Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2005;0(10):-
12 gestational-week uterus) were treated in our hospital by LAVH. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, and postoperative recovery of the patients were compared to another 110 cases that underwent TAH. Results The operation time in the TAH group was significantly shorter than that in the LAVH group [(109?27) min vs (130?22) min,t=-6.441,P=0.000]. During the operation, the LAVH group had a mean of (121?70) ml blood loss, which was significantly lower than that in the TAH group [(141?73) ml,t=-0.903,P=0.368]. After the operation, the patients in the TAH group had longer recovery time for gastrointestinal function and longer hospital stay than those in the LAVH group [(45?13) h vs (24?6) h,t=15.778,P=0.000;and (7?2) d vs (5?2) d,t=7.530,P=0.000]. Conclusions Compared to TAH,LAVH results in shorter hospital stay and fewer postoperative complications. It is a feasible and safe treatment for large uterus.
3.Research prowess of the relationship between inflammatory bowel disease and fungus
Journal of Chinese Physician 2016;18(9):1305-1308
Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a chronic intestinal inflammatory disease with unknown etiology, including ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn’s disease (CD).At present,as the global incidence of inflammatory bowel disease is increasing year by year, the role of the intestinal micro ecology in disease evolution has attracted more and more attention, and as an important part of gut microbes system, the intestinal fungus'changes and effects in disease states are unclear. This paper reviews on the intestinal fungus in the occurrence, development of inflammatory bowel disease from the composition and distribution of the intestinal fungus and its relationship with the gut bacteria, and the immune reaction.
4.Application of video-electroencephalogram in monitoring the early seizures following acute traumatic brain injury and the nonconvulsive status epilepticus under coma
Chinese Journal of Trauma 2003;0(08):-
Objective To explore specific risk factors in the early seizures after acute moderate and severe head injuries and understand incidence of nonconvulsive status epilepticus (NCSE) under coma. Methods Eighty-six patients with acute moderate and severe head injuries were monitored with video-electroencephalogram (video-EEG) for one week. Results (1) Of all, 7 cases (8.14%) had clinical seizures and 6 (6.98%) NCSE. (2) In patients with severe head injuries especially intracranial hemorrhage, post-traumatic seizures especially NCSE were more likely to occur, with no significant difference in sex and age. Conclusions Severe and critical head injuries and intracranial hemorrhage are specific risk factors for early post-traumatic seizures, especially NCSE. After brain injury, EEG should be used to evaluate traumatic coma even if clinical seizure does not appear.
5.The effect of lansoprazole injection on 24-hour intragastric pH in healthy volunteers
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2016;39(12):1108-1111
Objective To investigate the effect of lansoprazole injection on 24-hour intragastric pH in healthy volunteers. Methods The volunteers inclouding 10 women and 10 men, were divided into experitmental group and control group randomly, each group of 10 cases. After testing the pH initial value in stomach through pH determination electrode, the cases in experitmental group were drip the drug of lansoprazole injection, the cases in control group were drip the same volume of 0.9% sodium chloride solution. Then constantly determined the value of pH in the stomach for 24 h. Results The pH value in the stomach of expertimental group after injected lansoprazole was significantly higher than that before administration (P < 0.05). The pH value in the stomach of expertimental group was higher than that in control group between finished of injection and 24 h, especially in the first 12 h after administration, there were significantly differences (P < 0.01). The pH value in experimental group after injected lansoprazole for 24 h was 4.565 ± 1.109, in control group was 2.211 ± 0.263, there was significant difference (P < 0.01). The percentage of maintenance time of pH reaching 4.0 and 6.0 in stomach in experimental group were (73.36 ± 21.08)% and (53.22 ± 23.76)% , in control group were (13.28 ± 10.55)%and (3.92 ± 2.17)%, there were significant differences (P<0.01). Conclusions The strength of acid suppresion of lansoprazole injection is worthy of approving, and it can work at full capacity in treatment of patients with peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage if lansoprazole is given every 12 h.
6.Family of multiple peptide fragments derived from angiotensin and their interaction
Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2003;0(06):-
It is well established that renin-angiotensin system (RAS) is the major regulatory networkthat maintains blood pressure, fluid and electrolyte balance and the homeostasis of cardiovascular system. Most studies in the last decades centered on the pivotal members of RAS, that is, angiotensinⅡ (AngⅡ) and angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE). Recent identification of ACE-2, the homology of ACE,and the identification of the multiple products degraded from angiotensinⅠ, including AngⅢ, AngⅣ,Ang1 -9, Ang1 -7, Des-Asp-angiotensinⅠ(DAAⅠ), etc, have proved that AngⅡ is not the only bio-logical active compound of RAS. Peptides derived from angiotensinogen, that is, family of angiotensins, display independent and pleiotropic biological activitiesin vivo, and interact with each other both in me-tabolism pathway and the biologic effects. The imbalance of the network of angiotensin metabolites exhib-its significant pathophysiological role in cardiovascular disease.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 1989;0(03):-
Objective: To investigate the predictors of subjective well-being (SWB) in older adults. Methods: 236 old people in Beijing were assessed on 7 potential predictors chosen from 2 taxonomies of resources-internal vs. external and physical vs. psychological. Results: There was no relationship between age and SWB. Perceived social support, health status and general self-efficacy correlated significantly with subjective well-being(?=0.27,0.19,0.15); perceived social support, health status and general self-efficacy have direct impact on subjective well-being, perceived social support and health status have secondary impact on subjective well-being through the factor general self-efficacy as well. Conclusions:The external factors can influent the SWB both directly and indirectly.
