150 slides of vaginal sample of married women aged 16-49 years old at 8 village of Ha Tay province were investigated. In 51.6% of subjects, there is not pathological manifestation in 48.3% - inflammative damages, then 38.6% with chronical manifestation and 12.6% with acute PaP1 account for 62.6%, PaP2: 24.5% and PaP3: 0.13%. There is not any cancerous damage. Hygiene condition, obstetrical history and venerological diseases were factors related to inflammative state and cervix cell morphology change

From 1996 to 2000, 73 samples of renal biopsy in patients >16 years old with glomerulonephritis and nephrotic syndrome were study on light microscopy. Results: the rate of minimal change glomerulopathy was highest (72.6%), then was the rate of diffuse mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis (20.6%). The rates of focal segmental glomerulonephritis, membranous proliferative glomerulonephritis, and membranous glomerulonephritis in this study were lower than the other studies. The changes in minimal change glomerulopathy are glomerular basement membrane thickened irregularly, widening and effacement of the visceral epithelial cell foot processes

Neutrophil elastase is an important cytotoxicity molecule secreted by neutrophil. It plays a significant role in the development of leukemia. Since this protease can cleave the fusion protein PML-RARα,it may play a role in acute promyelocytic leukemia pathogenesis by facilitating the leukemogenic potential of PML-RARα. Otherwise, this protease might contribute to the clonal dominance of chronic myelognous leukemia by reducing the availability of growth factors for normal hematopoiesis.

Neuromuscular blocking agents are widely used in ICU.It is an assistant treatment for nearly 25％ to 55％ patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).But there is controversy about the use of neuromuscular blocking agents in patients with ARDS.This review aim to discuss the use of neuromuscular blocking agents in patients with ARDS.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with urease on intravenous thrombolytic therapy for myocardial infarction,and evaluate its safety.Methods One hundred and seven patients diagnosed myocardial infarction were randomly divided into the observation group (n =54) and control group (n =53),who were hospitalized in Yantai Central Hospital from January 2011 to December 2012.Patients in control group were given regular treatment plus basic support treatment for the symptomatic.Patients in the observation group were treated intravenous thrombolysis,subcutaneous low molecular weight heparin besides the basic treatment,10 d as a course of treatment.Observed the therapeutic effect in patients,observed and evaluated the safety of using two drugs in combination therapy group.Results (1) The recanalization rate of coronary artery in observation group was 83.33％ (45/54),higher than that in the control group (60.38％ (32/53),x2 =4.296 ; P ＜ 0.05).(2) The time of ST-T dropped back to 50％ in the observation group was (2.0 ±0.6) h,and recanalization time was (1.3 ±0.4) h,less than that in the control group (3.4 ± 0.5) h,(2.1 ± 0.3) h respectively),and the difference were significant (t =2.948,P ＜0.05 ; t =3.186,P ＜ 0.05).(3) Incidence of complications in the observation group was 44.44％ (24/54),significantly less than that of the control group (77.36％ (41/53) ; x2 =3.918,P ＜ 0.05).Two cases of the observation group were with reinfarction,accounting for 3.70％ and 9 cases in the control accounting for 16.98％.The difference was statistically significance (x2 =4.142 ; P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The therapy plan of low molecular heparin combined with urease intravenous thrombolytic therapy for myocardial infarction can significantly improve the clinical effect of patients,reduce the complications and the incidence of myocardial infarction.It was proved as a safe and effective therapy plan in improving the prognosis of patients.

Objective To accesse the psychological situation of Gastroscopiers. Methods Questional investigation face to face had been done to some gastroscopiers by using SCL-90 chart and the results were comapred to the common model. Results There were no obviously diaappiontment between the results of the gastroscopiers’and the common model. In total fraction , total average fraction and all kinds of elements which proved the normal psychological health of these people. That was to say that it’s not the gastroscopyical check who has caused the supper stimulaion or substaintial passive emotion although more bitterness. Conclutions The psychological situation of Gastroscopiers is basical normal.
