1.THE ULTRASTRUCTURAL OBSERVATIONS ON THE CHANGES OF FOLLICULAR DENDRITIC CELLS IN THE SPLEEN OF THE POSTNATAL RATS AT THE AGES OF 21 TO 48 DAYS

In this experiment, the PAP was used as a specific marker to label the follicular dendritic cells (FDC) and their possible precursors in the spleens of postnatal rats at 21, 27, 34, 41 and 48 days respectively, and the changes of the labeled cells were studied under TEM. In 21-day-old rats the labeled cells were of the histological feature resembling fibroblastic reticulum cells(FRC). As the rats getting elder, the shape and structure of the labeled cells changed. The shape of t he cells and nuclei changed from ellipse to irregular. The heterochromatin decreased and so did the microfilaments in the cytoplasm. The cytoplasmic processes increased in number, length and complexity. The relatively smooth cell surface became folding and invaginating. By the 48 days after birth the labeled cells possessed the features of the FDC. The result implys that the FDC might originate from FRC.
2.STEREOLOGIC ANALYSIS OF THE LYMPHO CYTES LOCATED AT INTRA-AND EXTRAFOLLICULAR DENDRITIC CELL DISTRIBUTION AREA

HRP-anti-HRP complex was injected into BALB/c mice through the tail vein. 24 hours later, the spleens of mice were removed, fixed and cut into slices. After incubation in DAB/H_2O_2 the follicular dendritic cell (FDC) distribution area could be defined at a certain part of lymph nodule. Light microscopic and stereologic analysis study on the lymphocytes at intra- and extra- FDC distribution area were carried out. The results revealed that lymphocytes at intra- and extra- FDC distribution area were composed of various lymphocytes populations of different sizes. The cell populations at intra-FDC distribution area were mainly composed of large and medium sized lymphocytes, while the populations at extra-FDC distribution area were mainly medium sized and small lymphocytes. As a result, FDC always exists on the location where lymphoblastic phenomenon appears. This indicates that FDC has certain relation with the lymphoblastic phenomenon.
3.Effects of semiconductor laser on proliferation of multidrug-resistant model of human osteosarcoma cell line(R-OS-732)

Objective To explore the effects of semiconductor laser on proliferation of the multidrug-resistant model of human osteosarcoma cell line(ROS-732).Methods Four test groups and one control group were set up.The test groups were divided into A,B,C and D groups according to the irradiation time(output power was 200 mW).The time of laser irradiation of A,B,C and D groups were 5,10,20 and 40 min,repectively.The control group(E) wasn′t treated with laser irradiation.MTT method was used to observe the proliferation of R-OS-732,and the morphological changes of the cells were observed by inverted microscope.Results The survival rates of cells in all test groups under condition of semiconductor laser irradiation with 200 mW output power and 532 nm weavlength,compared with control group(P
4.HISTOLOGICAL AND HISTOCHEMICAL CHANGES OF THYMIC NURSE CELLS AND IMMUNE ORGANS OF MOUSE AFTER THE INOCULATION OF LEUKEMIC CELLS

It was discovered in this experiment that 3 days after inoculation of the ascitic fluid from P_(388) leukemic mice, the positive percentages of AcP and ?-Gase of the lymphocytes within the TNC of the recipients were increased significantly, while the positive percentage of ANAE was decreased. All the positive percentages of the three enzymes of the thymocytes within the thymus were increased significantly, but no abnormal structural changes were seen in the thymus. No histological and cytochemical changes were found in the lymph nodes and the spleen. Nine days after inoculation, the leukemia cell infiltration, hemorrhage and cell degeneration occurred in all the thymus, lymph nodes and spleen of the mouse. The normal structures of the organs were destroyed. The positive percentages of the cytochemical reactions of the three enzymes in the lymphocytes were all increased significantly. At this stage, TNC was very difficult to be isolated from the thymus. The results indicate that thymus and TNC may have a close relationship with the development of this type of leukemia.

Accurate classification of the acetabular injuries and appropriate treatment plan are great challenges for orthopedic surgeons because of the irregular anatomical structure of the acetabulum and aggregation of important vessels and nerves around it. Letournel-Judet classification system has been widely applied to classify acetabular fractures. However, there are several limitations, including incomplete inclusion of fracture types, difficulty in understanding and insufficient guidance for surgical treatment, etc. Serious complications such as traumatic arthritis are common due to wrong classification and diagnosis and improper selection of surgical strategy, which brings a heavy burden to the society and families. Three-column classification, based on anatomic characteristics, has advantages of containing more fracture types and being easy to understand, etc. To solve the problems existing in the diagnosis and treatment process based on Letournel-Judet classification, achieve accurate diagnosis and treatment of patients with acetabular fractures, and obtain satisfactory prognosis, the Orthopedic Trauma Emergency Center of Third Hospital of Hebei Medical University and the Trauma Orthopedic Branch of the Chinese Orthopedic Association organized experts from relevant fields to formulate the Expert consensus on the accurate diagnosis and treatment of acetabular fractures based on three-column classification ( version 2023) in terms of principles of evidence-based medicine. Based on the three-column classification, 15 recommendations were proposed, covering the diagnosis, treatment, complication prevention and management, etc, so as to provide reference for accurate diagnosis and treatment of acetabular fractures.
