Objective To investigate the efficacy of transorally inserted anvil system(OrVilTM)in esophagogastrostomy and esophagojejunostomy after laparoscopic gastrectomy. Methods The clinical data of 34 patients with gastric neoplasms who were installed OrVilTM for esophagogastrostomy or esophagojejunostomy at the Changhai Hospital from July 2009 to February 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. After radical dissection of lymph nodes and full mobilization of esophagus, the esophagus was transected and the anvil was then transorally inserted into the esophagus by using the OrVilTB system.Double-stapling esophagogastrustomy or esophagojejunostomy with a circular stapler Was performed intracorporeally under direct laparuscopic view. Results The surgery was success fully completed in all the 34 patients with no conversion to open surgery. Two patients had difficulty in placing OrVilTM system.and the condition Was alleviated by reducing tension in the cuff and tilting the head back. The mean operation time, volume of blood loss, duration of postoperative hospital stay and time to gastrointestinal function recovery were 175 minutes(range,90-240 minutes),196 ml(range,50-800 ml),7.6 days(range,5-14 days)and 3 days(range,2-6 days). No postoperative anastomotic leakage Was detected.Thirty-three patients were followed up for 2-20 months with a mean time of(10±6)months,and no tumor recurrence or metastasis occurred. Conclusion OrVilTM system changes insert direction of the anvil, which significantly reduces the difficulty of laparoscopic operation, shortens the operation time and avoids the thoracotomy.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2012;18(2):111-113
Objective To observe the effects of mild hypothermia hemofiltration on cerebral blood flow (CBF) and intracranial pressures (ICP) in patients with severe brain injury. Methods 65 patients with severe brain injuries were divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=35). The control group accepted the routine treatment only while the observation group accepted mild hypothermia hemofiltration additionally. CBF was detected by Transcranial Doppler (TCD) and ICP was monitored by ICP monitor. Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) was assessed every day. Results 5 d after treatment, the scores of GCS were higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05) as well as the CBF (P<0.05), but the ICP was in the observation group significantly lower than in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Compared with the traditional mild hypothermia, mild hypothermia hemofiltration can improve hemodynamic changes caused by severe brain injury, reduce ICP and improve the outcomes.

Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2015;24(6):569-572
Objective Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness, with high morbidity rates and great social impairment.Increasingly studies show the abnormalities of brain networks. We summarized the results of resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging study of depression, and demonstrated the neural loops mechanism from neuroimaing perspective. Methods The key words depression, resting state and network were searched in PubMed,CNKI and Wan Fang databases from January 2000 to December 2014.The nodes of depression related network and the alterations of cortex resting-state networks were summarized. Results 24 studies focusing on resting state network of depression were identified.40 studies based on ROI (region of interest) analysis, which included amygdala, frontal lobe, pregenual anterior cingulate cortex and cerebellum. The functional connectivity of ROIs were calculated and compared between groups.8 studies based on ICA (independent component analysis),the resting state networks were extracted and compared between groups. Two based on graph theory, the functional connectivity of whole brain were analyzed and compared. Conclusion There are abnormalities of functional connectivity among limbic system-thalamus-frontal cortex, and the changes of functional connectivity were associated with clinical symptom and drug efficacy of depression.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(10):-
Objective To study the value of transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) in interventional treatment of congenital heart diseases. Methods TTE was used to identify patients with atrial septal defect (ASD, n=26), ventricular septal defect (VSD, n=23) or ductus arteriosus (PDA, n=16). They received interventional treatment with domestic made nitinol occluder. The TTE was then used to monitor the entire process of the surgery and to assess the effect of the surgery. Results The treatment with indigenous nitinol occluder failed in five patients, including two with ASD, two with VSD, and one with PDA. The other sixty-one patients were freated successfully with the occluder. Once the procedure was completed, those patients were found to have neither abnormal valvular regurgination as shown by TTE, nor any shunt flow around the occluder as shown by both TTE and angiocardiography. One month later, TTE demonstrated that the position of all the occluclers remained stable, and no residual leakage or shunt was detected by TTE in all of the sixty-one patients, and the same results were obtained after three months. However, two days after the surgery, ECG showed that three of the patients with VSD suffered from different degrees of atrioventricular block on the second postoperative day, but they eventually recovered after treatment. The successful rate of the procedure was 93.8% (61/65). Conclusions Transthoracic echocardiography may play an important role at three stages (pre-, during- and after), i.e. to select the most suitable patients before the procedure, accurately identify the location, and release of the occluder at the end of the operation; and finally, it serves as a promising method to evaluate the treatment result in patients during their follow-up period.
