Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(09):-
Objective To accesse the psychological situation of Gastroscopiers. Methods Questional investigation face to face had been done to some gastroscopiers by using SCL-90 chart and the results were comapred to the common model. Results There were no obviously diaappiontment between the results of the gastroscopiers’and the common model. In total fraction , total average fraction and all kinds of elements which proved the normal psychological health of these people. That was to say that it’s not the gastroscopyical check who has caused the supper stimulaion or substaintial passive emotion although more bitterness. Conclutions The psychological situation of Gastroscopiers is basical normal.

4.Experiences of teaching for seven-year program medical students of pediatrics major
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2013;(1):17-19
Pediatric knowledge was not fully learned by seven-year program medical students of pediatrics major in first five years,so two years of postgraduate was the key period for culturing their pediatric specialty.Students of seven-year program were characterized by strong theoretical knowledge but poor pediatric clinic knowledge, therefore, pediatric clinic teaching should emphasize on basic knowledge and skills, avoid dwelling on specific details at early stage, pay attention to their communicative ability with children and their relatives, combine theory with clinic practice and teach from surface to point.Meanwhile,we aimed at changing them into pediatric doctor through cultivating their clinic skills and scientific research ability.

Chinese Journal of Endemiology 2008;27(5):558-560
Objective To analyze experimentally the compressive strength of veneers on mottled teeth after Dul8e Nd:YAG laser irradiation. Methods Sixty motded teeth were extracted, including thirty maxdlary central incisors and thirty maxillary lateral incisors and each were divided equally into two groups randomly(experimental groups and control groups). The former were irradiated by pulse Nd:YAG lafer and then etched by 37%phosphorus acid. The latter only etched by 37%phosphorus acid. All the teeth were restored by composite resin veneers and tested with Instron 4505 electronic testing machine. The average collapse loads of the veneers of incisors were tested. The maximal compressive loads of the samples were obtained, then the experimental results were analyzed. Results The average collapse loads of central incisors of test groups and control groups were(0.342±0.053),(0.289±0.041) kN respectively, with a signiticant difference(t=3.16,P<0.05).The average collapse loads of lateral incisors of test groups and control groups were(0.321±0.041),(0.208 ±0.032)kN respectively. There was a significant difference when they were compared(t=7.66,P<0.05).Conclusions The compressive strength of the veneers incneases significandv when the mottled teeth are irradiated by pulse Nd:YAG laser. This method is worthy of recommending.
7.Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantion for repair of airway injury in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(45):7325-7330
BACKGROUND:Mesenchymal stem cels can differentiate into lung parenchymal cels involved in lung injury repair, providing a new approach for the application of mesenchymal stem cels in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel transplantation on the repair of airway injury in rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. METHODS:Twenty-four female rats were randomized into four groups: bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel transplantation group (cel transplantation group,n=12); bone marrow mesenchymal stem cels group (cel control group,n=4); model group (n=4); healthy control group (n=4). Rat models of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were established in the cel transplantation group and model group using fumigation+lipopolysaccharide method; and at 1 day after modeling, model rats were given 1 mL CM-Dil-labeled bone marrow mesenchymal stem cels and 1 mL PBSvia the tail vein in these two groups, respectively. In addition to tracheal injection of normal saline (300 μL) at 1 and 14 days, rats in the cel control and healthy control groups were given 1 mL CM-Dil-labeled bone marrow mesenchymal stem cels and 1 mL PBSvia the tail vein, respectively. At 1, 7, 15 and 30 days after cel transplantation, lung tissue and serum markers of al rats were detected. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1) Hematoxylin-eosin staining showed that emphysema and airway injury was milder in the cel transplantation group than the model group, but severer than the cel control and healthy control groups. (2) The total number of leukocytes and neutrophils in the peripheral blood was higher in the cel transplantation group than the cel control and healthy control groups (P < 0.05); with time, the total number of leukocytes and neutrophils was decreased gradualy. (3) Compared with the cel control and healthy control groups, the interleukin-10 level in the peripheral blood was lower and the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor were higher at 1 day after cel transplantation (P < 0.05). With time, in the cel transplantation group, the interleukin-10 level was increased gradualy, the level of tumor necrosis factor-α was decreased gradualy, and the level of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor was increased first and then decreased, which was highest at 7 days after cel transplantation. (4) Partial CM-Dil-positive cels were positive for CC16. Taken together, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel transplantationvia the tail vein can improve lung injury of rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and it is involved in the repair of airway injury through differentiation into epithelial cels and immune regulation.
8.THE EFFECTS OF LENTINAN ON THE PROLIFERATIVE RESPONSE OF MOUSE SPLEEN LYMPHOCYTES IN VITRO
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(05):-
Lentinan could enhance the proliferative response of the mouse spleen lymphocytes to FHA, LPS ( Lipopolysaccharides ) and MLR ( Mixed Lymphocyte Reaction ) in vitro in a concentration-dependent manner. At the concentration of 25M-g/ml, it had the most prominent effects and the enhancing rates were 42.1%, 24.1% and 27.1% respectively. At much higher or lower concentrations, however, it had almost no effects. But lentinan at 25H-g/ml could inhibit the prolifera-tire response to Con A ( Concanavalin A ) and the inhibitory action increased with the increase in the concentration. At the concentration of 200 p-g/ml, the inhibition rate was 52.2%.
9.INHIBITION OF MITOGEN-INDUCED LYMPHOCYTE PROLI-FERATION BY BIMOLANE
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(05):-
It has been reported that bimolane can inhibit either humoral or cell-mediated immunological responses in vivo in mice & the inhibition of humoral immunity (by bimolane) is stronger than that of cellular immunity. Author investigated the influence of bimolane on the mitogen-induced mouse lymphocyte proliferation. Bimolane inhibited the lymphocyte proliferation induced by Con A(concana-valin A), PHA ( phy tohemagglutinin ) or LPS(lipopoiysaccharide) . Bimolane dose-dependently inhibited LPS-induced lymphocyte proliferation with remarkable inhibition at 1.56 mg/L bimolane. The inhibition of Con A-induced or PHA-induced lymphocyte proliferation by bimolane, however, began to appear at above 6.25 mg/L bimolane. The bimolane-mediated inhibition of the proliferation of the lymphocytes was not due to a nonspecific toxicity, because the preincubation of spleen cells with 25 mg/L bimolane for 24h did not make the cells died tested by trypanblau exclusion method. The data suggest that B lymphocytes are more sensitive to the bimolane-mediated inhibition than T lymphocytes.
