1.The Clinical Effect of Pronunciation aid Device in the Pronunciation Treatment of Cleft lip and Palate Patients
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(06):-
Objective A pronunciation aid device had been made by using dental prosthodontic method for the treatment of pronunciation disorder, which is caused by movement dysfunction because of defect of soft palate tissues in cleft lip and palate patients. Methods According to the defect condition in the mouth, two types of pronunciation aid devices had been produced regularly by using maxillary impression, plaster casting and thermoplastic resin materials and so on. Results In the first group of cases, after 3 patients were wearing soft palate movement pronunciation aid device, and then they were given pronunciation training, it is found that their language clearances degrees had been promoted obviously. In the second group of cases, 2 patients were wearing naso-pharynx cavity closing pronunciation aid device, it is found that their nasal sound and nasal leakage were disappeared. And in the same time we gave patients pronunciation training, and after one year, their language clearances degrees were found to be more obviously increased than before. Conclusions Naso-pharynx cavity closing pronunciation aid device and soft palate movement pronunciation aid device are an effective non-surgical treatment methods for the treatment of naso-pharynx cavity closing dysfunction and soft palate movement dysfunction.

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(11):-
Objective To observe the different efficacy of combination of inhaled ipratropium bromide and salbutamol and inhaling the two drugs separately. Methods Sixty -five patients with COPD were divided into 3 groups, and treated with different drugs. We observed the lung function FEV1 , the improvement of symptoms and side - effects. Results The FEV_1 and improvement of symptoms in combination group were significantly better than those in seperatin group (P

5.External Application of Mirabilite Prevent Incision Fat Liquefaction after Caesarean Section
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2015;(3):209-211
Objective] To observe the prevention and treatment of incision fat liquefaction after caesarean section with external mirabilite application. [Method] The cases were collected from Jan. 2010 to Jan. 2013, in accordance with standard cases. Select 200 cases of puerpera with bad high risk factors of incision cure, randomly divide them into control group(routine changing prescription without mirabilite) 100 cases and prevention group(routine changing prescription added with mirabilite external application) 100 cases, observe both groups cut cure after 7d.[Result] In mirabilite prevention group, 98 cases were cured well, 1 case was not very good, 1 bad; in control group, 88 were excellent, 4 not very good and 8 bad, the cure excellent rate of prevention group was much better than control group(P<0.05), as well as the incision fat liquefaction rate much lower than control one. [Conclusion] Mirabilite external application can promote incision cure after caesarean section and reduce incision fat liquefaction.
6.Locking compression plate for treatment in the osteoporotic of unstable distal radius fractures
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(11):1629-1631
Objective To evaluate the effect of locking compression plate for treatment in the osteoporotic of unstable distal radius fractures. Methods 48 cases of osteoporotic of unstable distal radius fractures were treated with open reduction and LCP fixation through volar approach. They were 8 men and 40 women aged from 58 to 77 years (range,63.7 years). They were all diagnosed by dual energy X ray absorptiometry before operation.According to AO/OTA criterion, there were 12 patients with type B2 fractures,10 cases with type B3,8 cases with type C1,13 cases with type C2,5 cases with type C3.All patients were performed locking plate fixations through volar approach and no bone graf. All patients were assessed from time of fracture healing, palmar tilt, radiographic measurements of ulnar inclination, radial height, and range of motion after 18 months,to evaluate the effect of clinical results and postopera-tive functional recovery. Results The patients were followed up for average 17.8 months (range,12 -24 months). All fratures united within 6 months (3 to 7 months),no infection in all patients, reduction loss in 2 cases after operation, traumatic arthritis in three.According to the Cooney criterion, the result was excellent in 35 pateints, good in 9 cases, fair in 3 cases and poor in 1 case, and the excellence rate was 92%.Conclusion The valor approach with locking compression plate can provide firm fixation and allow early functional exercise and so is suitable for unstable distal radius fracture especially in the osteoporotic of unstable distal radius fractures.
7.Three-dimensional finite element stress analysis of the mandible first molar under pressure loading
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2015;(3):393-396
Objective:To establish three-dimensional(3D)finite element model of the mandible first molar, and to study the stress distribution.Methods:3D finite element model of the mandible first molar was constructed by CT image reconstruction technique. Then MIMICS software was used to separate the areas and finish 3D calculation.GEOMAGIC software was applied to modify and generate a NURBS surface in each patch. All components of the model were assembled under the ANSYS preprocessor.Specific material parame-ters were selected to simulate the various restoration and dentin status. The 3D finite element model was applied to analyze the stress distribution of the molar under 1 4 different pressure loading conditions. Results:The 3D finite element model of the mandible first molar was established, which was consistent to the situation observed in the clinical environment. The pressure loading n2,n8,n9,n1 0,n1 1 , n1 2,n1 3,n1 4 can be used to represent the bite pressure. Conclusion:It is a practical and accurate way to establish 3D finite element model by CT image reconstruction technique and reverse engineering software MIMICS and GEOMAGIC.
8.Comparison of different methods for detecting mycoplasma pneumoniae
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2015;(14):2061-2062
Objective To investigate the sensitivity and specificity of different methods for the detection of mycoplasma pneu‐moniae .Methods The serum and throat swab specimens were collected from 199 pneumonia patients .ELISA and real‐time fluores‐cence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ‐PCR) assays were used to detect the serum mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM antibod‐y and DNA .Results Among 199 pneumonia patients ,61 cases were diagnosed as mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia according to the diagnosis standard .The sensitivity and specificity of ELISA and FQ‐PCR for detecting mycoplasma pneumoniae were 86 .9%and 96 .7% ,and 78 .3% and 97 .1% ,respectively .Conclusion The sensitivity and specificity of FQ‐PCR for detecting mycoplasma pneumoniae are higher than those of ELISA .
9.Clinical application of standardized rating scales for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in school-age children
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2014;29(24):1893-1897
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) is one of the most common psychiatric disorders among school-age children. The diagnosis and treatment of ADHD rely on a comprehensive evaluation of symptom, functional impairment and comorbidity. Therefore the standardized rating scales is widely used clinically. The standardized rating scales can be categorized into: Broad-band scales, evaluating the general misbehavior and sociopsychological functions andNarrow-band scales, evaluating ADHD specific symptoms, and also functional impairment rating scales.Useful comorbidity and functional impairment rating scales are in need domestically. This paper reviewed the published literature about the clinical application and progression of frequently-used rating scales for school-age ADHD evaluation,at home and abroad.
10.Current status and thinking of diagnosis and treatment of severe acute pancreatitis
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2014;30(8):709-711
The guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis are the important reference for clinicians in treating acute pan-creatitis,especially severe acute pancreatitis (SAP).However, currently there is much discrepancy on the opinion and practice in China, which affects the treatment outcome and cure rate of this disease.Clinical focuses are described in terms of the diagnostic criteria and treat-ment for SAP,with the hope of initiating reflection and discussion on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of SAP.
