The article explores the relationship of the hepatitis C virus infection with interferon treatment and thyroid diseases and reviews the subtypes of the thyroid diseases.Autoimmune and nonautoimmune cases of thyroiditis are often seen in patients with chronic hepatitis C while undergoing interferon treatment,especially in females with positive thyroid autoantibodies.Graves' disease is very rare.The thyroid function may be as a transient thyrotoxicosis,then followed by hypothyroidism.The thyroid function in patients with nonautoimmune thyroiditis is usually easy to recover.

Objective To evaluate the application effect of quality control circle on reducing the defect rate of health education in perioperative period of gynecologic surgery patients. Methods To carry out quality control circle activities, analysis of gynecological surgery patients in perioperative health education defect rate to the cause, the development of countermeasures, to achieve the purpose of continuous quality improvement. Results Before implementation health defects rate was 43.3%(303/700), after the implementation health education defect rate was 11.4%(223/1 950). The health defects rate before and after the implementation showed significant difference (χ2=8.387, P=0.004). The incidence of anxiety before and after the implementation was 11.8%(23/195) and 4.1%(8/195), the difference was significantly different (χ2=7.885, P =0.005). Conclusions To carry out the quality circle activity, can effectively reduce the perioperative health education defect rate and improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction, method is simple and easy to operate, it is worth clinical promotion.

The study was carried out on 52 patients with severe falciparum malaria: 26 cases were treated by quinine, SMP in combination with Thymogene (control group). The results showed that: There is a reduction on cellular immune response in severe malaria. Thymogen has contributed to increase the immune response in comparison with this before treatment. Thymogen has contributed shortening time to defervescence, clearance of parasitaemia and coma duration in 2-days after treatment in comparison to control group. Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of serum cardiac fatty acid binding protein (H-FABP), high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and cardiac troponin T (cTnT) in the diagnosis of myocardial infarction. Methods From August 2015 to July 2016, 50 patients with myocardial infarction were treated as group A, and 48 patients with chest pain caused by other factors were treated as group B, and 53 patients were selected in our hospital physical examination of patients without chest pain as C group. The levels of H-FABP, hs-CRP and cTnT were compared between the three groups. The levels of H-FABP, hs-CRP and cTnT in patients with myocardial infarction at 5 h, 10 h, 24 h and 3 d after admission were compared . Results The positive rate of serum H-FABP, hs-CRP and cTnT in group A was significantly higher than that in group B, group C[(82.00％, 41.00), 68.00％ (34/50), 76.00％ (38/50) VS 8.33％(4/48), 14.58％(7/48),10.42％(5/48) VS 0.00％(0/53),0.00％(0/53),0.00％(0/53)], and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The positive rate of H-FABP and hs-CRP was higher than that of admission at 10 h, 24 h and 3 d at 5 h after admission. The positive rate of cTnT was higher than that at 5 h, 24 h and 3 d at admission (P<0.05). The positive rate of H-FABP was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Combined detection of serum H-FABP, hs-CRP and cTnT can improve the diagnostic value of myocardial infarction and reduce the misdiagnosis rate.

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of intravenous thrombolysis combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 84 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly selected at the June 2015 to September 2016 in our hospital were divided into experimental group 42 cases, 42 cases in the control group, the control group was given aspirin and Plavix treatment, experimental group received alteplase intravenous thrombolytic therapy combined with psychological intervention, each stage of the NISS scores of the two groups were compared, the two groups of patients with SDS self rating scale score, Barthel index and NDS score were compared. Results The experimental group of stage NISS was significantly better than the control group, the differences between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); the experimental group with SDS self rating scale score, Barthel index and NDS score was significantly better than the control group, the differences between groups was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, the effect of intravenous thrombolysis combined with psychological intervention is obvious, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

Objective To discuss the application problems of double lumen endobronchial tube. Methods According to the ancient teaching experiences, some overlooked announcements were given that have included tube standard, pre-checking, the application of intubating forceps, the estimation on depth of penetration and the monitoring on arterial partial pressure of oxygen. Results The perioperative security of patients was increased. Conclusion The problems can be observed to help young anesthetist better application of the tube, and has good generalization value.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the risk factors of nosocomial infection in HIV-serological screening laboratories and take protective measures in pertinency.METHODS We analyzed every tache of work flow in the course of HIV screening by retrospective survey method,and found out the potential occupational harmful factors.The new management system and feasible protective measures were proposed.RESULTS There existed many nosocomial infection harmful factors in the course of HIV screening.Therefore,the working environment and occupational protection among staff should be improved.CONCLUSIONS The conception of self-protection was enhanced,necessary rules and regulation was amplified,and operation rules was established and implemented,fine technique training was carried out,nosocomial infection in HIV-serological screening laboratory was controlled at utmost,the risk of occupational in fection of HIV was reduced.

Objective To investigate the cytotoxic constituents from the sponge Hyrtios erectus.Methods The constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography,and their structures were identified by physicochemical data,spectral data,and comparison with data of references.The cytotoxic activity of all the compounds was determined by MTT mothod.Results Five compounds were isolated from the lipid extract of Hyrtios erectus,and their structures were elucidated as Hyrtiosal(Ⅰ),12?-Hydroxy-16-scalaren-24,25-olide(Ⅱ),5-Hydroxy-1H-indole-3-ethanol(Ⅲ),cholesterol(Ⅳ),and dibutylphthalate(Ⅴ) respectively.Conclusion Compound were isolated from Hyrtios erectus for the first time, and compound Ⅰand Ⅱ showed strong cytotoxic activity.

OBJECTIVE To study the clinical features of Enterocococus infection in urinary tract among inpatients.METHODS The data of a total of 106 cases who suffered Enterocococus infection in urinary tract were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS The infection rate was 30%.The risk factors included aggressive procedures in urinary tract,age,underlying diseases,etc.The most common species of Enterocococus were E.faecalis and E.faecium.They all were with high antibiotics resistance.CONCLUSIONS The Enterocococus are main pathogenic bacteria in urinary tract infection after Escherichia coli with atypical feature.Pay more attention to drug sensitivity,early diagnosis and rational treatment are very useful to control urinary tract infection.
