1.Preliminary Discussion of Career Management of Hospital Pharmacists

Objective:To preliminarily discuss the career management of hospital pharmacists from the perspectives of human re-source management and psychology to provide reference for the human resource management of pharmacy department. Methods: The current situation of career management of hospital pharmacists was analyzed based on the theory of Zone of Proximal Development in de-velopmental psychology, and some concepts and measures for the career management of hospital pharmacists were proposed. Results:The managers of pharmacy department must set up dynamic developing view of their employees, establish individualized management concept, transform their role in human resource management and promote the capability of career management. Measures, such as work shift and determined posts, career guidance, potential discovery, opening up promotion ways and self-management of personal career, could be adopted to develop a scientific and effective system of career management. Conclusion:It is suggested that modern manage-ment theories be utilized in the career management of hospital pharmacists, which may help achieve the joint development of department and individuals.
2.Establishment of Quality Standard of Shenbai Concentrated Pills

Objective To set up the quality standard of Shenbai concentrated pills. Methods Radix Astragali, Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Rhizoma Imperatea in Shenbai concentrated pills were identified with the method of TLC. The concentration of salvianolic acid B was determined with the method of HPLC. Results For TLC, the chromatogram spots of Radix Astragali, Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Rhizoma Imperatea were well separated and without interference in their negative controls. Quantitative analysis of HPLC showed that the average recovery of salvianolic acid B was 99.74% (RSD=2.08%) with the RSD of precision, reproducibility and stability was 1.74%, 1.19% and 1.70%, respectively. Conclusions The methods set up by this study are easy, accurate and stable, and can be used as the quality control standard of Shenbai concentrated pills.
3.Evaluation of Uncertainty of Chemical Oxygen Demand Measure in Drinking Water

Objective To estimate the marginal value of the chemical oxygen demand (COD) in drinking water by evaluation of uncertainty. Methods According to Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement (JJF1059-1999), analysis of measure uncertainty of the chemical oxygen demand determined by acidic potassium permanganate titrate prescribed in Sanitary Standards for Drinking Water (2001) was conducted. Results The type A relative standard uncertainty was 0.584%, type B was 0.781%, in which the sub-item uncertainty led by using 25 ml burette was 0.708%, the water sample volume was 0.056%, the adjusted potassium permanganate standard solution was 0.325%; the relative combined standard uncertainty was 0.975%, the expanded uncertainty was 1.95%. Conclusion According to the result of the uncertainty (3.08?0.06) mg/L, COD in the polluted sample exceeds the limit, the use of 25 ml burette produced the most contribution to the uncertainty.
4.HP1γ promotes the development of ovarian cancer and is modulated by miR-30b

Objective To investigate the effect of HP1γ on the development of ovarian cancer. Methods RT-qPCR was used to deteched the level of HP1γin ovarian cancer samples. The proliferation of A2780 and SKOV3 cell line was detected by CCK8 assay. RNAi was used to knock down the expression of HP1γ mRNA. Results The level of HP1γwas higher in ovarian cancer than that in the normal tissue. Mir-30b may inhibit the proliferation of ovarian cancer cell. Conclusion HP1γpromotes the proliferation and progress of ovarian cancer cells.
5.Effect of simvastatin on NF-kappa B p65 expression in liver of insulin resistant rats

6.Study on Ability and Influential Factors for Pharmaceutical Care of Clinical Pharmacists in the Hospital

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for improving pharmaceutical care in the hospital. METHODS:A total of 712 clinical pharmacists were selected from 38 third grade class A hospitals in 17 provinces and cities by convenient sampling to investi-gate the ability of pharmacectical care and influantial factors. Single and multiple factor Logistic regression analysis were conducted for the results. RESULTS:The single factor analysis showed that there was significant difference in the communication between clinical pharmacists and patients or medical staffs,the listening attitude of the patients,attitude towards job prospects,understand-ing about the connotation of clinical pharmacy,the timeliness of drug supply,smoothness degree of channel,the timeliness of coordi-nation,smooth development of pharmaceutical care(P<0.05). The multiple factor analysis showed that due to good communication with the doctor [OR=1.819,95%CI(1.469,2.253)],pharmacists could understand definition and connotation of pharmaceutical care [OR=2.263,95%CI(1.722,2.973)],and the male pharmacists [OR=0.558,95%CI(0.382,0.813)] with positive attitude to the pharmacists [OR=1.506,95%CI(1.309,1.733)] believed to provide good pharmaceutical care. CONCLUSIONS:This investigation can reflect the present situation of hospital pharmaceutical service in China to a certain extent. It is suggested to improve pharmaceuti-cal care ability of pharmacists through strengthening resource disposition and the cooperation between physicians and pharmacist.
7.Evaluation modes and effectiveness comparison of antimicrobial prescriptions of the hospital

