2.Metabolism and pharmacokinetics of drugs applied for the treatment of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2020;55(11):2570-2579
Based on Chinese clinical guidance for COVID-19 pneumonia diagnosis and treatment (7th edition), the metabolism and pharmacokinetics of drugs used in clinical treatment of COVID-19 were reviewed. The antiviral drugs include remdesivir, chloroquine/hydroxychloroquine, lopinavir/ritonavir, favipiravir, arbidol, baicalin, baicalein and forsythin. Among them, the metabolism and pharmacokinetics of arbidol, baicalin and forsythin are the research results of the author's laboratory. This article aims to provide reference for the efficacy evaluation and rational drug use of COVID-19.
3.Clinical and pathological features of Miyoshi myopathy with dysferlin protein deficient
Journal of Clinical Neurology 1992;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological features of Miyoshi myopathy(MM) with dysferlin protein deficient. Methods The clinical and pathological data of the 3 patients with MM were analysed. Results 3 patients were onset at youngster. The clinical manifestation were myastheria and myoatrophy in distal of lower limbs.1 case combined myalgia and tumefaction in lower limbs at early stage of onset;1 case showed myathenia in proximal of lower limbs. The level of serum creatine phosphokinase (CK) was significantly ligher in the 3 cases (7543 IU/L, 5657 IU/L, 8721 IU/L respectively). The level of serum lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) was significantly higher in the 2 cases (456 IU/L ,636 IU/L respectively). The result of muscle pathology was showed myogenic damage in all the cases. The expression of dysferlin protain in membrane of muscle cells was completely deficient, although the expression of dystrophin was normal. Inflammatory cells infiltration was found in 1 case's muscle tissue. Conclusions The clinical characters of MM patient are onset at youngster, myasthenia and myoatrophy in lower limbs. The deficit of dysferlin protain can be found by pathology.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(10):-
To define the definite diagnosis of dementia with Lewy bodies(DLB). Three cases of DLB diagnosed by bedside examination, cerebral image or pathology were analysed. These patients had been diagnosed as Alzheimer disease(AD) or AD with Parkinson disease (PD). DLB consisted of the following features as compared with AD:①Slow progressive congnitive decline, especially fluctuating congnitive defect was prominent;② Recurrent visual hallucinations that were typically well formed and detailed;③The extrapyramidal symptoms usually included mild rigidity and bradykinesia, and they almost appeared simultaneously in the extremities; ④Cerebral atrophy was relatively mild. The clinical diagnosis of DLB might be possible on the detailed basis of their peculiar features, but other neurodegeration disorders should be ruled out.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1994;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the effect of neonatal mechanical ventilation on lung function and recurrent respiratory diseases of patients. Methods Lung function and recurrent respiratory diseases were studied in 16 children who had been ventilated at birth and were followed up in 8 years later. Results Fifty percentage of them had recurrent respiratory diseases and 75 % of had lung function abnormalities, in which residual volume/ total lung capacity (RV/ TLC) was 56.25 %,43.7 % (Vmax 25),specific airway resistance (sRaw) and specific airway conductance (sGaw) 50 % respectively. The forced expiratory flow during 25 %-75 % of forced vital capacity (FEF 25 %-75 %) and maximal expiratory flow rate at 50 % FVC (Vmax50) in the high peak respiratory pressure (PIP) group were lower than those in low PIP group (P

To clarify the origin and development of the traditional Chinese medicine "Duhuo" and "Qianghuo" with medicinal literatures. Medical literatures of past dynasties were analysed and combined with the modern material. The "Duhuo" in Herbal writing Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing include traditional Chinese medicine "Duhuo" and "Qianghuo", "Qianghuo" was separated from "Duhuo" due to the distinguish of clinical application. The origin of "Qianghuo" is Notopterygium incisum and N. forbesii, However, The origin of "Duhuo" is very complex, Angelica pubescens f. biserrata as authentic "Duhuo" was used from Song Dynasty. "Qianghuo" was originated from "Duhuo".

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(12):2464-2469
To clarify the origin and application development of the traditional Chinese medicine " Zi-hua Qianhu" and " Qianhu", the medicinal literatures of past dynasties and modern researches were analysed. The plant Angelica decursivum was used as a substitute for traditional Chinese medicine "Angelica sinensis Radix" for a long historical period, it is used incorrectly for traditional Chinese medicine "Qianhu" due to origin research in modern times. The plant origin of "Qianhu" is Peucedanum praeruptorum. There are significant differences in clinical applications and chemical composition of the two drugs. The same efficacy description of "Zi-huaQianhu" and "Qianhu" could not stop "Zi-huaQianhu" used as "Qianhu" in practical application. Therefore, we need to further research for the plant A. decursivum, delimit its medicinal attribution.
