4.The progress of low-dose chemotherapy in neuroblastoma
International Journal of Pediatrics 2012;39(3):301-303
Low-dose chemotherapy is concerned in treating malignant tumor in recent years. The lowdose, metronomic chemotherapy is not only effective in antiangiogenic, but also avoid chemotherapy side effects, such as suppression of bone marrow, dysfunction of liver and kidney, gastrointestinal reaction and drug resistance.Thereby it can increase patient compliance, improve life quality and prolong survival time.Currently chemotherapy in neuroblastoma still plays a key role, especially low-dose chemotherapy, which can protect self-immune function and reduce the physical injury in children.
5.The Study on the Function of the Traditional Chinese Medicine after Conservative Celioscope Surgery to Prevent the Persistent Ectopic Pregnancy
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(07):-
Objective To study how to prevent the persistent ectopic pregnancy(PEP)effectively after the conservative celioscope surgery. Methods After conservative celioscope surgery,MTX(Group A)and the traditional chinese medicine(Group B)were taken to the people who had ectopic pregnancy to prevent PEP.Results 2 examples in group A had PEP,as well as non-PEP occurred in group B.Conclusion The function of the traditional chinese medicine after conservative celioscope surgery to prevent the persistent ectopic pregnancy was much better.
6.Molecular mechanisms and biology significance of polysaccharide recognition by the immune system
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(01):-
As monosaccharide polymers, polysaccharides are widely distributed in nature, they are found in microorganisms, plants and animal cells and tissues.Glycosylation is of importance to maintain the structural stability and biological activity of protein molecules in eukaryotic cells.Polysaccharides represent the most important antigens recognized by immune system. The innate immune system senses invading microbes via their pathogen-associated molecular patterns, using pattern-recognition receptors on the surface of innate immune cells, many of which are polysaccharides uniquely expressed in certain microorganisms.Polysaccharides can also be processed intracellularly and presented to ??-T cells by MHC molecules.Polysaccharides can activate B lymphocytes, with or without T cell help, and induce production of specific antibodies.Amongst the polysaccharide-specific antibodies in human sera, some are products of adaptive humoral responses against microbial infection and others autoantibodies to glycan epitopes of host cells.Patients with autoimmune disorders tend to have higher titers of antibodies against various glycans.Immune clearance of senescence cells depends on the recognition of altered glycan epitopes on cell surface.Modification of glycan epitopes on tumour cell surface is at least partially responsible for activating antitumor immunity.Specific recognition of polysaccharides by the immune system is of importance to immunological defence,autoimmunity,anti-tumour immunity and immunological homeostasis,it will be the new focus of immunology research in the near future.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(07):-
Objective:To explore the effect of ginsenodels on the memory retention of rats of animal models of schizophrenia. Methods:The rats in experiment were divided into experimental group and control group, the rats in the experimental group were orally given Ginsenosides, and rats in control group were given normal saline. Both groups were treated for 5 days, then given injection of MK801 to establish animal models of schizophrenia. Before (d0), during (d1,d3) and after (d5) MK801. Several behavior models such as active avoidance reaction (AAR) and once passive avoidance reaction (OPAR) were used to research the process of learning and memory before and after experimental. Results:In the active avoidance reaction, the rats of experimental group were used to increase, and the fade away slowed to the rats of controls groups significantly (231.79?18.90/158.28?6.78,134.86?15.49/92.29?9.22,81.64?17.29/36.08?17.12,t=10.35,6.68,5.29,P
9.Quality Control of Links in Hospital Information Integrity
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(08):-
Objective To explore hospital information system for solving the quality control problem of information collection and strengthening the hospital administration. Methods The factors affecting the information quality of the whole hospital information were analyzed. The control principle from "point" to "surface" was used to work out the quality control plan based on medical information, financial information and medicine information. Results The quality control plan was made according to the current hospital information flow. Conclusion The quality of hospital information collection in every link directly affects the information quality.Strengthening the quality control of information collection guarantees the administration quality of whole hospital information.

Objective To investigate the effect of Astragalus polysaccharides (APS) on 2,4,6-trinitrobenzenesulfonic acid (TNBS)-induced colitis in rats and on dendritic cells (DCs) in mesenteric lymph nodes. Methods Forty-four male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups (n = 11) using simple random sampling: normal control group, TNBS group, APS group, and 5-aminosalicylic acid (5-ASA) group.Experimental colitis was induced in rats by TNBS enema in the last three groups.Rats in APS and 5-ASA groups were treated by gavage with APS (0.75 g ? kg-1 ? d-1) and 5-ASA (100 mg ? kg-1 ? d-1) on the 10 consecutive days following TNBS administration. The rats were then sacrificed and the colonic inflammatory scores of rats were measured, including the scores of disease activity index ( DAI) , macroscopic lesions, and histological damages,as well as the activity of myeloperoxidase (MPO).The expressions of major histocompatibility complex class Ⅱ(MHC Ⅱ ) and costimulatory molecule CD86 on DCs were determined by flow cytometry. Results Compared with the TNBS group, APS group had significantly decreased scores of DAI ( P = 0.007 ) , macroscopic lesions (P =0.017), and histological damages (P = 0.016).Moreover, its level of the activity of MPO dropped but without statistical significance (P =0.183).TNBS group had significantly higher expressions of MHC Ⅱand CD86 molecules on DCs than the normal control group (P = 0.005, P = 0.008), APS group (P = 0.023, P = 0.018), and 5-ASA group (P = 0.017, P=0.013).Conclusion APS may attenuate TNBS-induced colitis in rats and downregulate the activation of DCs in mesenteric lymph nodes.