To review the evaluation modes,implementation,workflow and effectiveness appraisal of antimicrobial prescriptions of PHMCH and to compare the effects of the evaluation data of such prescriptions during the period from January to June of 2012,and that from January to June of 2013 of the hospital.The results indicate that the 2013 period,compared with that in 2012,the variations such indexes as the proportion of rational prescriptions in outpatient and emergency departments,the proportion of outpatient antimicrobial prescriptions,AUD,the proportion of antimicrobials cost within total drug costs were 2.5%,-4.71%,-1.22 and-0.37% respectively.Most notable change among which is the proportion of outpatient antimicrobial prescriptions.Such results prove the prescription evaluation mode of the hospital as institutionalized,standardized and effective.

Objective To investigate the effect of diet and gene on blood-fat trait of the individual.Method One hundred and twenty mice were fed with high fat emulsion for 4 w,then the genotypes of LPL were analyzed by PCR-SSCP to investigate their effect on blood-fat traits and some organ performance of mice.Result After fed with high fat emulsion for 4 w,98 mice suffered from hyperlipidemia,while 22 mice did not.And a G/A mutation was found in 220 targeted fragments we amplified at 14355 site,and association analysis showed that the mice with BB genotype had higher TC、TG、LDL、H/W、L/W level than those of the mice with AA genotype(P
9.Quality Evaluation of Anticoagulant Therapy in Patients Who Taking Warfarin in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the quality of anticoagulant therapy in patients who took warfarin and provide data sup-porting for strengthening the management of these patients. METHODS:A retrospective analysis of related clinical data of 214 pa-tients who meet the inclusion criteria was performed. RESULTS:The average time for patients took warfarin was (321.64 ± 189.50)d,average times for tested INR was(12.01±7.03)times in clinic;when anticoagulant therapy,INR<2.0 accounted for 51.96%,2.0≤INR≤3.0 accounted for 39.13%,and INR>3.0 accounted for 8.91%;patients with target INR≤2.0 accounted for 45.33%,target INR=2.5 accounted for 38.32%,and target INR≥3.0 accounted for 0.93%;the average TTR was (50.80 ± 22.32)%;and there was no statistical significance in the TTR of different ages and diseases(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The anti-coagulant therapy in some patients who took warfarin shows poor quality,it needs strengthening the quality management to make it safe and effective.
10.Calcineurin in inflammatory pain induced by Complete Freund′s adjuvant in rats

Objective To investigate the role of calcineurin(CaN)in inflammatory pain in rats.Methods Seventy-five male Harlan-Sprague-Dawley rats,weighting of 200-300 g were randomly divided into 3 groups (n=25): group control (group C),group CFA (complete Freunds adjuvant) (group F) and group CaN+CFA (group NF).100 μl CFA were injected on the right hind claw preparaing for inflammatory pain models in groups F and NF,100 μl saline were injected on the right hind claw in group C.CaN 10 U was intracerebroventricular injected 1 d before CFA injection in group NF.Paw withdrawal thermal latency (PWTL) were measured in 30 min prior to (T0),0.5 h (T1),1 h (T2),2 h (T3) and 4 h (T4) after injection.The expression of CaN and nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB),IL-1β,TNF-α and IL-10 in spinal cord were measured at each time point.Results The PWTL was significantly shorter at T2-T4 in group F,at T3,T4 in group NF than that at T0and in group C (P<0.05);The PWTL at T2-T4 in group NF was significantly longer than that in group F (P<0.05).CaN protein expression in spinal cord at T1-T4 in group F,at T2-T4 in group NF was significantly lower than that of T0 and in the group C,NF-κB p65 protein expression was significantly higher than that of T0 and in the group C (P<0.05).CaN gene and IL-10 protein content at T2-T4 in groups F and NF were significantly lower than that of group C and at T0,NF-κB gene and IL-1β,TNF-α protein content was significantly higher than that of group C and at T0 (P<0.05).CaN protein and CaN gene expression,IL-10 protein content in spinal cord tissue at T1-T4in group NF was significantly higher than that of group F,NF-κB p65 protein and NF-κB gene expression and contents of IL-1β,TNF-α protein were significantly lower than that of group F (P<0.05).Conclusion CaN adjusts pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines by reducing NF-κB and inhibiting the process of inflammatory pain in rats.
