3.The diagnosis value of endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration for pulmonary cryptococcosis
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;22(2):247-249
Objective To investigate the value of endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration (EBUS-TBNA) in the diagnosis of pulmonary cryptococcosis. Methods 15 patients who were diagnosed as pulmonary cryptococcosis were retrospectively studied, all of them were examined by sputum smear,X ray,CT and EBUS-TBNA.Results 15 patients who received EBUS-TBNA were diagnosed pulmonary cryptococcosis by pathological methods and germiculture, during the process no complication was detected. Conclusion EBUS-TBNA is a safe and effective means in the diagnosis of pulmonary cryptococcosis for pulmonary cryptococcosis patients hard to be diagnosed clinically.
4.Effect of Psychological Stress on Rat Behavior and Condylar Cartilage
Journal of Kunming Medical University 2013;(9):1-6
Objective To establish the Sprague-Dawley rats psychological stress model and investigate the effect of the psychological stress on behavior and condylar cartilage of Sprague-Dawley rats. Methods Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided equally into psychological stress group, foot shock group and control group, and the foot shock group was only as sources of stimuli. The Sprague-Dawley rats psychological stress model was built, and the rats were killed at 1, 3 and 5 weeks respectively after stimulation. The behavior changes were observed by open field test, etc. The histology of condylar cartilage was observed by HE stain. Results Psychological stress model was effective in evaluating behavior changes. The pathological examination revealed structural changes of the condylar cartilage in the psychological stress group. The psychological stress groupⅡwas the most serious group with collagenous fibers disintegrated and gaps formed. Conclusion This rats model of the psychological stress shows great practicability and reproducibility. The long-term psychological stress can lead to SD rats behavior changes and temporomandibular joint condylar cartilage change.
6.Biotransformation of 6β-santonin by Phytolacca acinosa cell suspension cultures
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2005;40(9):834-837
Aim To obtain more valuable derivatives for the further structural modification of 6β-santonin (1) via biotransformation by using cell suspension cultures of Phytolacca acinosa. Methods The substrate 1 was incubated with cell suspension cultures of P.acinosa, the products were obtained by chromatography, and identified on the basis of their physical and spectral data (HRMS, 1D NMR, 2D NMR, NOE and IR). Results After incubation with cell suspension cultures of P.acinosa, 1 was converted into five products (2-6). Among them, 3 is a new compound. Conclusion 6β-santonin could be selectively reduced and hydroxylated by the cell suspension cultures of P.acinosa, which would provide valuable intermediates for its further structural modification.
7.The progress of low-dose chemotherapy in neuroblastoma
International Journal of Pediatrics 2012;39(3):301-303
Low-dose chemotherapy is concerned in treating malignant tumor in recent years. The lowdose, metronomic chemotherapy is not only effective in antiangiogenic, but also avoid chemotherapy side effects, such as suppression of bone marrow, dysfunction of liver and kidney, gastrointestinal reaction and drug resistance.Thereby it can increase patient compliance, improve life quality and prolong survival time.Currently chemotherapy in neuroblastoma still plays a key role, especially low-dose chemotherapy, which can protect self-immune function and reduce the physical injury in children.
8.A review of current research on nursing in traumatic brain injury patients with increased intracranial pressure

We expect to provide the references in reducing patient′s increased intracranial pressure meanwhile maintaining adequate cerebral perfusion, preventing complications and improving the prognosis.
9.Effects of sevoflurane combined anesthesia on early cognitive function in elderly patients
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(2):232-234
Objective To investigate the effects of sevoflurane combined anesthesia on the early cognitive function of the elderly patients. Methods 120 patients underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups:sevoflurane group 60 cases, sevoflurane anesthesia during operation and propofol anesthesia 60 cases, propofol anesthesia during operation.MMSE was used to detect the cognitive function at one day before operation, one day, three days and seven days after surgery respectively. The blood samples were taken from the patients of the two groups at the time of one day before operation, one hour after operation and one day after operation, the levels of serum TNF-αand IL-6 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA ) . The recovery time and adverse reactions were observed after operation. Results The average recovery time was (18.94 ±3.32) min in the propofol group and (10.62 ±2.31) min in the sevoflurane group, the sevoflurane group was better than the propofol group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of MMSE were significantly lower in the sevoflurane group one day after operation than those in the one day before operation, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores returned to the preoperative level three days and seven days after operation. In the propofol group, the MMSE score was significantly lower at one day after operation than that before operation, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), but increased three days after operation but did not reach the preoperative level, and sevoflurane group, the difference was statistically significant. After treatment, the levels of TNF-and IL-6 in serum of two groups increased, the level of TNF-αand IL-6 in the propofol group one hour after operation and one day after operation were significantly higher than those in the sevoflurane group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ).Conclusion The sevoflurane compound anesthesia in patients after surgery, the recovery of cognitive ability faster, fewer side effects in patients.
10.Association of circulating matrix metalloproteinase-2 and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-2 levels with bone metabolic markers and bone mineral density in Chinese postmenopausal women
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1986;0(03):-
Objective To study the relationships between serum matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and tissue inhibitor of matrix metal]oproteinase-2 (TIMP-2) with bone metabolic markers and bone mineral density (BMD) in postmenopausal Chinese women. Methods In this study,192 postmenopausal Chinese females aged 48-65 were selected.Serum MMP-2,TIMP-2,bone alkaline phosphatase (BAP),osteocalcin, bone cross-linked C-telopeptides of typeⅠcollagen (CTx) and urine bone cross-linked N-telopeptides of typeⅠcollagen (NTx) were measured by ELISA.And the ratio of MMP-2/TIMP-2 was calculated.BMD was measured by dual energy X- ray abserptiometry.According to the criteria of WHO,these women were assigned to 3 groups : the normal, the low BMD and the osteoporosis groups. Results (1) Serum MMP-2 level was significantly higher in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis (1388?121)?g/L than that in age-matched normal controls (1126?141)?g/L (P0.05).(2) Notable negative relations were found between MMP-2,ratio of MMP-2/TIMP-2 with BMD of lumbar spine and Ward's triangle, serum BAP and osteocalcin (all P0.05).(3) In osteoporosis women, notable negative correlations between MMP-2,ratio of MMP-2/TIMP-2 with BMD of lumbar spine, femoral neck and Ward's triangle, serum BAP and osteocalcin were found (all P
