In the field of gene delivery, nonviral vectors are getting more attention due to the advantages which do not belong to viral vectors. But kinds of polypeptides are important to construct ideal nonviral vectors. The paper reviews the development in the research of polypeptides as components of nonviral vectors like as the backbone, the targeting moiety, the endosome membrane destabilizing agents and the nuclear localizing signals.
3.Discussion on YANG Jinkun Professor's Clinical Experience of Treatment of Gastric Cancer

[Objective] To summarize Prof. YANG Jinkun gastric cancer clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment, in order to promote clinical application. [Method] Through clinical diagnosis, collecting cases, Prof. YANG Jinkun stomach cancer treatment methods are analyzed and summarized, and enumerated case evidence. [Results] Prof. YANG Jinkun offered to poison pixu(spleen deficiency) for the basic pathogenesis of gastric cancer, on the basis of the spleen and the centralizer, and combined disease according to the nature of different pathogenic toxin, chase respectively eliminating phlegm and stasis fights, qingrejiedu, etc of evil spirits, all applications in the west, comprehensive treatment, the clinical good results have been achieved. For medical record satisfactory curative effect. [Conclusion] Gastric cancer experience of diagnosis and treatment of YANG Jinkun is unique, curative effect is distinct, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
4.Breeding Selenium-Enriched Yeast by Protoplast Mutagenesis.

This paper studied on breeding selenium-enriched yeast by protoplast mutagenesis. A strain which the content of selenium is the highest is selected from thirteen strains yeast. The optimum conditions to form protoplast are lysed by 1 g/100 mL lywallzyme for 120 min, the formation and regeneration being 95.2% and 21.8% respectively. By mutating breed a strain of A1 which the content of selenium is 821 mg/kg and the amount of dry cell of 0.84 g/100 mL is obtained.
5.Establishment of restriction landmark genome scanning for detection of genomic DNA methylation of tissues

50 000 bp)was extracted from frozen gastric cancer tissue and their corresponding normal samples and used for RLGS assay.The genome DNA was digested by methylation-sensitive restriction enzyme Not Ⅰ, and labeled by radioisotope ~(32)p,then separated by two-dimensional electrophoresis and autoradiography. Experimental conditions for each step were optimized step by step.DNA fragment sequences for the dots on scanning profile were identified according to the human RLGS database.Results RLGS assay was set up and used to get the RLGS profiles of the representative tested samples successfully.These profiles can display more than 1 200 available dots averagely,the profiles of high quality DNA sample can display more than 1 800 dots which is the average level at an excellent RLGS lab,discrepant dots which had weaken or enhanced signals and their sequence information were obtained.The result can be reproduced.Conclusion The RLGS assay is established,stabilized for detection of DNA methylation of tissue samples.

7.Relationship between the expression of long-non-coding RNA ( lncRNA ) HOTAIR and cellular radiosensitivity in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression level of HOTAIR and cellular radiosensitivity in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). Methods Four ESCC cell lines ( K150, K450, TE-1, and Eca109 ) were used in this study. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction was applied to measure the expression level of HOTAIR in the above cell lines;colony-forming assay was applied to measure the survival fraction of different cells irradiated by different doses of X-ray. The t-test or analysis of variance was applied for analysis of differences. The correlation analysis was used by Pearson methods. Results The four cell lines all showed high expression levels of HOTAIR and radioresistance. Compared with the other three cell lines, Eca109 had a lower expression level of HOTAIR, a lower survival fraction at each radiation dose point, and significantly lower D0 and Dq . 8.Pharmacokinetics of rebamipide in the patients with peptic ulcer

0.05).Cmax of domestic and imported rebamipide tablet were (0.56?0.24) and (0.59?0.29)mg?L-1, with that tmax were (1.75?0.92) and (1.98?1.05)h,t1/2(?) were (1.86?1.38) and (1.93?1.45)h,AUC0~∞ were (2.48?1.06) and (2.62?1.35)mg?h?L-1. Conclusion The pharmacokinetics of the two products are similar.

10.Analysis of clinical characteristics of elderly patients with spinal tuberculosis and its clinical effects with conservative treatment.

OBJECTIVETo analyze the clinical characteristics of elderly patients with spinal tuberculosis and explore its clinical effects with anti-TB drugs alone.
METHODSFrom January 2008 to July 2010, the data of 36 patients with spinal tuberculosis underwent conservative treatment of anti-TB drugs alone were analyzed. There were 19 males and 17 females with an average age of 73.5 years (ranged, 60 to 85). All patients were in the active phase with high ESR and CRP levels and were treated with 3HRZE/6-9HRE (course from 9 to 12 months). According to clinical symptoms, chemical examination, radiological image to adjust drug and depending on VAS score to evaluate pain.
RESULTSAll the patients were followed up from 8 to 24 months with an average of 15 months. Tuberculose of 31 patients healed after chemotherapy from 9 to 12 months and ESR and CRP recovered normally. Levofloxacin and para-amino salicylic acid were used in 4 cases because of 4 cases occurred drug fast for RFP or INH, after 15 months, their obtained healing. Symptom of 1 case got worse during chemotherapy, and surgical treatment were performed, after 3 months, ESR and CRP recovered normally, X-ray and CT showed spinal osteosclerosis and fusion without significant kyphosis and internal fixation loosening. Cobb angle was respectively(17.6+/-2.3) degrees, (18.1+/-2.7) degrees before treatment and last follow-up (P>0.05). MRI showed abscess was absorbed and spinal inflammation subsidised. VAS score was respectively 6.5+/-1.7, 1.4+/-0.5 before treatment and last follow-up (P<0.05). Seven patients had complications relating with drug adverse reaction,after discontinuation and treated with clinical symptom,the patients recovered normally.
CONCLUSIONAnti-TB drugs alone can obtain satisfactory effects in treating early senile spinal tuberculosis, but strict supervision and individual administration should not be disregardful.
