Objective To confirm that if the integrality of NF has effect on the shape and distribution of NLY. Methods using SABC monocolon antibody immunohistochemistry,electron microscopy,immunocytochemistry, and enzymocytochemistry to observe the disorder of NF-H and the changes of distribution and shape of NLY after vanadate treated. Results When the integrality of NF was damaged, the proteins of NF gathered towards nuclear accompany with the similar movements of NLY, meanwhile the shape of NLY also changed into round from thread-like shape.Conclusion Through different ways we used, vanadate can over-phosphate NF proteins and destroy the assemble ability. Whether NF has a complete structure is important to the shape and distribution of NLY, which will be changed when the structure of NF is disorganized.

Objective To analyze comparatively the outcome of modified Manipal and DeVega tricuspid annuloplaaty.Methods From Oct.2001 to Aug.2004,the consecutive 123 patients operated with modified Manipal tricuspid annuloplasty for tricuspid re- gurgitation at the time of left cardiac valve replacement(group A)were elected in this study.The other 174 patients operated with De Vega tricuspid annuloplasty at the time of left cardiac valve replacement were elected randomly for control(group B).There were no significant differences of the patient data before surgery between two groups.Results There were overall 11 early deaths(4 in group A,7 in group B),The overall in-hospital mortality rate was 3.7 %.215 of the 286 surviving patients were followed;the overall follow up was 75.2 %.Mean follow-up was(28.4?9.1)months(range from 13 to 49 months).There were ten late deaths and the late mortality rate was 4.7%.There was no significant differences in the patients with 3+～4+ tricuspid regurgitation at follow-up 18,30 and 42 months in group A;but there was an increase of the patients with 3+～4+ tricuspid regurgitation with an incremental follow up term in group B(P

Objective To establish a multiplex loop-mediated isothermal amplification(mLAMP)method for simultaneous detection of Salmonella,Vibrio parahaemolyticus (VPH)and Listeria monocytogenes (LM).Methods Three sets of mLAMP primers were designed to specifically target bcfD of Salmonella and tlh of VPH and iap of LM.The respective single LAMP assay of the three kinds of bacteria was developed,and the ratio of primer concentration was optimized to develop a multiplex LAMP system.The specificity and sensitivity of multiplex LAMP were observed.Results Turbidity monitoring results in real time suggests that the mLAMP was highly specific and amplification could be obtained within 45 min under isothermal conditions.The sensitivity of this mLAMP was found to be 300 fg/μl genomic DNAs for Salmonella and 4.2 pg/μl for VPH and 4.5 pg/μl for LM,which was consistent with conventional PCR.Conclusion The mLAMP described can potentially facilitate simultaneous detection of three kinds of bacteria in a large number of food samples, which could be used as a primary screening method and as a supplement to classical detection methods.

This paper summarized the main experience, industry development and present situation, pointed out the main problems existing in the industry development. On this basis, we put forward the targets and measures for the development of the Sanqi industry in to provide decision-making reference for the sustainable development of the Sanqi industry in China.

OBJECTIVETo study clinical effects of the over-articular external fixator combined with limited internal fixation for the treatment of Pilon fractures caused by high energy.

METHODSFrom September 2003 to April 2011, 36 patients with Pilon fractures caused by high energy were treated with the over-articular external fixator combined with limited internal fixator. There were 25 males and 11 females, ranging in age from 16 to 72 years old,with an average of 38 years old. The diagnoses of all patients were determined by conventional X-ray examination or three-dimensional spiral CT examination. The AOFAS scoring criteria was used to evaluate the therapeutic effects. The patients with comminuted fractures were treated with screw or Kirschner wire fixation without uncovering periost so as to enhance stability between fracture end and bone blocks,followed by the fixation with over-articular external fixators.

RESULTSAll the patients were followed up, and the duration ranged from 4 to 27 months, with an average of 13 months. Thirty-two patients got wound healing at the first stage. And the bone union duration ranged from 2 to 6 months, with a mean of 3 months. According to the AOFAS ankle-hindfoot subjective scoring standard, 13 patients got an excellent result, 20 good and 3 fair, with an score of 88.2 +/- 3.6. Twelve patients had infections at pinhole, 5 patients had pinhole pain. One patient had the fixator broken induced by over loading, who was cured after treatment. There were no complications such as nerve or vascular injuries, or osteomyelitis.

CONCLUSIONThe over-articular external fixation combined with limited internal fixation for the treatment of Pilon fractures caused by high energy is an ideal method, which has such advantages as reliable fixation, simple operation, coincidence with principles of biomechanical fixation, and benefit for fracture healing.
