1.Cost management and its practice in project development of hospital information system
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2016;32(4):284-287
Development projects of hospital information system is cited as an example,to probe into the technology and methods for cost management in such a system. These methods include total and accurate cost budgeting using the bottom-up method, and cost control using reasonably the earned value management technology.Such methods help locate problems in time and correct them when necessary, thus keeping actual costs of the stages of a project within budget, and the project completion as scheduled with quality assurance.
2.Advances in the experimental and clinical research of pemetrexed
China Oncology 1998;0(01):-
Pemetrexed is a multitargeted anti-metabolite.Pemetrexed has been approved as first-line treatment in malignant pleural mesothelioma(MPM)and second-line treatment in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).A lot of experimental and clinical trials on pemetrexed have been conducted for the treatment of several kinds of cancer now. This paper summarizes the current developments in experimental and clinical research.
3.Change of retrobulbar artery hemodynamics and bulbar conjunctival microcirculation indexes of patients with optic atrophy
International Eye Science 2015;(7):1217-1219
AlM:To study and observe the change of retrobulbar artery hemodynamics and bulbar conjunctival microcirculation indexes of patients with optic atrophy.METHODS: Seventy patients with optic atrophy in our hospital from April 2013 to October 2014 were selected as observation group, 70 healthy persons with the same age at the same time were the control group. Retrobulbar artery hemodynamics and bulbar conjunctival microcirculation indexes of two groups were compared, those detection indexes of observation group with different types and severity degree were compared too.RESULTS: The retrobulbar artery hemodynamics and bulbar conjunctival microcirculation indexes of observation group were all worse than those of control group, and the detection results of observation group with severe optic atrophy were worse than those of patients with mild and moderate optic atrophy, and the detection results of patients with moderate optic atrophy were all worse than those of patients with mild optic atrophy ( all P < 0. 05 ), there were all significant differences, while the detection results of patients with different types of optic atrophy had no significant differences (all P>0. 05). CONCLUSlON: The change of retrobulbar artery hemodynamics and bulbar conjunctival microcirculation indexes of patients with optic atrophy are great, and the influence of the disease severity degree for the detection results are great.
4.Introduction and reflection on the current status of objectification of Chinese pulse ;diagnosis
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2016;38(10):869-871
This article classified and compared the latest researches on the objectification of pulse diagnosis based on its theory and purpose. It introduced the significance of objectification of pulse diagnosis, which also revealed the reason that hindered its development and applications in practice. The paper has an overview of its current status and some personal reflection on this issue.
5.Role of Clinical Engineers in Quality Control of Respirator
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(01):-
Respirator is one of medical equipment in the first-aid, the clinical risk of it is much higher than the general medical equipment and diagnostic or patient monitor equipment. As a result, the quality control of it is particularly important. Several issues of the quality control of the respirator, such as the pre -purchase technical feasibility study, acceptance and installation after arrival, respirator use and management, respirator-reported loss demonstration and cost- benefit analysis of it are discussed from the angle of clinical engineers and technical personnel.

8.Genetic analysis of a female child family with suspected X-linked recessive genetic disease
China Tropical Medicine 2023;23(2):210-
Objective Genetic analysis was performed on a female child with chromosome Xq28 heterozygous deletion and suspected X-linked recessive disease to determine the morbidity and prognosis. Methods A female child was admitted to the hospital on day 20 because of "jaundice for 20 days and difficulty in stopping bleeding at acupuncture sites". Low depth whole genome test of amniocentesis in late pregnancy suggested missing copy number of hemophilia A and X-linked mental retardation type 72. In order to further confirm the diagnosis and prognosis, peripheral blood of the children and their parents were collected for gene testing, chromosome inactivation test and genetic analysis. Results Chromosome Xq28 of the child had 439.4 kb copy number heterozygous deletion variation, which was a clear disease-coding gene for functional loss included in ClinGen database. Chromosome inactivation test showed that the paternal X chromosome of the child was extremely inactivated. Haplotype analysis suggested that the normal chromosome of the subject was inherited from the mother, and there was heterozygous deletion on the paternal X chromosome, so it was inferred that the child will not develop disease or just have mild symptoms. Conclusion It is necessary to analyze the X chromosome inactivation test for female patients with the pathogenic variation of X-linked recessive genetic disease to determine the possibility of the disease.
9. Inhibitory effects of attenuated Salmonella typhimurium-mediated TRAIL and VP3 gene against gastric cancer cells
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;29(11):1284-1287
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of eukaryotic expression vector (attenuated salmonella typhimurium) carrying tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis inducing ligand (TRAIL) and Chicken anemia virus VP3 gene on gastric cancer cells in vitro and in vivo. Methods: The cloning vectors pBud-TRAIL, pBud-VP3, and pBud-TRAIL-VP3 were transformed into attenuated Salmonella typhimurium by electric transformation technique. The S. typhimurium-based carriers were then transfected into gastric cancer cells, line SGC-7901 after stability assay. The expression of fusion green fluorescent protein was examined using fluorescent microscopy after 24 h. MTT assay was used to examine the inhibition of cell growth. Flow cytometry was used to detect cycle distribution and apoptosis rates of cells. The expression of caspase-3 and caspase-9 was assayed by immunohistochemistry method. Salmonella typhimurium carrying recombinant plasmid was administrated orally in sarcoma-bearing mice; 8 weeks later RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of cloning vectors in tumor tissue. Meanwhile, the sizes of tumors were also determined. Results: The recombinant plasmids were stably transformed into attenuated Salmonella typhimurium, and the plasmids was satisfactorily expressed in gastric cancer cells via attenuated Salmonella typhimurium. TRAIL and VP3 inhibited the proliferation of gastric cancer cells after 48 h. Flow cytometry analysis showed that the pBud-TRAIL-VP3 obviously enhanced apoptosis rates of gastric cancer cells. TRAIL and VP3 jointly increased the expression of caspase-3 and caspase-9. In vivo study showed that TRAIL and VP3 genes were expressed in tumor tissue and could inhibit the tumor growth(P<0.05). Conclusion: Attenuated Salmonella typhimurium-mediated TRAIL and VP3 transfection of gastric cancer cells can inhibit cell growth in vitro and in vivo. The joint effect of TRAIL and VP3 is correlated with the increase of caspase-3 and caspase-9 expression.
