Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of compound glycyrrhizin on alcoholic hepatitis.Methods A total of 65 patients with alcoholic hepatitis were assigned to group A(30 cases) treated with abstinence of alcohol,physical exercise and adjusted diet, and group B(35 cases) treated with compound glycyrrhizin together with the treatment given to group A. Before and after receiving three 4-week treatment periods, all the patients had their liver function tested and received examination of ultrasonic weave type B. Results Group B had significantly alleviated clinical symptoms, and ACT,A ST, GGT in blood serum are significantly lower than group A(P＜0.05).Examination of ultrasonic wave type B on the liver shows significant amelioration and disappearance of symptoms of fatty liver. Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin can significantly ameliorate the clinical symptoms and improve the liver function of the patients.

Aim To observe the effect of pinacidil ischemic postconditioning on rat ventricular myocytes during ischemia/reperfusion.Methods Rat acute myocardical anoxia-reperfusion model was used.The cardiac function and electrophysiological properties were surveyed by isolated perfusion and patch-clamp technique,respectively.Results  Compared with those in the control groups,these results demonstrated that anoxia-reperfusion groups in rats could increase PSP and-dp/dtmax markedly while LVDP,+dp/dtmax and HR decreased slightly.Significant difference was found in A/R group;while pinacidil group showed the better recovery of cardiac function after ischemia/reperfusion. using patch-clamp technique,significant difference was found in pinacidil group,including increasing mean open time and conductance value.Conclusion Ischemic postconditioning by Pinacidil(PCOS of KATP)exerts an cardioprotection effect on acute myocardial anoxia-reperfusion injury.

Objective To explore the correlation between serum cytokines and the depression degree in the patients with colorec-tal cancer.Methods 9 6 cases of colorectal cancer were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the patients health question-naire(PHQ-9):the depression group (52 cases)and the non-depression group (44 cases),and 40 healthy cases were recruited as the control.Serum interleukin-2 (IL-2),soluble interleukin-2 receptor (SIL-2R)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELSIA).The detection results were compared among various groups.And the correlation be-tween the expression of various cytokines and the depression degree was analyzed by the Pearson′s correlation coefficient.Results The levels of IL-2,SIL-2R and TNF-αhad statistical differences among 3 groups (P<0.05);no statistical difference in the TNF-αexpression was noted between the depression and the non-depression groups (P>0.05),but which in these two groups was higher than that in healthy group (P<0.05);the IL-2 level in the depression group was significantly lower than that in the non-depression group(P<0.05);the SIL-2 R level in the depression group was obviously higher than that in the non-depression group (P<0.05), moreover,which in these two groups was higher than that in the healthy group (P<0.05).By correlation analysis,the depression degree in the patients with colorectal cancer was negatively correlated with the IL-2 level (r=-0.259,P<0.05)and positively correlated with the SIL-2R level(r=0.412,P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of IL-2 and SIL-2R have certain correlation with the depression degree in the patients with colorectal cancer,it is speculated that the above cytokines may play a mediating role in the pathogenesis process of depression in the colorectal cancer patients.

To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in ovarian cancer cell lines, RT-PCR and immunocytochemistry were used to detect the expression of COX-2 in 5 ovarian cancer cell lines. The expression of COX-2 mRNA and protein was detected in all 5 cell lines. It is suggested that COX-2 is expressed in ovarian cancer cell lines, which provides a basis for the chemoprevention of ovarian cancer.

Methods: At first ,we design a DC power supply which provide DC voltage to other chips,then the signal generated by single chip ma-chine system and the power amplifier combined by discrete components, it provides current 0 mA～136 mA.The current coil is designed by experiment's required,the size or turns is changed, the magnetic field intensity is changed too. Results: The fre-quency of the device output is 0 kHz-25 kHz with the intensity in the range of 0 mT～10 mT within which the continuous lin-earity is adjustable. Power sources are less than 30 W ,which can work for long.This device performs reliably and the measured values in accord with the theoretical values and has been used in the experiment of magnetic biological effect. Conclusions: The experiment results indicate that there exist the effects of ELF sine wave magnetic field upon potassium current of neurons, and that such bioeffects vary with the intensity and frequency of the field.Also,there may exist window effect areas.

Objective Rereach into the pharmaceutical mechnisms of Ganzhixiao Granule which is used to treat fatty liver. Method Build up fatty cirrhosis-rat models by feeding with high-fat food and alcohol. Contract with Dongbaogantai and observe the influence of Ganzhixiao granule on SOD, MDA and the liver function ferment. Result In the group of Ganzhixiao, the activeness of the liver’s SOD can be increased, while the content of MDA and the activeness of ALT and AST can be decreased, that is much better than Dongbaogantai. Conclusion Ganzhixiao granule has strong effect on fatty cirrhosis, and its mechanism may be concerned with the rat’s liver cell membrane and restraining damaging kuffer cell cytokine.

