Objective:To investigate the value of fine liver surgery concept in the treatment of HCC.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 121 cases of HCC with liver resection in our hospital from September 2010 to September 2015,according to the operation method, they were divided into the fine liver resection group and the traditional liver resection group, the two groups of operation conditions, postoperative conditions, complications and follow-up results were compared. Results:The operation time of the fine liver resection group was longer than that of the traditional liver resection group, the amount of blood loss, blood transfusion, blood transfusion rate, hepatic portal occlusion rate, and the length of stay in the fine liver resection group were lower than those in the traditional liver resection group, and the difference was statistic:-.significant (P<0.05);The ALT and TB in the patients with fine liver resection group postoperative 1 days,3 days and 5 days were lower than those in the traditional liver resection group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the fine liver resection group (7 cases,15.56%) was lower than that in the conventional liver resection group (25 cases,32.89%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The residual rate of resection margins and recurrence rate (4.44%,11.11%) in the fine liver resection group were lower than that of conventional liver resection group (17.11%,48.68%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The survival rate after precise liver resection 1 year and 2 years in the fine liver resection group (92.17%,85.31%) was higher than that of traditional liver resection group(90.58%,72.45%),and the difference was statistically significant (x 2=7.715,P=0.005).Conclusion:The efficacy and safety of fine liver resection in the treatment of HCC was superior to that of conventional liver resection.
7.Study on antiviral effect of indole-2,3-dine
Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(04):-
Objective To investigate antiviral and immunoregulation effects of indole-2,3-dine(ISA).Methods The BHK-21 cell model infected with Sendai virus was established and the antiviral effect of ISA was observed by cytopathic effect(CPE) method;its effect on immunological function was observed by hemagglutination inhibition test using Sendai virus infected mice model. Results ISA showed cytotoxicity when the concentration was above(0.313)mg?mL~(-1),while ISA showed a dose-dependent antiviral effect without cytotoxicity when the concentration was among 0.156~0.039mg?mL~(-1).ISA at higher dose(2%) could accelerate the production of hemagglutination inhibition antibody in hemagglutination test(P
8.Translation of the English Learning Anxiety Scale and Test of its Reliability and Validity
Chinese Mental Health Journal 1992;0(01):-
Objective: To make an English Learning Anxiety Scale (ELAS) based on the Foreign Language Classroom Anxiety Scale (FLCAS) and to do a psychometric test of the ELAS. Method: After translation of the FLCAS into Chinese and did item adaptation to form an ELAS. It was administered to 669 college students with major field other than English. Result: The ELAS was composed of 23 items in four subscales: nervousness , worry, apprehension of being questioned, and sense of anxiety.Factor loadings in the exploratory factor analysis were: A1, 0.46-0.70; A2, 0.53-0.73; A3, 0.55-0.70, A4,0.50-0.67. 48.95% of the total variance could explained. The Cronnbach?is 0.70-0.89, split-half reliability(S-B), 0.71-0.88. ?2/df, RMSEA, GFI, AGFI, NFI, NNFI, CFI, IFI of the goodness of fit indices of confirmatory factor analysis were 2.40, 0.05, 0.92, 0.90, 0.85, 0.89, 0.90, 0.90. The correlation coefficient between ELAS and CET4 score is-0.25~0.64. The correlation coefficient between ELAS and the subscales was 0.69~0.80. The correlation coefficient between the subscales was 0.45~0.63. Conclusion: ELAS has good reliability and validity, could be an effective research instrument in studying anxiety of Chinese college students with major field other than English.

10.Effectiveness of Progressive Muscle Relaxation in Reducing Depression, Anxiety and Stress among Haemodialysis Patients attending a Public Hospital at Central Java Indonesia.
The International Medical Journal Malaysia 2019;18(3):3-10
The increasing trend of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) prevalence in Indonesia is a public health concern as
it increases mortality, morbidity and burden of disease that has great implication on the health economic.
In addition, CKD patients who are more likely to undergo hemodialysis is commonly associated with
psychological problems such as depression, anxiety and stress and these have added more to the disease
burden. Immediate measures such as progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) to reduce the psychological
symptoms is of great importance before the symptoms progress into psychiatric disorders. The study was
aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of PMR in reducing symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress among
patients undergoing hemodialysis. It was a quasi-experimental, pretest-posttest control study that recruited
60 eligible respondents who underwent hemodialysis and was randomly allocated into intervention and waitlist control groups. Respondents in the intervention group performed PMR twice a day for two weeks. Mean
scores of depression, anxiety and stress of respondents were examined before and after intervention using
Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale–21 questionnaire (DASS-21). Results showed that mean scores of
depression, anxiety and stress differed significantly before and after intervention between groups and within
the intervention group (p<0.05). PMR was effective to reduce the psychological symptoms among patients
underwent hemodialysis. This highlight the importance to screen psychological symptoms among those
patients and PMR should be taught to them as one of the stress-reducing measures.
