD4, CD4/CD8, and IL-2 increased and the level of CD8 decreased significantly in two groups compared with those before treatment (P<0.05). All indexes were better in the treatment group than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of moxibustion on heat-sensitive acupoints combined with Erwei Badu Powder in treatment of elderly HZ is better than that of Erwei Badu Powder only, particularly in reducing the occurrence of PHN, improving neuralgia and insomnia. The mechanism may be related to increasing levels of CD4, CD4/CD8 and IL-2, and improvement of body’s cell-mediated immunity.

Objective To observe and assess the effect about bundles of cure Rule of three three in the treatment for residual stones after Flexible Ureteroscope.Methods 120 patients with a single stone after urinary lithotripsy were divided into two groups according to the different indwelling time.Two cases of the control group were rejected because of severe hematuria.The control group (n=58) was subjected to the regular education (drinking water 3 000 ml per day with moderate exercise);The experiment group (n=60) was subjected to the Rule of three three (drinking 3 cups of water in thc morning、midday and night,with contralateral position 30 minutes,hot towel applying and gently tapping the kidney region 30 minutes).Results The calculi discharge rate and the net rate of experiment group [86.67％ (52/60),55.00％ (33/60)] were higher than the control group [53.45％(32/58),18.97％(11/58)] 14 days after surgery.The difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.01).Further analysis showed that the discharge rate of residual stones in lower renal calyx in experiment group [86.67％(26/30)] was higher than the control group [32.14％(9/28)].The difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions The bundles of cure called rule of three three can improve the discharge rate of residual calculi after flexible ureteroscope and increase the discharge rate of residual stones in lower renal calyx significantly.

Objective To evaluate retroperitoneal laparoscopic Anderson-Hynes pyeloplasty. Methods 6 patients underwent laparoscopic and 10 patients underwent open Anderson-Hynes pyeloplasty.The clinic outcome including subjective and objective findings was compared between the two groups. Results All the procedures were successfully completed.The mean operating time was 279 minutes for laparoscopic pyeloplasty being much longer than the open procedure 121 minutes(P0.05).No severe postoperative complications were found.3 months after the procedure,the pain-free rate was about the same between the two groups.However the open surgery group had much pain and prolonged convalescence due to the flank incision. Conclusions Laparoscopic pyeloplasty is a minimally invasive technique that provides similar clinical and radiographic results as open pyeloplasty.

OBJECTIVE:To prepare oxymatrine pellets and study the pellets' properties.METHODS:Oxymatrine pellets were prepared using an experimental low-temperature extrusion-spheronization granulator.L9(34)orthogonal design was used to obtain optimal formulation.The micromeritic properties and in vitro dissolution of the pellets at different dosage were determined.RESULTS:Oxymatrine pellets prepared by extrusion-spheronization were round and smooth and well-distributed.The optimal technical conditions were as follows:water∶MCC=0.90∶1;spheronization velocity=35 Hz;spheroniza-tion time=5 min;extrusion velocity=40 Hz.The in vitro dissolution was more than 75% within 30 minutes.CONCLUSION:The process of preparing pellets by extrusion-spheronization was simple and feasible and the quality of pellets was excellent.

To evaluate CT in the diagnosis of tuber culosis of the brain． CT findings in 95 cases with tuberculosis of t he bran confirmed clinically were analyzed retrospectively． Results: The CT detectability fate was 80%． The direct CT si ngs included exudation in basal system, meningitis, enhancement and intracranial tuberculosi s． The indirect signs had hydrocephalus infarction, atrophy calcification, periventricular hypo densith and subdural fluid accumulation etc． The most usual appearance was hydrocephalus． Conclusions: (1) It was helpful to diagnose when very two kinds of direct sings or a kind of dir ect sings and more than two kinds of indirect sings appeared． (2)The plain and contrast canning s hould be routinely used in tuberculosis of the brain．
