Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1986;0(01):-
Objective To study the expression of Rho kinase and its functional activation in lung tissue from hypoxic pulmonary hypertension(HPH) rat model, and the effects of fasudil on HPH.Methods Seventy-two male Spraque-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the control group, hypoxic model group, and fasudil-intervention group[group with hypoxia and fasudil for 15 mg/(kg?d)],respectively.Mean pulmonary arterial pressure(mPAP) and right ventricle hypertrophy index(RVHI) were measured.Expression of Rho kinase mRNA and protein were examined by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) and Western blot, respectively. The phosphorylation of binding subunit of myosin phosphatase(MBS)-a substrate of Rho kinase was detected by Western blot and defined,as the mark of functional activation of the kinase. Results The expression of Rho kinase mRNA in hypoxic model group was markedly upregulated even before the onset of the third day after the experiment(HPH),and it was much lower in rats of fasudil group than that of hypoxic model group. The phosphorylation of MBS was significantly higher in hypoxic model group than that in control group, and it was positively correlated with the mPAP and RVHI(all P

Objective To investigate the technical feasibility of medical robot in application to vascular intervention. Methods The independent-developed medical robot was used in the glass vessel model and vascular intervention experiments in a dog. Results The process of experiments were smooth, the system movement did not have any malfunction, and the animal experiments did not have any operative complications. The operative time was 50 minutes. Conclusions The medical robot can basically meet the requirements of cerebral angiography. It has laid a foundation for further development of intracranial vascular interventional procedures and clinical application.

Shenfu injection is developed by improving dosage form of ancient prescription "Shenfu Tang" and is mainly derived from extracts of both traditional Chinese medicine red ginseng and prepared lateral root of monkshood with polysorbate 80 as auxiliary material. Shenfu injection may be administered through intramuscular injection, intravenous drip or intravenous injection. It produces good effects in restoring Yang and rescuing patients from collapse, tonifying Qi and preventing exhaustion. It is mainly used to treat not only syncope and prostration resulting from sudden Yang collapse (infectious, hemorrhagic and water depletion shock etc), but also pavor, palpitation, dyspnea with cough, stomachache, diarrhea and arthralgia etc caused by deficiency of Yang (deficiency of vital energy). Research group has audited the monitored hospitals and has carried out postmarketing study of Shenfu solution from many aspects including literature review, spontaneous reporting system (SRS) and hospital information system (HIS) data analysis etc. A summary is shown below.

Objective To investigate the effect of gastrodin on rat vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) migration induced by platelet-derived growth factor-BB (PDGF-BB) and its possible mechanisms. Methods Enzyme digestion method wasused to obtain rataorticVSMCs and be purified bypassage.Immunofluorescence staining was used to identify VSMC marker proteins.A PDGF-BB induced cell migration model was established.Transwell chamber assay was used to evaluate the effect of gastrodin on PDGF-BB induced VSMC migration.Western blots were performed to detect the phosphohorylation levels of c-jun N-terminal kinase (JNK).Results The purity of primary cultured VSMC was more than 99%.The VSMC migrated number in the PDGF-BB group was 85.2 ± 3.486 per field. It was significantly more than 42.5 ± 1.927 per field in the control group (t =9.981,P<0.001),and gastrodin was enable to make PDGF-BB induced the number of VSMC migration significantly reduce to 71.3 ± 1.783 per filed (t=3.550,P =0.002).Western blots analysis showed that gastrodin inhibited PDGF-BB induced JNK phosphorylation (0.190 ± 0.015 vs.0.190 ± 0.015; t =14.548,P =0.000).Conclusions Gastrodin inhibits PDGF-BB induced VSMC migration, its mechanisms may be associated with the inhibition of the JNK signaling pathway activation.

Situational teaching method was implemented in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology. The basis of situational teaching was established through the establishment of a typical teaching case library. Students' impression of disease diagnosis and treatment was strengthened by simulation. The students' enthusiasm was improved by their own diagnosis and treatment through the teacher's guidance. With the method of situational teaching, students had better knowledge of obstetrics and gynecology, and their clinical diagnosis and treatment capacity was improved. Situational teaching method can improve the quality of teaching and it is worthy being popularized in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.

OBJECTIVETo assess the feasibility and safety of vascular interventional surgery by using vascular interventional robot system (VIRS).
METHODSVIRS included image navigation systems and body propulsion systems, and adopted a master-slave structure. The surgeon sat at the master site, sending controlling instructions to the robot fixed at the slave site, and then the robot translated these instructions into catheter motion. A 3D vascular model was reconstructed so that the surgeon can perform surgical planning easily. In glass model and animal experiments, the surgeon remotely controlled VIRS, which inserted a catheter into predefined targets, and the catheter positioning error and robotic surgery time were measured.
RESULTSThe robot was initially tested on a glass vascular model. Under robotic manipulation, the catheter could enter an arbitrary branch of the vascular model. The catheter positioning error was less than 1 mm. Then robotic interventional surgery was performed successfully in ten adult dogs. The renal artery and the vertebral artery angiography carried out smoothly without complication. Experiment took 35 minutes, and the time what staff exposed to the digital subtraction angiography (DSA) machine was 0 minute.
CONCLUSIONVascular interventional surgical robot system is safe and feasible, and can achieve the catheter remote operation, meet the requirements of angiography basically.
