The autonomy is one of the basic authorities of patients.It isn't only an ethical concept,but also can help enhance the efficacy and compliance to a certain extent.The autonomic behavior of the patients isn't as optimistic as we think.The patient's autonomy can be influenced by many factors.We should base on the principles,advantage,respect and communication,to encourage patients to make an appropriate and unbiased decision and change into a collaborative,patient-centered doctor-patient relationship model.
2.Research progress of cytokines in asthmatic airway remodeling and its regulation of traditional Chinese ;medicine

Airway remodeling is one of the main pathological changes of bronchial asthma. It has shown that a variety of cytokines, including chemokines, growth factors, matrix proteins, participate in and even strengthen airway remodeling through building complex signal transduction pathways. Many traditional Chinese medicines,such as shegan mahuang decoction,have a regulatory role in airway remodeling.

They have many considerable advantages in cancer therapy, such as high efficiency, long acting and high drug loading etc. The paper reviewed the type, preparation materials and drug lording methods of polymeric micelles, especially discussed the targeting strategy of tumor-targeting drug delivery systems and the ap-plication examples of polymeric micelles in targeting drug delivery systems.
4.Clinical Study on Acupuncture plus Moxibustionfor Chronic Superficial Gastritis

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus moxibustion in treating chronic superficial gastritis (due to colddeficiency of spleen and stomach).MethodTotally 112 patients with chronic superficial gastritis (due to cold deficiency of spleen and stomach) were randomized into a treatment group of 56 cases and a control group of 56 cases. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture plus moxibustion, while the control group was by using Ranitidine, both for 2 treatment courses (20 d).ResultAfter 2 treatment courses, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01); in comparing the gastroscopic results after treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group (P<0.01).ConclusionAcupuncture plus moxibustion can produce a significantly higher therapeutic efficacy than orally taking Ranitidine in treating chronic superficial gastritis.

6.Current research in radiation retinopathy

Radiation retinopathy is a kind of retinopathy after expose to radiation sources or radiotherapy.In China,it occurs mostly after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.With the development of radiation equipment and radiotherapy technique,the target of treatment is improved and side effects decreased.However,better curative effect may bring longer surviving time and higher incidence of radiation retinopathy eventually.Radiation retinopathy is easily ignored or misdiagnosed as its fundus change is similar to that of some common retinal vascular diseases.Besides,there is no unified and standard treatment for radiation retinopathy.Thus,radiation retinopathy usually leads to incurable vision loss.Oculist and oncologist should pay close attention to this disease.This review focuses on the pathogenesis,clinical manifestation,assistant examination,diagnosis,differential diagnosis and therapeutic method for radiation retinopathy,especially the latest treatment advances in order to achieve early diagnosis and timely treatment.

9.Influence of endothelial progenitor cells on the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells under the condition of co-culture

Objective To investigate the influence of endothelial progenitor cells on the proliferation and differenti-ation of neural stem cells in vitro under the condition of co-culture. Methods We used the mature methods of iso-lation, culture and identification on cells to get the spinal cord NSCs and peripheral blood EPCs from the SD rats, and then put them together in the Transwell chamber in vitro. Set the untreated NSCs as a control group. On the 4th day, we calculated the number and diameter of neurospheres. After that, removing the insert of transwell with EPCs, and inducing the NSCs to differentiate. On the 7th day, we conducted MAP-2 immunofluorescence staining on the cells of induced-differentiation group with fluorescence microscopy, then observed the expression of the anti-gen and calculated the percentage of the differential neurons in the NSCs. All the data were analyzed using statisti-cal method. Results The average number of neurosphere in co-culture group was 10.3±2.2,it was significantly more than that in the control group, and the diameter was under the same situation,the average diameter was up to (49.0±5.3)μm. The percentage of the cells which differentiated into neurons in the co-culture group was signifi-cantly higher than that in the control group, the percentage was(32.1±1.8)%. Conclusion EPCs promote the proliferation of NSCs and induce the differentiation of NSCs into neurons in vitro.
10.Purity Determination and Uncertainty Evaluation of Ribavirin Purity Reference Material

Objective To develop the ribavirin purity certified reference material( CRM ) which has measurement traceability and high accuracy,and establish an effective method of evaluation. Methods The homogeneity and the stability were checked by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and DSC methods were used for purity determination of ribavirin. Results Ribavirin showed satisfactory homogeneity and stability. The certified value of ribavirin was 99. 5%with an uncertainty of 0. 4%(k=2,P=0. 95). Conclusion Ribavirin purity CRM obtained in this paper has been proven to be a national primary CRM with high accuracy and traceability,which can be used to validate analytical methods,improve the accuracy of measurement data,establish meteorological traceability of analytical results as well as control the quality of ribavirin in the pharmaceutical industry.
