Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(07):-
Intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) is found in surface of cells in various tissues, which is a adhesion molecule with wide range of biological activity and plays an important role in inflammatory and immune response, signal transduction, tissue repair and many other physiological and pathological processes. In this paper,ICAM-1 expression and regulation in the body,as well as some actions in the pathogenesis of central nervous system diseases are reviewed.
3.Methods for the study of drug transporters.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2014;49(7):963-970
As a functional membrane protein, drug transporters play an important role in the absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion of drugs. The functional omission or inhibition of drug transporters is believed to be involved in the drug-drug interaction and pathogenesis of certain diseases. Understanding the function of drug transporters is highly significant in terms of pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and toxicity of drugs. This article summarized the methods for the study of drug transporters in vitro and in vivo.

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of metabolic syndrome (MS ) among adults in Wanzhou District of Chongqing City in order to provide reference for carrying out the prevention and treatment of MS in this re‐gion .Methods The multi‐stage random sampling method was adopted to perform the questionnaire survey ,body measurements and laboratory detection in the adult residents aged 18 years old and over extracted from 26 villages ,towns and urban streets .The MS prevalence rate was calculated and MS component distribution situation was analyzed .Results A total of 2 587 people were effec‐tively surveyed .The MS total prevalence rate was 13 .8% ,which was risen along with the age increase .The prevalence rates of ab‐dominal obesity ,hypertriglyceridemia ,low HDL‐C level ,hypertension and hyperglycemia were 16 .5% ,23 .5% ,23 .3% ,35 .5% and 27 .2% respectively .The proportions of people possessing at least 1 ,2 ,3 ,4 components and 5 components of MS were 71 .6% , 36 .2% ,13 .8% ,3 .9% and 0 .5% respectively .Conclusion The prevalence rate of MS reaches a certain level in this region ,it is necessary to carry out the health education of MS ,change the adverse lifestyle ,control the corresponding factors ,which could reduce the MS risk and promotes its reversion .

Objective Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness, with high morbidity rates and great social impairment.Increasingly studies show the abnormalities of brain networks. We summarized the results of resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging study of depression, and demonstrated the neural loops mechanism from neuroimaing perspective. Methods The key words depression, resting state and network were searched in PubMed,CNKI and Wan Fang databases from January 2000 to December 2014.The nodes of depression related network and the alterations of cortex resting-state networks were summarized. Results 24 studies focusing on resting state network of depression were identified.40 studies based on ROI (region of interest) analysis, which included amygdala, frontal lobe, pregenual anterior cingulate cortex and cerebellum. The functional connectivity of ROIs were calculated and compared between groups.8 studies based on ICA (independent component analysis),the resting state networks were extracted and compared between groups. Two based on graph theory, the functional connectivity of whole brain were analyzed and compared. Conclusion There are abnormalities of functional connectivity among limbic system-thalamus-frontal cortex, and the changes of functional connectivity were associated with clinical symptom and drug efficacy of depression.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2002;0(05):-
The QUOROM statement means a set of quality standards of Meta analysis report. It comprises a checklist and a flowchart for reporting a Meta analysis. They are primarily used in writing, reviewing or evaluating reports of Meta analysis for simple two group, parallel RCTs. The statement is a continually evolving document. A few international medical journals have endorsed the QUOROM statement and require authors submitting manuscripts for publication to include all the information on the checklist and flowchart of QUOROM statement. Based on introducing the background, processes of forming QUOROM statement and reviewing the contents and requirements of QUOROM, we prepare this paper, hoping to improve the quality of Meta analysis report for randomized controlled clinical trials in our country. Some comments and suggestions are given at the same time.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(10):-
Objective To study the value of transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) in interventional treatment of congenital heart diseases. Methods TTE was used to identify patients with atrial septal defect (ASD, n=26), ventricular septal defect (VSD, n=23) or ductus arteriosus (PDA, n=16). They received interventional treatment with domestic made nitinol occluder. The TTE was then used to monitor the entire process of the surgery and to assess the effect of the surgery. Results The treatment with indigenous nitinol occluder failed in five patients, including two with ASD, two with VSD, and one with PDA. The other sixty-one patients were freated successfully with the occluder. Once the procedure was completed, those patients were found to have neither abnormal valvular regurgination as shown by TTE, nor any shunt flow around the occluder as shown by both TTE and angiocardiography. One month later, TTE demonstrated that the position of all the occluclers remained stable, and no residual leakage or shunt was detected by TTE in all of the sixty-one patients, and the same results were obtained after three months. However, two days after the surgery, ECG showed that three of the patients with VSD suffered from different degrees of atrioventricular block on the second postoperative day, but they eventually recovered after treatment. The successful rate of the procedure was 93.8% (61/65). Conclusions Transthoracic echocardiography may play an important role at three stages (pre-, during- and after), i.e. to select the most suitable patients before the procedure, accurately identify the location, and release of the occluder at the end of the operation; and finally, it serves as a promising method to evaluate the treatment result in patients during their follow-up period.

Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(03):-
Objective:To discuss CTL response to the hepatitis B viral nucleic acid vaccine in mice. Methods:The recombinant plasmid containing HBV S gene was directly injected intramusculary into BALB/C mice.HBsAb in sera was checked with ELISA.The recombinant plasmid was transfected P815 cells by liposome and screened by G418.Splenocytes were isolated for investigating specific CTL response. Results:HBsAb in sera of mice was tested after pcDHBs injection.HBsAg was detected in culture medium of the transfected P815 cells. Compared mice injected with pcDNA3.1,the specific CTL cytotoxity activity of mice immunized with pcDHBs was significantly enhanced. Conclusion:HBV nucleic acid vaccine could stimulate humoral immunity and CTL response of the mice.
