1.Radiologic features of the patella sleeve fractures in children
Chinese Journal of Radiology 2011;45(12):1159-1161
ObjectiveTo evaluate the X-ray features of the patella sleeve fractures in children.MethodsThe X-ray findings of sleeve fractures were analyzed retrospectively in 11 children to assess the radiologic features. Results The main X-ray findings in children ( 11 cases ) included displacement of patellas ( 9 cases ),widened joint spaces ( 5 cases),separation of the patella fragment ( 11 cases ) and swelling of the knee( 11 cases). One boy with sleeve fracture of the inferior pole of the patella was missed because the shell-like avulsion fracture can not be detected till 15 days later.ConclusionThe patella sleeve fractures in children are uncommon. The radiologic features of the sleeve fractures need be well acquainted by clinicians to facilitate early diagnosis.
2.Roles of SUMOylation and de-SUMOylation in carcinogenesis
Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(6):406-408
SUMO (small ubiquitin-related modifier) is involved in the post-translational modifications of proteins, and this process is referred to as SUMOylation.SUMOylation plays an important role in the regulation of cellular activities such as strengthening the stability of the protein, nucleocytoplasmic transport,DNA repair,DNA replication, mitotic and meiotic chromosome behavior,et al.SUMOylation is a dynamic process and can be reversed by SUMO-specific proteases (SENP).Once the balance between SUMOylation and de-SUMOylation is broken, there will be an aberrant expression of SUMO or SENPs in cells to happen, which may lead to the tumor occturtrence.
3.CT Diagnosis of Retroperitoneal Fibrosis (8 cases report)
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2006;0(04):-
[Objective] To evaluate and describe CT findings in patients with pathologically confirmed retroperitoneal fibrosis. [Methods] CT findings in 8 patients (6 males, 2 females) pathologically confirmed retroperitoneal fibrosis were retrospectively reviewed and pertinent literature was discussed. [Results] Retroperitoneal fibrosis showed similar features in CT imaging: retroperitoneal irregular mass around abdominal aorta embedding adjacent tissue, with mild or moderate enhancement, unilateral or bibateral ureterectasis with hydronephrosis. [Conclusions] The pristine clinical manifestation of retroperitoneal fibrosis is occult and nonspecific. CT examination is a valuable approach to diagnose retroperitoneal fibrosis.
4.Alarm failure and its countermeasure when measuring high-concentration enzyme by biochemical analyzer
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(02):-
Modern fully automatic biochemical analyzer makes enzyme measurement accurate, specific and practical, but alarm failure happens sometimes and thus determinate error appears. To find out the inducement to alarm failure, Olympus AU2700 and ADVIA 1650 fully automatic biochemical analyzer are used to measure the serum liver enzyme from 450 cases of post-liver-transplantation patients.
5.Defense Style of Graduate Students
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(07):-
Objective: To explore the characteristics of graduate students' mental deference style. Methods:1960 graduate students and 3281 college students were assessed with DSQ. Results:The score of graduate students on mature deference style were higher than immature and middle style (3.88?1.02/4.14?1.0,5.68?1.17/5.76?1.06,4.41?0.77/4.58?0.69). The mean score of female graduate students' immature style were higher than male (3.97?0.89/3.85?1.07,t=2.62,P
6.Analysis of Bilingual Medical Education on the Basis of Language Teaching Rules
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2005;0(06):-
This article analyzed today's condition of medical bilingual education in our country, considering that the problems lie in the uneven levels of teaching and the deficiency of the environment for language learning and practicing. It put forward a device to set up graded goals and syllabus for bilingual medical education and some methods to create the environment of medical English learning and practicing.
7.Research of Calibrating Method of Electrosurgical Analyzer
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(08):-
Objective To research the calibration methods of the electrosurgical analyzer which is applied in calibration for production and use of electrosurgical generator. Methods Two methods were put forward, the first one is indirect measurement, the second one is comparing with congeneric device, and these two methods in theory and practice to process real data were analyzed. Results The device with the methods are tested and analyzed, and then, the test error or uncertainty of electrosurgical analyzer is used in analyzing and processing. Conclusion The test error or uncertainty of leakage current and peak factor can also get by these two methods, and these methods could be used as calibration method in production and usage of electrosurgical generator or method for tracing the source.

Abstract: Objective To investigate the frequency of peripheral blood T cells among patients positive for both hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg) and surface antibody (HBsAb). Methods Thirty six patients with co-existence of HBsAg and HBsAb diagnosed were enrolled as the experimental group, who were admitted by Shanghai tenth people's hospital and Wuxi 9th people's hospital from 2014 to 2020. while 40 patients tested positive for HBsAg and negative for HBsAb served as controls, who were admitted by Wuxi 9th people's hospital. Flow cytometry was used to detect and compare the proportions of peripheral blood CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+ T cells between the experimental and control groups. In addition, the associations of serum HBsAb level with peripheral blood T cell proportions, serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels were examined among chronic hepatitis B patients with co-existence of HBsAg and HBsAb using Pearson correlation analysis. Results The median age, gender distribution, mean ALT and AST concentrations, proportion of HBV DNA viral load>103 copies/mL, seroprevalence of HBV E antigen (HBeAg), seroprevalence of HBV E antibody (HBeAb), seroprevalence of HBV core antibody (HBcAb) were comparable between the experimental and control groups, and there were no significant difference in them (P>0.05). There were no significant difference between the experimental and control groups in terms of CD3+ T cell proportion [(71.83±1.50)% vs (72.75±1.47)%; t=0.66, P>0.05], CD4+ T cell proportion [(36.81±1.53)% vs (39.88±1.57)%; t=1.43, P>0.05] and CD8+ T cell proportion [(33.17±2.04)% vs (32.40±1.75)%; t=0.77, P>0.05]. Pearson correlation analysis revealed that the serum HBsAb level did not significantly correlate with peripheral blood CD3+ (r=0.026, P=0.65), CD4+ (r=‒0.08, P=0.16) and CD8+ T cell proportions (r=0.09, P=0.24), CD4+/CD8+ T proportion (r=‒0.005, P=0.35), serum ALT (r=0.04, P=0.56) and AST levels (r=0.002, P=0.69) among chronic hepatitis B patients with co-existence of HBsAg and HBsAb. Conclusions There are no significant differences between HBsAg+/HBsAb+ and HBsAg+/HBsAb- CHB patients in terms of peripheral blood CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+ T cell proportions.
