1.Influence of nursing intervention on hormone treatment compliance of patients with nephrotic syn-drome
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(3):17-19
Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on hormone treatment compliance of patients with nephrotic syndrome. Methods 130 patients with nephrotic syndrome who received hormone treatment were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group ac-cording to the time of admission. The control group were treated with conventional nursing, and the ex-perimental group was given whole-process health education besides conventional nursing.Using question-naires, the level of relevant knowledge and medication compliance were compared between the two groups .The results underwent χ2 and t test. Results The treatment compliance was not significant be-fore nursing intervention, while after nursing intervention, the treatment compliance of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. The score of relevant knowledge about nephrotic syn-drome of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group Conclusions Active nurs-ing intervention can improve the health knowledge level of patients and improve the treatment compli-ance of hormone therapy.
2.Current Development of Breast-Specific Gamma Imaging (BSGI) Technique.
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2015;39(2):108-112
Breast-Specific Gamma Imaging (BSGI) is an improved and optimizing nuclear medicine breast imaging technique on the basis of traditional gamma camera. It uses a high resolution, small field-of-view scintilla detector. The detector is designed with 3 073 individual detector crystals and 48 position-sensitive photomultiplier tubes. The FOV of detector is 15 cm x 20 cm, and optimal system resolution for breast imaging is 3 mm, can detect the diameter of only 2-3 mm small lesions. BSGI has better sensitivity in detecting subcentimetre or nonpalpable breast cancer. The sensitivity for the diagnosis of breast cancer is high, not influenced by the density of the breast tissue, implants, architectural distortion-or scars from prior surgery or radiation. So it is called a high resolution, small field-of-view breast-specific gamma camera.

Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(5):361-363
FGFR2 plays an important role in cell proliferation and differentiation and FGFR2 gene has its own genetic polymorphism. It has recently been demonstrated that this genetic polymorphism is associated with risk of development of breast cancer and clinically pathological factors

Practical Oncology Journal 2014;(2):170-172
The spindle assembly checkpoint ( SAC) is an important monitoring mechanism to monitor the connection between centromeres and microtubules and to ensure proper chromosome separation in human .Mitotic arrest defective protein(Mad)family,as an important part of SAC,plays a crucial role in the process of mitosis. Mutations or altered expressions of Mad may lead to abnormal separations of chromosomes and play a partial role in tumorigenesis ,poor prognosis and chemotherapy drug resistance .

China Oncology 2001;0(03):-
Purpose:To investigate expression of keratinocyte growth factor(KGF) messenger ribonuclunc acid in human NSCLC and to study the role of KGF in the development of NSCLC. Methods:The expression of KGF mRNA in 50 cases with NSCLC was detected by in situ hybridization (ISH). Results:On ISH slides, positive KGF mRNA was mainly shown as fusiform stain in plasma of fibroblast and blood vessel smooth muscle cell in mesenchymal of NSCLC, also, some parenchyma cell plasma was stained. The positive rate of KGF mRNA in tumor(86%) is statistically higher than that in normal tissue(24%)(P

Objective To investigate the morbidity, clinical feature, diagnosis and therapy of ovarian disease in children. Methods Eighty-two children with ovarian disease were admitted and treated in Nanjing children's hospital from Jan.1992 to Jan.2007,were analyzed retrospectively with age, emergency admissions or not, dwell, pathology and method of operation. Results The age of 82 patients ranged from 1 day to 14 years old and the mean age was 6.7 years old.Thirty-one cases(37.8%) were emergency admissions and 51 cases(62.2%) were routine admissions.Twenty-seven cases(32.9%) were rural patients and 55 cases(67.1%) were urban patients.Forty-five cases(54.8%) were nontumorous disorder,31 cases(37.8%) were benign tumor and only 6 cases(7.4%) were malignant tumor.About the morbidity,12 patients(14.6%)were admitted from 1992 to 1996,24 patients(29.5%) from 1997 to 2001 and 46 patients(55.9%) from 2002 to 2007.Chemotherapy were carried out in 6 cases with malignant tumor in internal medicine,2 cases with sexual precosity kept observation, the others were cured. Conclusions Ovarian disease can occur at any age in children. The clinical manifestation is characterized mainly by acute abdomen. The incidence of ovarian disease of children in urban areas is higher than that children in rural areas. The morbidity continues to show an upward tendency and the pathologic manifestations are mostly benign, laparoscopic operation has obviously superiority.

Objective To investigate the effect of ligustrazine on the expression of platelet-derived growth factor-?(PDGF-?) receptor and extracellular signal regulated kinase(ERK1/2) induced by angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ) in cardiac myocytes, and explore the mechanism of therapeutic. Methods Cultured cardiac myocytes of neonatal rats were treated with 10-7 mol/L AngⅡ as Ang Ⅱ group,10-7 mol/L AngⅡ plus 10 mg/L ligustrazine as ligustrazine group, the normally cultured neonatal rat cardiac myocytes as control group.Protein synthesis was measured by -leucine incorporation, and the expression of PDGF-? receptor and ERK1/2 was detected by Western blot.SPSS 11.0 software was used to analyze the data. Results There were significant differences among 3 groups(F=20.71 P