Objective To evaluate the effect of the opioid switch from morphine to sufentanil on the expression of μ-opioid receptors in the midbrain periaqueductal gray (PAG) of rats.Methods Forty healthy male Wistar rats,aged 8 weeks,weighing 250-290 g,were randomly assigned into 5 groups (n=8 each) using a random number table:control group (group C),7 day sufentanil group (group S),7 day morphine group (group M),14 day morphine group (group MM),and 14 day alternate administration of morphine and sufentanil group (group MS).Normal saline 2 ml/kg,sufentanil 0.01 mg/kg and morphine 10 mg/kg were injected subcutaneously in the cervical region twice a day for 7 consecutive days in C,S and M groups,respectively.In group MM,morphine 10 mg/kg was injected subcutaneously in the cervical region twice a day for 14 consecutive days.In group MS,morphine 10 mg/kg was injected subcutaneously in the cervical region twice a day for 7 consecutive days (1st-7th days),and sufentanil 0.01 mg/kg was then injected subcutaneously in the cervical region twice a day for 7 consecutive days (8th-14th days).The tail flick latency (TFL) to a thermal nociceptive stimulus was measured at 15 and 30 min after the initial administration every day.After the last administration,the rats were sacrificed,and the midbrain PAG was isolated for determination of the expression of the μ-opioid receptor and μ-opioid receptor mRNA using Western blot and real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction,respectively.Results Compared with group C,the TFL was significantly prolonged on 1st-6th days after the beginning of administration in M,MM and MS groups,the TFL was significantly prolonged on 1st-7th days after the beginning of administration in group S,and the expression of the μ-opioid receptor and μ-opioid receptor mRNA in the midbrain PAG was significantly down-regulated in M,MM and MS groups (P＜0.05).Compared with group MM,the TFL was significantly prolonged on 8th-14th days after the beginning of administration,and the expression of the μ-opioid receptor and μ-opioid receptor mRNA in the midbrain PAG was significantly up-regulated in group MS (P＜0.05).Conclusion The mechanism by which the opioid switch from morphine to sufentanil reduces morphine tolerance is related to enhanced activity of μ-opioid receptors in the midbrain PAG of rats.

Objective To investigate the feasibility of self-made quality control materials on chemiluminescence analyzer .Meth-ods Residual serum in blood bags were collected and served as matrixes .Complex quality control materials of tumor markers [car-cinoembryonic antigen ,alpha-fetoprotein ,carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125) ,CA199 ,CA153 ,human chorionic gonadotrophin and total prostate specific antigen ] and hormonal markers (luteinizing hormone ,follicle-stimulating hormone ,estradiol ,testosterone , progesterone and prolactin) were prepared .The monthly average value ,coefficient of variation(CV)% value ,cumulative average value and the number of out-of-control of each marker during the 12 months were calculated .Results All self-made quality control serum which stored and packaged separately showed appearance of clear and transparent after freezing and thawing ,without turbidi-ty and sedimentation .Difference of monthly average value and cumulative average value of each marker had no statistical significance (P>0 .05) .Compared with monthly average value and cumulative average value of each marker ,no obvious drift and trends were found .Monthly indoor imprecision of each hormonal marker were controlled within the allowable range .36 times of out-of-control alarm were monitored during a year ,among them ,25 for system error and 11 for random error .Conclusion Self-made quality con-trol materials has good stability and may find the instability factors of detection system timely to guarantee the reliability of test re-sults of chemiluminescence analyzer .

Objective To investigate the expressions and significance of cyclinD1 in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Methods The published studies were searched in the Cochrane Library,Embase,PubMed,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and CBM databas-es,the quality of the included studies was assessed.Revman5.0.1 software was adopted to test for heterogeneity of the selected re-search literature and analyze the correlation of cyclinD1 and OSCC by calculating OR and 95%CI .Results A total of 31 case-con-trol studies were included in the study,the case group (OSCC group)was 1 604 cases and the control group was 864 cases (inclu-ding normal oral mucosa tissue 452 cases and precancerous lesions 412 cases).The Meta analysis of results showed that the expres-sion of CyclinD1 in oral squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than normal tissue[OR (95%CI )at 11.92 (6.71 -21.18)].CyclinD1 was related to differentiated degree,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage of OSCC positively(P <0.05),but was not related to age and gender (P >0.05).Conclusion According to the current relevant research,the over expression of cy-clinD1 is closely related to occurrence and development of OSCC,which might be valuable for the early diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis of OSCC.
