Journal of Chinese Physician 2016;18(2):195-198
Objective To investigate mineral bone metabolic conditions of pre-dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD),and obtain useful information about the management and treatment of CKD.Methods The levels of serum calcium,phosphate,25-HydroxyvitaminD [25 (OH) VitD],and intact parathyroid hormone (iPTH) were compared. Then a correlation analysis was performed for 25 (OH)VitD.Results Hypocalcemia, hyperphosphatemia, secondary hyperparathyroidism and inadequate of 25 (OH) VitD appeared early in CKD2.Deficiency of 25 (OH)VitD was widespread in CKD2 ~ 5.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that 25 (OH) VitD was independently associated with adjusted level of calcium (P =0.002),application of calcium carbonate (P =0.038),and application of calcitriol (P =0.049) (R square =0.360,P =0.000).Conclusions Mineral bone disorder emerges early in CKD2.More attention should be paid to the management of 25 (OH)VitD.

Marburg virus (MARV) is a member of the Filoviridae family and belongs to a non-segmented, single-strand and negative-sense RNA virus.Since the first discovery of virus in 1967, infections have broken out 14 times, causing the infection of 588 people and 482 deaths. The mortality is up to 82%.Marburg virus results in multiple organ infections , severe hemorrhagic fever and death .Currently, there are no available licensed vaccines or post-exposure treatment , but the vaccines have proved effective in experimental animals .This review briefly summarizes the structure , infection mechanism and the progress in vaccines of this virus .

China Pharmacist 2015;(2):352-354
Objective:To explore the optimum digestion condition by orthogonal design, and determine the chromium content in Carthami flos by atomic absorption spectrometry ( AAS) to provide the experimental basis for the establishment of trace element limit standard. Methods:The conditions of microwave digestion were optimized using L9 (34 ) orthogonal experimental design, and chromi-um was determined by graphite furnace ( GF)-AAS. Results:The optimal digestion conditions were as follows:nitric acid-hydrochloric acid system was with the ratio of 6∶2, the highest resolution temperature was 185 ℃ with the duration of 25 minutes. The chromium content in 15 batches of Carthami flos was with significant differences. The chromium content in 15 batches of Carthami flos was detec-ted withhin the range of 0. 53-88. 15 mg·kg-1, the average recovery was 97. 1% and RSD was 2. 2%(n=9). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used in the quality control of chromium in Carthami flos.

Objective To evaluate and compare two definitions for metabolic syndrome(MS)issued by International Diabetes Federation(IDF)and by Chinese Medical Association Diabetes Branch(CDS).Methods An epidemic survey and physical examination were conducted among 481 subjects randomly selected from 3 354 subjects(above 40 years old)by cluster sampling. Results The prevalence rate of MS by IDF or by CDS definition were 40.96% and 38.05%,respectively.Kappa value was 0.51,P0.01).Metabolic disorder ratio for above 3 items by IDF was higher than that of CDS criterion. Conclusion The IDF diagnostic criterion for MS and CDS are in good accordance and applicability. The MS diagnostic criterion of IDF is better at diagnosing centricity obesity than that of CDS.

Treated by CCM for half year in 92 cases of pre -cancerous lesions of stomach, the pathological mean score for special hyperplasia were lowered significantly and different from that before treatement. The pathological scoring was also markedly lowered as compared with HP scoring.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2001;0(03):-
Objective:To investigate the relationship between reactive hyperplasia of the draining lymph nodes and oral cancer micrometastasis. Methods:The specimens was taken from 12 patients suffered from oral squamous cell carcinoma, who accepted inpatient care in West China College of Stomatology,Sichuan University. There were totally 233 lymph nodes, and all the specimens were divided into normal, reactive hyperplasia and metastasis groups by pathological diagnosis.Immunohistochemistry method was used to inspect micrometastasis in the two prior groups, and the data were analyzed with SPSS 10.0.Results:25 lymph nodes were detected metastasis,79 were reactive hyperplasia, and 129 were normal.Normal mucosa, squamous cell carcinoma and metastatic lymph nodes were positive to keratin, and there were 29 and 12 specimens with micrometastasis in reactive hyperplasia and normal lymph nodes separately. Conclusion:Micrometastasis occured on the reactive hyperplasia lymph node in the oral cancer draining area is easier than that on the normal one.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(08):-
Objective To investigate the radionuclide 99m TcO 4 imaging parameters of thyroid in hyperthyroid patients. Methods 200 patients with hyperthyroidism including 153 women and 47 men received radionuclide 99m TcO 4 plane scintigraphy for thyroid. Then the size and anatomic configuration of thyroid, tracer distribution, and the pyramid lobe appearance were analyzed. Results 400 images of thyroid lobes were obtained from 200 patients. The length of single thyroid lobe in 169 patients were between 5cm and 7cm, in 33 patients exceeded 7cm, and in 38 patients was less than 5cm. The width of single thyroid lobe in 144 patients were between 2.5cm and 3.5cm, in 6 patients exceeded 3.5cm, and in 85 patients ware less than 3.5cm. 61% of patients had the widened narrow part of thyroid. The tracer evenly distributed in most patients, and small multinodular thyroid and single nodular thyroid were found only in 9.0% and 3.2% patients respectively. Pyramid lobe appeared in 12 patients. Conclusion SPECT imaging paremeters of the thyroids in hyperthyroid patients mainly were a diffuse goiter with the widened narrow part of thyroid and without nodule and pyramid lobe.

Objective To explore the difference of serum free fatty acid(FFA) composition between the patients with the metabolic syndrome(MS) and the patients with high risk for MS(HRMS),and the relationship of FFA composition with their serum glucose. Methods The serum fatty acid profile was measured with the gas chromatography and mass spectrometer(GC/MS)in 159 patients with MS or HRMS and 43 control subjects. Results The contents of unsaturated fatty acid(UFA,C18:2 and C20:3),the ratios of UFA/TFA(total fatty acid),PUFA(polyunsaturated fatty acid)/TFA and PUFA/SFA(saturated fatty acid) were significantly increased in patients with MS than those in the normal controls(P0.05).FBG had remarkably positive correlation with UFA/TFA,PUFA/TFA and PUFA/SFA(r=0.229,0.204,0.230,P
