Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(04):-
Objective To investigate antiviral and immunoregulation effects of indole-2,3-dine(ISA).Methods The BHK-21 cell model infected with Sendai virus was established and the antiviral effect of ISA was observed by cytopathic effect(CPE) method;its effect on immunological function was observed by hemagglutination inhibition test using Sendai virus infected mice model. Results ISA showed cytotoxicity when the concentration was above(0.313)mg?mL~(-1),while ISA showed a dose-dependent antiviral effect without cytotoxicity when the concentration was among 0.156~0.039mg?mL~(-1).ISA at higher dose(2%) could accelerate the production of hemagglutination inhibition antibody in hemagglutination test(P
3.Current Development of Breast-Specific Gamma Imaging (BSGI) Technique.
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2015;39(2):108-112
Breast-Specific Gamma Imaging (BSGI) is an improved and optimizing nuclear medicine breast imaging technique on the basis of traditional gamma camera. It uses a high resolution, small field-of-view scintilla detector. The detector is designed with 3 073 individual detector crystals and 48 position-sensitive photomultiplier tubes. The FOV of detector is 15 cm x 20 cm, and optimal system resolution for breast imaging is 3 mm, can detect the diameter of only 2-3 mm small lesions. BSGI has better sensitivity in detecting subcentimetre or nonpalpable breast cancer. The sensitivity for the diagnosis of breast cancer is high, not influenced by the density of the breast tissue, implants, architectural distortion-or scars from prior surgery or radiation. So it is called a high resolution, small field-of-view breast-specific gamma camera.

7.Experience of diagnosis and treatment of iatrogenic injury by ureteroscopic surgery
Chinese Journal of Urology 2013;34(12):921-923
Objective To summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment of iatrogenic injury by ureteroscopic surgery. Methods Retrospective analysis of 13 cases with iatrogenic injury by ureteroscopy from December 2008 to December 2011,including 8 men and 3 women, aged 15 to 75 years.Among the 13 cases (Holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope),there were 5 cases of ureterostoma severe disruption,4 cases of submucosa injury,2 cases of perforation,1 case of disruption, and 1 case of sleeve exfoliation of mucosa. Results Among these 13 cases with iatrogenic injury by ureteroscopy,10 cases underwent double J drainage (drainage duration:60 days),and 3 cases underwent open surgery immediately. There was no hydronephrosis when examined by IVU after six months to two years follow-up.Conclusions The skills and techniques of surgical operation should be improved when performing ureteroscopic operation, and it is essential to be familiar with ureteric dissection and alignment, which can avoid ureteric injury.Indwelling D-J tube is very important in dealing with mild ureteral injury secondary to ureteroscopes.Surgical intervention should be given to severe cases of ureteric injury in time.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(39):6291-6295
BACKGROUND:Anterior cervical discectomy and intervertebral disc replacement have been extensively used in treatment of cervical degenerative disease. Its short-term therapeutic effects are encouraging, but it lacks of long-term and comprehensive evaluation.
OBJECTIVE:To observe the folow-up results of a group of cases of anterior cervical discectomy and Mobi-C intervertebral disc replacement for more than 5 years.
METHODS:A total of 25 cases of cervical spondylosis were treated in the 309 Hospital of Chinese PLA from January to September 2009. 19 of them were folowed up. Al patients received anterior cervical discectomy and Mobi-C intervertebral disc replacement. Twenty-three Mobi-C intervertebral disc prostheses were implanted. The range of motion was measured using lateral X-ray films during extension and flexion. Ectopic ossification was assessed by McAfee method. According to the cervical vertebra MRI images, the degeneration of adjacent segments was determined using Pearce classification. NDI score was used to evaluate the function of cervical spine. Pain improvement was evaluated using visual analogue scale score.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: A total of 19 patients were folowed up for 59-65 months, averagely 62 months. No significant difference in range of motion was detected before surgery and during final folow-up (P > 0.05). Ectopic ossification in two cases and the degeneration of adjacent segments in one case were found during final folow-up. No prosthesis loosening or displacement appeared. Visual analogue scale score and NDI score were significantly lower during final folow-up compared with that before surgery (P < 0.05). These results indicate that under the premise of reasonable choice of indications, the therapeutic effect of Mobi-C intervertebral disc replacement for degenerative cervical spondylosis was satisfactory in five-year folow-up. The range of motion was good, and the incidences of ectopic ossification and the degeneration of adjacent segments were low.
