International Eye Science 2016;16(8):1522-1524
?AIM: To compare postoperative anti -inflammation effect and safety between bromfenac sodium eye drops and pranoprofen eye drops in patients after laser epithelial keratomileusis ( LASEK) .? METHODS: In the prospective, randomized and controlled study, 100 patients ( 200 eyes ) undergoing LASEK were randomized into the bromfenac sodium group (100 eyes) and control group (100 eyes).Patients in bromfenac sodium group received bromfenac sodium hydrate ophthalmic solution eye drops twice a day in 3d before surgery and 2wk after surgery, while the patients from the control group were given proanoprofen eye drops 4 times a day in the same period. At 1, 3, 5d, 1 and 3mo after surgery, irritative symptoms grade, duration of irritation, time for corneal epithelial healing, cornel haze, uncorrected visual acuity and intraocular pressure ( IOP ) were observed and compared between the two groups. Quantitative data were analyzed using independent samples t-test and ranked data were statistically analyzed using the Mann-Whiteney rank sun test.?RESULTS:There was no significant difference between two groups in irritative symptoms grade ( P =0.317 ), neither was existed between two groups in uncorrected visual acuity after surgery (P>0.05).There was no statistical significance in the time for corneal epithelial healing between two groups (P=0.551).?CONCLUSION: Bromfenac sodium eye drops ( 1g/L ) can achieve the same therapeutic effect as pranoprofen eye drops after LASEK.

International Eye Science 2015;(4):681-683
AIM: To investigate the preoperative binocular visual function of intermittent exotropia and the rebuilding and recovery of the postoperative binocular visual function, and analyze the effect of binocular visual function on orthophoria after surgery.
METHODS:From January 2011 to January 2014, 47 basic intermittent exotropia patients caming for treatment were collected in the clinical data. The changes in their near stereopsis, binocular visual function, binocular fusion and distance stereopsis after operations were recorded in the form of data. The preoperative binocular vision and the postoperative rebuilding were analyzed and contrasted with each other. In addition, the effect on the postoperative maintaining of orthophoria due to the existence, recovery and rebuilding of binocular visual function were observed.
RESULTS:Intermittent exotropia patients got damage in different levels on their binocular visual functions, especially on distance stereopsis, which was the heaviest and earliest. After the operation, all functions were obviously recovered and reconstructed and the improvements were statistically significant compared against those before the operation (P<0. 01). Patients having binocular visual function or part of it before the operation had a higher ratio of orthophoria compared against the patients who had lost binocular visual function before the operation and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 01). The recovery and reconstruction of the postoperative binocular visual function played an important role in maintaining the orthophoria.
CONCLUSION: The intermittent exotropia cause damage to the stereopsis which happened the earliest. Obvious recovery and reconstruction of binocular visual function can be observed after the surgery. A relatively good preoperative binocular visual function may lead to the increase in the ratio of orthophoria or cure the intermittent exotropia. Performing an operation when distance stereopsis is damaged can increase the success rate for the surgery and reduce the recurrence rate.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2014;49(3):285-292
Inosine 5'-monophosphate dehydrogenase (IMPDH) is a key enzyme of de novo GMP biosynthesis. The expression and activity of IMPDH can be affected by diseases and physiological process. It is the drug target for anticancer, antiviral, antimicrobial and immunosuppressive therapeutics. Not only catalytic action but the other biological functions of IMPDH also play an important role in diseases. The basic functions, mechanism of catalysis, classification of inhibitors, biological functions and the latest advances to IMPDH will be illustrated in this review. It is expected to be helpful to the discovery of new inhibitors and biological functions of IMPDH.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2012;35(6):18-19
Objective To observe the clinical effect of nasal douche washing and nasal cleaning under the endoscope treatment for sinusitis after nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy. Methods Thirtyeighty cases of sinusitis after nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy was treated by nasal douche washing and nasal cleaning under the endoscope. The course of treatment were for 6 months. The clinical effect were evaluated with the chronic sinusitis visual analogue scale(VAS)and Lund-Mackey nasal sinuses CT image mark system before and after treatment. Results After treatment for 6 months, the VAS scores and LundMackey nasal sinuses CT image mark system scores significantly decreased compared with before treatment [(8.21 ± 1.57)scores vs.(3.01 ± 1.16)scores,(7.37 ± 1.44)scores vs.(3.23 ± 1.07)scores](P < 0.05).Conclusions The nasal douche washing and nasal cleaning under the endoscope treatment for sinusitis after nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy has positive clinical effect, which is a better treatment method.

Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2016;34(10):737-739
Objectives To analyze the clinical features and outcome of typhoid fever complicated with hemophagocytic syndrome (Ty-AHS) in children. Methods The clinical data from one case of Ty-AHS was retrospectively analyzed, and related articles were reviewed. Results A 4-year-old boy suffered from persistent diarrhea, alternating high and low temperature, apathia, hepatosplenomegaly, manifestation of acute peritonitis, and pyoperitoneum. Routine blood examination showed that eosinophil was 0, and hemoglobin and platelet were obviously decreased; CRP and procalcitonin were obviously increased;plasma ifbrinogen was dropped to 0.8 g/L; lactate dehydrogenase was elevated to 3835 U/L; Serum ferritin was 1884 ng/mL;triglyceride was 2.42 mmol/L; EBV-DNA titer was 2.81×104 copies/mL; Blood culture showed salmonella enterica serotype IIIb. Abdominal ultrasonography showed enlargement of mesenteric lymph node and middle volume of pyoperitoneum. Chest X-ray showed pneumonia. Lymphocyte analysis showed that the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ was decreased; CD3-CD16+56+ cell and CD19+ cell were all decreased. Bone marrow cytomorphologic examination revealed that bone marrow hyperplasia was active, there were no obvious abnormalities in granulocyte, macrophage and macrophage and there were a lot of tissue cells and white blood cells. After two weeks of strengthened anti-infection and dexamethasone treatment, the symptoms in patients were disappeared, and signs and laboratory tests gradually returned to normal. Conclusions Ty-AHS is a rare complication in children with acute onset and rapid progression, and combination of antibiotics and hormone therapy is effective.

Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2010;19(8):741-742
Objective To investigate the personality characteristics of the drivers in the Armed Police Force ( CAPF), as well as construct a personality traits model for drivers and evaluation criteria. Methods Adopting Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire(16PF) to collect data from 1187 CAPF drivers in Beijing,Sichuan,Inner Mongolia and Yunnan. Results The paper concludes that career personality traits of CAPF drivers are made up of 4 factors: stability and self-control, self-motivation and cooperation, fantasy and openness, intelligence and candor, which explain 50.13% of the total variance. Conclusion The four factors basically construct the personality trait model of CAPF drivers. They could also be of great significance in recruiting, training and evaluating drivers.
